여자역도 인상종목의 경기력 결정요인 산출 (Determination of Performance Determinant Factors in Snatch Weightlifting)

  • The Purpose of this study was to seek determinant factors through analysis of 65 snatch skill kinematic factors of Athletics participated in 2001 Asian weightlifting competetion. The conclusion were as follows ; 1. In order to enhance snatch skill, when barbell move on knee position, One should be flex knee joint to 105-110 degree, and In pull motion, One should be move powerful extension of knee and hip joint. 2. In last pull motion, One try to make more lock out motion than extra extention motion of hip joint 3. In order to enhance snatch skill, It is inportant that elevate barbell highly by last pull motion through powerful knee extention, poweful hip flextion and One should be make lock out motion fast in the same time. 4. In order to enhance snatch skill, anterior-posterior movement width of shoulder joint should be small. 5. In order to enhance snatch skill, Hip joint should be move vertically on start and lock out phase, but In pull phase, extension motion of hip joint shoulde be performed more largely and powerfully.

직접조작방식 입력장치의 성능비교 (Evaluating the performance of direct manipulation input devices)

  • Direct manipulations are composed of pointing operations and dragging operations. In order to find the optimum design parameters (such as C/D ratio, moving direction) for the direct manipulation of a GUI(Graphical User Interface), an ergonomic experiment was devised (2*4*3*8 design) to measure the performance of a mouse (Microsoft) and a trackball (Logitech). The results showed that the mouse was more suitable for the direct manipulation (expecially for the dragging operation) than the trackball, and the suitable C/D ratio was 10 (for the mouse) and 16 (for the trackball). Also the movement direction was a determinant factor in trackball performance.

  • 무선통신 시스템에 있어서 스펙트럼 효율성과 전송속도의 극대화를 위해 MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) 기술을 시스템에 적용하는 노련이 계속되고 있다. 최근 대두되고 있는 WiMAX와 LTE는 OFDM 기반 기술로서 CDMA보다 MIMO기술을 적용하기 쉽다는 장점에 의해 MIMO 기술을 기본으로 채택하고 있다. 하향 링크에서는 STC(Space Time Coding) 방식과 SM(Spatial Multiplexing) 방식을 사용하여 MIMO 방식을 기본 기술로 적용하였으며 상향링크에서는 C-MIMO(Collaborative MIMO) 기술이 사용된다. 특히, 상향링크는 양방향 데이터 통신을 활용한 다양한 신규 서비스가 제안되고 있어 전송 성능을 개선시킬 수 있는 C-MIMO의 성능향상이 기술 쟁점이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 C-MIMO 성능 향상을 위하여 기존에 사용되고 있는 신호간 직교성(OF: Orthogonal Factor)의 성질을 이용하여 단말 조합을 선택하는 방식(DPS: Determinant Pairing Scheduling)과 신호간 직교성을 사용하지 않고 단말 조합을 선택하는 방식(RPS: Random Pairing Scheduling)을 분석하였다. 또한 DPS와 RPS 방식을 보완한 새로운 알고리즘을 제안 하여 스펙트럼 효율을 높이는 방법을 고안하였다. 결과에 의하면 새로운 알고리즘을 통하여 RPS 대비 $2{\sim}3dB$ 이득을 보았으며 DPS에 비하여 현격하게 복잡도를 감소 시켰다.

주식매수선택권이 기업성과에 미친 영향에 대한 연구 (A Study of Effects of Stock Option on Firm's Performance)

  • This study is to test the influence of stock option granting information on the firm's performance. The important issue in stock option is that agent cost is the important determinant factor for the long term performance. The agent cost arises between the manager and shareholders. So many study are concentrated in diminishing the agent cost, and develop some substitute tools to measure the agent cost. The event study about stock option analyzes returns around event date at a time. Event study provides estimation periods and cumulative returns. Announcements about stock option are generally associated with positive abnormal returns in short term period, but not showing positive effect in long term period. It is important to investigate the responses of stocks to new information contained in the announcements of stock option. Therefore it is important to study the long term performance in the case of stock option. The event time portfolio approach exists the CAR model, BHAR model and WR model. And the calendar time portfolio approach has the 3 factor model, 4 factor model, CTAR model, and RATS model. This study is forced to develop and arrange two approach method in evaluating the performance, the event time portfolio approach and calendar time portfolio approach.

국제물류에서 해운물류기업의 공급사슬성과 결정요인 (A Determinant Factors on Supply Chain Performance of Shipping and Logistics Firm in International Logistics)

  • Supply chain is viewed as a number of organizations(at least three) working cooperatively with at least some shared objectives. The concept of supply chain management represents the most advanced state in the evolutionary development of purchasing, procurement and other supply chain activities. This study aims to analyze and develop a measurement instrument for supply chain performance in international logistics. A measurement instrument for supply chain performance in international logistics are developed by Lai et al(2002). Supply chain reliability, customer service and cost are constructed reflecting service effectiveness and operations efficiency between shipper, forwarder and liner. The results of this study are as follow. We firstly tested the measurement properties of the sub-dimension of the supply chain performance construct using reliability test and confirmatory factor analysis follow by exploratory factor analysis. For each of the factor, reliability and validity are achieved because of the significant loading of the measurement items on their latent factors. Further research perform the analysis of variance by multi respondents within each firm and across partner firms in the supply chain. The result of analysis present the difference with shipper, forwarder and liner in statistics.

수출기업의 통합적 성과결정요인에 대한 연구 - 광주 소재 수출기업을 중심으로 - (The Study on the Determinants of Export Performance in terms of Integrated Approach - the Case of Exporting Firms in Gwangju -)

  • The main objective of this study is to examine the mediating effect of 'international entrepreneurship' on the relationship between the determinants related to export and export performance. Data was collected from a survey of 200 exporting firms in Gwangju, Korea. The results of the study are as follows ; First, 'international entrepreneurship' are produced a mediating effect when the determinants affect export performance. Second, Resource-based factors and Industry organization factors have a positive impacts on export performance. However, relationship factor as a determinant does not have statistically significant correlation to export performance. Accordingly, in orer to enhance export performance, exporting firms in Korea should try more to prepare for resource-based factors and industry organization factors as determinants. In addition to these, if CEOs of exporting firms are equipped with international entrepreneurship spirits, they can increase the performance of their exporting firms. So they have to manage their exporting firms very strategically so that they can make their firms' export performance better and better.

  • Most leadership styles are generally designed to enhance the cognitive and behavioral skills of leaders with the implicit assumption that this would ultimately translate into high performance. As we are moving towards Industry 4.0, organizations must employ leadership styles that will help the organization succeed. Thus, the objective of this paper is to confirm the determinant factors for Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) leadership attributes in Malaysian manufacturing companies. Stratified sampling was used to select the sample. Data was collected using the online survey method, where the response rate was 43 percent. The respondents consisted of respondents aged from 31-40 years old, with 69 respondents. In terms of race, the highest number of respondents are the Malays. Questionnaires were distributed to middle and top-level managers from manufacturing companies which were listed in the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM). Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was used to confirm the reliability and validity of the construct. Based on the analysis, 66 items could be used to measure the 4IR leadership attributes. The validation of 4IR leadership can also provide predictive implications on improving leaders' performance, given the different attributes confirmed by the findings.

한국기업의 외국인근로자 고용 결정요인에 관한 실태분석 (The actual condition analysis on the determining factors of foreign workers employment in Korean companies)

  • This study focused on the determining factors of foreign workers employment in Korean companies. To improve our national enterprise's work outcome, it is necessary to establish a rational employment management policy plan so that the Korea can promote influx of foreign workers who have appropriate job skills and are hard-working and well suited for cultural environment. Accordingly, the companies need to develop the program by considering following. First, the duty of skilled foreign workers for employment is an important determinant factor and thus the targeting for foreign workers is necessary to proceed with pre-paced training. Second, reflecting the cultural characteristics of migrant workers, a cultural adjustment program needs to be developed. In this regard, the national program of screening foreign workers at the government level and the adaptation program needs to be launched suitable for local environment.

  • 과거 산업화 시대와 비교하여 현대 지식사회에서는 노동력의 중심이 육체노동에서 지식 노동으로 이동되었지만, 지식근로자의 생산성에는 극적인 성과가 나타나지 않고 있다. 따라서 "현대경영학의 아버지"라고 불리는 피터 드러커의 사상을 기반으로 전문가, 성과, 집중, 자기관리, 인생의 후반부의 지식근로의 요인과 지식근로자의 생산성 결정요소인 과업, 혁신, 자율성, 교육, 품질, ICT활용능력과의 연관성에 대하여 연구한 결과, 지식근로의 요인에 있어서는 성과>집중>자기관리>전문가, 인생의 후반부 순으로 연관성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 지식근로자에게 모든 생산성 결정요소와 영향요인으로는 성과로 나타났다. 따라서 지식근로자는 "성과"를 중심으로 자신의 분야에서 끊임없는 정보의 탐색과 활용을 통하여 목표를 달성하고, 조직과 사회에 공헌하면서 더불어 살아가는 공동체를 형성하는 데 앞장서야 할 것이다.

청년기 지적장애인의 고용 유지 결정 요인: 직업훈련 프로그램 참여자의 개인적 요인을 중심으로 (Determinant Factors of Maintaining Employment in a Young Adults with Intellectual Disabilities: Focusing on the Personal Factors of Participants Employed after Vocational Training Program)

  • 이 연구에서는 성공적인 성인기 준비를 위한 진로 및 직업교육 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하기 위해, 신체능력, 작업능력, 정서 행동 영역, 기능적 적응 행동 요인을 중심으로 직업훈련 프로그램에 참여한 청년기 지적장애인들의 고용 유지 결정 요인을 알아보았다. 이를 위해 직업훈련 프로그램에 참여한 64명의 청년기 지적장애인을 대상으로 평가를 실시하고, 프로그램 수료 이후 6개월 시점에의 추적 조사를 통해 고용 유지 여부를 알아보았다. 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 고용 유지 결정 요인을 알아본 결과, 신체능력 중 양손 기민성(OR = 2.175), 작업 능력 중 소도구 사용 손기민성(OR = 1.123), 정서 행동 영역 중 불안(OR = .733)과 사회화 영역(OR = .429), 기능적 적응행동 영역 중 학습기술(OR = 1.077)과 직업기술 영역(OR = 1.542)이 고용 유지 결정 요인으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 드러난 고용 유지 결정요인은 선행연구들에서 제시한 고용 유지에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 고용 유지에 효과적인 진로 및 직업교육 프로그램 구성을 위해서는 고용 유지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 고려가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
