정보보안정책의 특성이 구성원들의 보안정책 준수 행위에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Characteristics of Information Security Policy on Security Policy Compliance Intention of Employees)

  • 보안정책의 두 가지 구성요소는 내용과 형식이다. 지금까지 보안 정책 내용에 대한 연구는 폭 넓게 수행되어온 반면, 보안 정책의 형식에 대해서는 관련연구가 매우 부족한 실정이다. 형식이 보안정책의 성공을 결정하는 중요한 요인이기 때문에 어떻게 보안 정책의 형식을 작성할 것인가는 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 보안 정책의 형식과 조직 구성원들의 보안 정책 준수간의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 분석결과 보안정책의 형식은 보안준수태도, 주관적 규범, 인지된 행위 통제, 그리고 인지된 보안정책 준수비용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 보안정책 준수태도와 주관적 규범은 지속적 보안준수 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

계획된 행동 이론을 적용한 화재안전교육이 요양보호사 교육생들의 화재안전행동에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Fire Safety Education Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior on the Fire Safety Behavior of Care Worker Trainees)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사 교육생들을 대상으로 화재안전교육의 효과를 규명하기 위한 유사실험연구로 비동등성 대조군 전후시차설계(Non-equivalent control group no-synchronized design)이다. 연구대상자는 S요양보호사 교육원의 교육생으로 실험군 28명, 대조군 29명으로 총 57명 이었다. 실험처치기간은 2018년 5월 21일부터 6월 14일까지 주 1회씩 총 4회로 구성하여 화재안전교육을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 ${\chi}^2-test$, t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 화재안전교육은 요양보호사 교육생들의 화재안전에 대한 지식, 화재안전에 대한 태도, 화재안전에 대한 지각된 행동통제, 화재안전 행동의도, 화재안전 행동을 증진시키는데 효과적인 교육으로 일상생활에서 화재안전행동실천에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다. 반면 화재안전에 대한 주관적 규범은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타나 화재안전에 대한 주관적 규범의 효과를 검증하는 후속연구를 제언한다.

Outcome Expectations and Social Entrepreneurial Intention: Integration of Planned Behavior and Social Cognitive Career Theory

  • The paper examines social entrepreneurial intention through outcome expectations. The proposed model incorporates outcome expectations from social cognitive career theory and theory of planned behaviors. The study also introduces a scale for outcome expectations in social entrepreneurship, including solving social problems, innovation, family tradition of social involvement, meaning in life, prestige and social recognition, competitive and favorite job and wealth. A survey of 279 students was conducted through face-to-face structured interviews. The confirm factor analysis and technique of structural equation modeling were used to explore relationships among latent constructs. Research results show that the outcomes impact only through three determinants of theory of planned behavior and do not have significant impact to social entrepreneurial intention. It suggests that outcome expectations may be a flexible factor. Individual outcome expectations can shift to motivations when facing favorable conditions such as family support, government support, etc. The findings suggest that the ability to predict social entrepreneurial intention of attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. The proposed model in this study contributes importantly to the emerging literature on entrepreneurial intention, particularly to social entrepreneurial intention. This study is also the first quantitative study to measure the impact of outcome expectations on social entrepreneurial intention.

청소년의 공격성 측정도구 개발: Ajzen의 계획된 행위 이론을 기반으로 (Development of an Aggression Scale for Adolescents: Based on Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a scale for measuring aggression in adolescents, based on Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Methods: The participants were 38 adolescents in an in-depth study conducted to develop items for indirect measurement, 13 adolescents in a pre-test, and 289 adolescents in the present survey. The collected data were analyzed using content validity, the correlation coefficient, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability, and the Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Results: In this study, the most important variable related to aggression was found to be aggression intention. This study included 4 factors of direct measurement and 6 factors of indirect measurement; therefore, 41 questions were developed. Increased levels of aggression were associated with higher scores for attitudes of aggression, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and aggression intention. Conclusion: We found that the questionnaire used in this study was valid and reliable as a measurement scale to explain aggression in adolescents based on TPB. Aggression intention should be included in aggression prevention programs because it was linked to aggressive behavior.

녹색관광의 참여의도에 관여하는 영향인자와 제한요소 규명 (Identification of Influential Attributes and Constraints Affecting Green Tourism Participation Intention)

  • This research is a preliminary empirical investigation to segment the green tourism market by intention, which is a major precedent variable determining the behavior(i.e., participation in green tourism). Then, characteristics of each segmented group such as their socio-demographic variables, green tourism attitude, types of attractions they want to be provided in destination, and constraints to participate in green tourism were compared to give information useful for green tourism managers. Data was collected by a polling agency on a total of 608 residents of Seoul, who would be potential green tourists. Three green tourist groups were identified by intention to participate. The results showed that only gender among socio-demographic variables, two constraint factors, green tourism attitude, and s]me attractions were statistically significant. It is worth noticing, however, that there was no difference in green tourism attitude between the two groups that have the strongest and the weakest intention to participate in green tourism. This result means that the green tourism attitude does not always influence positively on the formation of intention. Perceived behavioral control construct such as cost may played an important role in lowering intention to visit. Based on the findings, several marketing strategies were suggested such as identification of target market and inducing potential green tourists to participate.

감성공학의 개념과 연구 및 응용 방법 (Sensibility Ergonomics : Needs, Concepts, Methods and Applications)

  • History of the Sensibility Ergonomics is explained. Concepts, definition, and research methods on the human sensibility are proposed for systematic applications of human sensibility studies to product and environment developments. Sensibility Ergonomics was born in socio-technological environments where consumers required aesthetic and satisfactory products in addition to useful and usable ones, and manufactures were trying to develop consumer-oriented, user-friendly products. Sensibility Ergonomics is defined as "multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary processes for developing products and environment as usable, comfortable and satisfactory with the information on human sensibility." Human sensibility is functionally defined as "feelings generated when perceived sensory and information stimuli are reflected from memory which has been accumulated through personal experiences." Human sensibility is affected by at least three factors: personal, social, and cultural. Consumers evaluate products in three aspects : functional, sensorial, and cultural sensibilities. Human sensibility is personal, dynamic, and ambiguous. It is generated reflectively and intuitively against external stimuli. No Physiological responses are accompanied, and one cannot control his/her sensibility. However, the sensibility affects the decision making or behavior of the person. To understand the human sensibility many inter-disciplinary methods should be used instead of one-variable approach. Micro-scopic studies such as Questionnaire, interview, behavioral analysis, and psychophysiological experiments can be performed. In addition, social and cultural studies are essential to understand an individual's sensibility. Results of sensibility studies can be applied to setup new interactions between human and machine through sensible(or affective) human-machine (computer) interfaces. Human-oriented and user-friendly products can be made with the information on human sensibility.

Analysis on the Characterstics of Consumers on Social commerce

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of awareness on the characteristics of a consumers' social commerce. This study examines whether the characteristics of social commerce influence the purchase intentions in accommodating these types of social commerce. Research design, data, methodology - The data for the study were collected and analyzed from a sample of 126 adult customers, comprising both males and females, using social commerce. The survey was conducted and the results aggregated through distributing a copy to each participant. For statistical analysis of the data collected, SPSS 18.0 statistical package was used. Results - The results can be summarized as follows. First, the perceptions about the characteristics of Social Commerce demonstrated a significant effect for attitudes. Second, the attitudes demonstrated positive effects on purchase intention. Third, the subjective norm affected the purchase intention. Fourth, perceived behavioral control influenced the purchase intentions. Conclusions - As a result, perceptions about the characteristics of Social Commerce may be seen in the positive effects on purchase intention. Using social commerce in the future, retailers would need to increase the scope of the study, through applying more diverse characteristics of Social Commerce.

주관적 규범과 불평행동 의도의 관계에 미치는 태도의 매개 효과 (Mediating Effect of the Attitude on the Relationship between Subjective Norms and Voice Intention)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of subjective norms on customers' intention to engage in voice of dissatisfaction responses, the effect of subjective norms on attitude, and the mediating effect of attitude on the relationships between subjective norms and customers' intention to engage in voice of dissatisfaction responses. The simple regression analysis is used in order to estimate the effects of subjective norms on customers' intention to engage in voice of dissatisfaction responses and attitude. The mediated regression analysis is used in order to estimate the mediating role of attitude of the effect of subjective norms on customers' intention to engage in voice of dissatisfaction responses. Results of the study demonstrated that the inclusion of perceived behavioral control did significantly improve the predictability of the voice of dissatisfaction response intentions. Furthermore, the mediating analysis indicated that the influence of subjective norms was mediated by mediator. In the contests of voice behavior, the effect of subjective norms on intention was mediated by attitude.

Factors Affecting Online Payment Method Decision Behavior of Consumers in Vietnam

  • E-commerce development led to the explosion of online payment. Consumers have many choices when deciding on the online payment method for each transaction. Using a combination of both qualitative and quantitative methods with the help of SPSS AMOS version 22.0, the article explores the factors that influence consumers' online payment method decision behavior in Vietnam. Research results show that awareness of usefulness, awareness of risk, awareness of trust, awareness ease of use, product uncertainly perception and perceived behavioral control have effects on the behavior of deciding on online payment methods. Awareness of risk has the strongest negative impact on online payment method decision behavior and awareness of usefulness has the strongest positive impact on online payment method decision behavior. Based on these important results, the article proposes a number of implications: (i) continuing to invest and upgrade modern technology to ensure customer information absolutely confidential; (ii) converting all ATM cards on the market to EMV chip standard card technology; (iii) improving service activities, quickly handle things to create confidence for customers; (iv) credit institutions operating in the field of online payment linked to e-commerce sites, supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants must ask partners to increase transparency for the products.

의사의 진료비 심사기준 준수행동 분석 (Analysis of Physician's Observance Behavior of Health Insurance Review Standards)

  • This study was conducted by extending Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB) model in analyzing physician's observance behavior of National Health Insurance review standards. An extended TPB model was proposed by including 'background knowledge'and 'dorganizational commitment'in original model to predict physician's review standards observance behavior. Surveys for data collection were carried out on the physicians who were working in a general hospital, clinics, specialized hospitals, local medical centers and long term care hospitals located in Daegu and Kyoung-Buk province in Korea. Two hundreds twenty copies of questionnaires were distributed and 166 physicians responded. Data were analyzed using a structural equation model. The results show that an affirmative attitude and subjective norms have significant positive effects on physicians' behavior of observing review standards. However, the effect of perceived behavioral control on intention to behavior is not significant. The organizational commitment and background knowledge have a positive effect on the intention of observance of review standards. In conclusion, because physician's observance behaviors are affected by background knowledge and organizational commitment as well as attitudes, subjective norms, hospital managements should establish a communication system to share information on the review standards among physicians and provide appropriate measures to increase physician's organizational commitment.
