8-Bay 주차모듈을 적용한 아파트 지하주차장 구조의 경제성 분석 (The Economic Analysis of Underground Parking Lot Frames adopting 8-Bay Parking Modules)

  • 2017년 6월 30일 국토교통부는 주차단위구획의 최소 크기를 확대하는 것을 입법 예고하였다. 주차단위구획의 확대는 주차장 연면적의 증가를 초래하여 아파트 분양가를 상승시킬 우려가 있다. 그러므로 주차장의 기둥 간격과 개수를 조정하고, 주차효율이 좋은 8-Bay 장스팬 주차모듈을 적용할 필요가 있다. 연구결과, 주차단위구획을 확대한 6-Bay 주차모듈과 8-Bay 주차모듈의 공사비는 거의 비슷한 수준이었으나, 8-Bay 주차모듈의 연면적 감소 효과가 확인되어 8-Bay 주차모듈이 더 경제적인 것으로 나타났다. 8-Bay 주차모듈의 공사비를 분석한 결과, 탈형데크플레이트 RC공법을 적용한 모듈이 가장 경제성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. PC 복합화공법은 부재의 체적 증가로 인해 비교적 공사비가 높게 나타났으나, 프리스트레스를 적용하여 보 춤을 감소시키면 경제성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 중공슬래브 공법 모듈은 가장 공사비가 높게 나타났으나, $1m^2$당 공사비가 가장 낮아 비용적 측면에서 아파트 주차장의 구조공법으로 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. 이 연구는 8-Bay 주차모듈의 공사비를 분석하고 비용적 측면에서 경제성을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의를 가지며, 향후에 8-Bay 주차모듈을 적용한 최적의 공법을 도출하는데 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

중공비율에 따른 중공 프리캐스트 철근콘크리트 기둥의 압축거동 (Compressive Behavior of Precast Concrete Column with Hollow Corresponding to Hollow Ratio)

  • 최근 일련의 연구로부터, 중공이 있는 프리캐스트 콘크리트(hollewed precast concrete, HPC) 기둥를 사용할 경우, 일반적인 PC기둥에 비하여 접합부 콘크리트를 충실하게 채울수 있으며 이에 따라, 접합부의 고정도는 일체식 철근콘크리트(RC)와 같이 향상될 수 있음이 확인되었다. 그러나 충전콘크리트로 중공부가 채워진 후, HPC부재와 충전콘크리트의 강도가 서로 다르고 이 두 부재 사이에는 접촉면이 있음에 따라 합성구조와 같은 거동을 보이게 되며 이는 합성된 기둥의 구조적 거동과 강도에 영향을 미치게 된다. 이 논문에서는 HPC 기둥에서 중공의 크기와 중공부분 콘크리트의 채움 유무에 따른 기둥의 압축강도 시험을 실시하였다. 중공의 비율은 35, 50 그리고 59%이며 실험체의 양단을 단순지지 형태로서 지지한 뒤 중심압축력을 기둥의 상단에 작용시켰다. 또한 압축에 대한 HPC 기둥의 파괴거동을 묘사하기 위하여 유한요소 해석을 실시하였다. 실험 결과, 중공내부가 충전콘크리트로 채워진 기둥에서, PC와 충전콘크리트의 강도차이와 상관없이 중공률은 기둥의 초기강성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 기둥의 압축강도는 중공률에 반비례하는 것으로 나타났다. 충전콘크리트가 채워지지 않은 HPC기둥의 구조성능은 중공의 직경에 밀접하게 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히, HPC의 두께가 지나치게 얇은 경우에는 국부적인 파괴가 전체 파괴를 지배하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 영향을 고려하여 HPC기둥의 압축내력을 산정할 수 있는 식을 제시하였다. 유한요소해석에서는, HPC와 충전콘크리트 사이의 접촉면을 고려할 경우, 해석 결과가 실험 결과와 좋은 대응을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

주기하중 하에서 철근 콘크리트 전단벽체와 철골 연결보 접합부의 내진성능 (Seismic Performance of Steel Coupling Beam and RC Shear Wall under Lateral Cyclic Load)

  • 이 논문에서는 철골 연결보와 철근 콘크리트 전단벽체의 내진성능을 평가하고자 주기하중 실험을 수행하였다. 실험의 주요 변수는 벽체의 보강 상세이었다. 현행 설계 기준을 따라 설계된 병렬 전단벽체는 콘크리트의 지압강도로 인해 조기 파괴되었다. 한편, 매립길이 내에 추가적인 수직 및 수평 보강재로 보강된 벽체의 경우, 지압파괴가 방지되는 것으로 나타났다. 실험결과, 벽체의 수직철근은 수평철근보다 병렬 전단벽의 전단 강도에 더 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 매립 철골 보 플랜지 상 하부에서 발생하는 콘크리트의 응력분포를 가정하여, PC 병렬 전단벽체 내의 소요 철근의 양이 결정되었으며, 이를 이용하여 예측 강도 식을 제안하였다. 예측된 강도식은 실험값과 비교적 잘 일치하였다.

Constructability Analysis of Green Columns at the Low Bending Moment Zone

  • Green Frame is an environmentally friendly column-beam system composed of composite PC members that can increase buildings' life spans while reducing resource consumption. Typically, connections of PC and RC columns occur at the boundaries of each floor, which is at the upper section of slabs, causing the boundary of each floor to generate the maximum moment. Although it is not optimal in terms of structural safety to connect members at a location where the moment is high, this approach is highly adopted due to its constructability. We propose that a superior approach that employs the concept of connecting columns at the low bending moment zone can be applied to quickly and safely install green columns, the main structural members of Green Frame. Connection of green columns at the low bending moment zone can be classified into three techniques, depending on the method of reinforcing the joints, which have different connection characteristics and construction methods. Research is needed to compare the features of each method of reinforcing the joints so that the most appropriate column connection method can be chosen for the site conditions. This study aims to confirm the structural safety of the connection component at the low bending moment zone and to compare and analyze the construction duration, unit price, quality and safety performance of each column connection method. The study results are anticipated to activate the use of composite precast concrete and to be used as development data in the future.

Increase in apoptotic effect of Panax ginseng by microwave processing in human prostate cancer cells: in vitro and in vivo studies

  • Background: Ginseng, which is widely used in functional foods and as an herbal medicine, has been reported to reduce the proliferation of prostate cancer cells by mechanisms that are not yet fully understood. Methods: This study was designed to investigate the changes in ginsenoside content in ginseng after treatment with a microwave-irradiation thermal process and to verify the anticancer effects of the extracts. To confirm the anticancer effect of microwave-irradiated processed ginseng (MG), it was tested in three human prostate cancer cell lines (DU145, LNCaP, and PC-3 cells). Involvements of apoptosis and autophagy were assessed using Western blotting. Results: After microwave treatment, the content of ginsenosides Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rc, Rb2, and Rd in the extracts decreased, whereas the content of ginsenosides 20(S)-Rg3, 20(R)-Rg3, Rk1, and Rg5 increased. Antiproliferation results for the human cancer cell lines treated with ginseng extracts indicate that PC-3 cells treated with MG showed the highest activity with an half maximal inhibitory concentration of $48{\mu}g/mL$. We also showed that MG suppresses the growth of human prostate cancer cell xenografts in athymic nude mice as an in vivo model. This growth suppression by MG is associated with the inductions of cell death and autophagy. Conclusion: Therefore, heat processing by microwave irradiation is a useful method to enhance the anticancer effect of ginseng by increasing the content of ginsenosides Rg3, Rg5, and Rk1.

RC기둥의 내진성능평가를 위한 재료비선형 상사법칙 (Similitude Law on Material Non-linearity for Seismic Performance Evaluation of RC Columns)

  • 지진에 의한 사회기반 구조물의 손상은 대형참사를 유발할 가능성이 크므로, 적절한 내진성능평가가 이루어져야한다. 특히 지진하중 하에서 구조물의 거동은 상부 하중을 지탱하는 기둥의 거동에 지배되므로 기둥에 대한 해석 및 실험을 통한 내진성능평가는 가장 핵심적인 요소이다. 현재 내진성능평가 실험의 일환으로 준정적실험, 유사동적실험, 진동대실험 등이 대표적으로 수행되고 있으며 이러한 실험을 수행 시 시험체의 크기, 실험장비 성능의 한계, 경제적인 이유 등으로 원형 구조물을 대신하여 축소모형을 통해 실험을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 축소모형실험을 위해서는 적절한 상사법칙을 적용해야 하는데, 현재 일반적으로 적용되고 있는 상사법칙은 탄성범위 내에서 유도가 되어 있기 때문에 지진하중하 구조물의 비탄성 거동을 예측하는데 무리가 있다. 또한 마이크로콘크리트를 사용한 축소모형에 대해서는 필연적으로 재료특성에 있어서 원형재료와 축소모형재료 사이에 왜곡이 발생하여 결과의 신뢰성에 영향을 주게된다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 재료의 왜곡과 비탄성 거동을 고려하여 새로운 상사법칙을 제시하였다.

인삼 사포닌 단일물질이 알러지 과민반응의 매개체 유리기전에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Single Component of Ginsenosides on the Mechanism of Mediator Release in the Allergic Hypersensitivity)

  • Inflammatory diseases, allergic and asthmatic disorders are caused by the mediator release from the activation of the phospholipase C (PLC), phospholipase D (PLD), methyltransferase or adenylate cyclase etc. during IgG or IgE cross-linking of high affinity receptors on mast cells or basophil surface. One important enzyme activated after IgG or IgE receptor cross-linking is PLD, the enzyme which converts phosphatidylcholine (PC) to phosphatidic acid (PA). Under the hypothesis that these may be some differences in mediator release according to the difference in PLD activity, we attempted to confirm the ginseng saponin effects on the PLD activity. We examined the PLD activity during the passively sensitized mast cell activation in the presence of single component of ginsenosides $(Rc,\;Rg_1,\;Rg_2,\;Rg_3)$. We also measured the amount of mediators (histamine and leukotrienes) released by stimulating with ovalbumin (OA) or calcium ionophore (CaI), Guinea Pig lung mast cells were purified using enzyme digestion, count current elutriation, and discontinuous Percoll density gradient. In purified mast cells prelabeled with $[^3H]$ arachidonic acid or $[^3H]$ palmitic acid, PLD activity was assessed more directly by the production of labeled PEt by PLD-mediated transphosphatidylation in the presence of ethanol. Histanine release was determined by Spectrophotofluorometry, and leukotrienes by radioimmunoassay. The PLD activity during the passively sensitized mast cell activation is increased up to $3{\sim}5times$. The PLD activity during the passively sensitized mast cell activation in the presence of all ginsenosides is decreased up to $4{\sim}11$ times. $Rg_l\;and\;Rg_2$ ginsenoside pretreatment decreased histamine and leukotrienes by 50% in the OA-induced or by 40% in the Cal-induced mast cell after passively sensitization. Rc pretreatment poorly decreased histamine but leukotrienes decreased by 70% in the OA-induced or by 35% in the Cal-induced mast cell. $Rg_3$ ginsenoside pretreatment increased histamine release without challenging OA or Cal but leukotrienes decreased. These observations indicate that single unit of ginsenosldes may be an important contributor to inhibit the release of histamine and leukotrienes in the guinea pig lung mast cells, that inhibits the PLD-mediated formation of DAG evoked by mast cell activation.

LIT 거더 성능 개선에 대한 연구 (A Study on LIT Girder Performance Improvement)

  • Conventional RC beams for crossing small and medium-sized rivers do not have a cross-sectional area, so the floating debris is accumulated and disasters such as damage to bridges occur. To improve this, the PSC method was invented. However, this also had problems such as transverse curvature, increase in dead weight due to cross-sectional shape, and negative moment generated during serialization, so it was necessary to develop a new type of girder. Therefore, it was intended to propose a LIT(Leton Interaction Thrust) girder bridge that is safer and has better performance than the conventional PSC girder with improved section efficiency. Unlike existing girder bridges, the LIT girder has the feature that the change in the strands of the entire girder occurs only in the vertical direction when the first tension is applied because the tendon arrangement is symmetrical by applying the raised portion. In addition, slab continuation generates a secondary moment that is advantageous to the continuous point, effectively controlling the negative moment and preventing the corrosion of the tendon. The dimensions of the cross section were determined, and the arrangement of the strands was designed to conduct structural analysis and detailed analysis. As a result of the structural analysis, the stress of the girder showed results within the allowable compressive stress, and the deflection showed the result within the allowable deflection. showed results. In addition, a detailed analysis was performed to examine the stress distribution around the girder body and the anchorage area and the stress distribution of the embossed portion, and as a result, the stress of the girder body due to the tension force showed a stable level.

Influence of corrosive phenomena on bearing capacity of RC and PC beams

  • The attack of environmental aggressive agents progressively reduces the structural reliability of buildings and infrastructures and, in the worst exposition conditions, may even lead to their collapse in the long period. A change in the material and sectional characteristics of a structural element, due to the environmental damaging effects, changes its mechanical behaviour and varies both the internal stress redistribution and the kinematics through which it reaches its ultimate state. To identify such a behaviour, the evolution of both the damaging process and its mechanical consequences have to be taken into account. This paper presents a computational approach for the analysis of reinforced and prestressed concrete elements under sustained loading conditions and subjected to given damaging scenarios. The effects of the diffusion of aggressive agents, of the onset and development of the corrosion state in the reinforcement and the corresponding mechanical response are studied. As known, the corrosion on the reinforcing bars influences the damaging rate in the cracking pattern evolution; hence, the damage development and the mechanical behaviours are considered as coupled phenomena. The reliability of such an approach is validated in modelling the diffusion of the aggressive agents and the changes in the mechanical response of simple structural elements whose experimental behaviour is reported in Literature. A second set of analyses studies the effects of the corrosion of the tendons of a P.C. beam and explores potentially unexpected structural responses caused by corrosion under different aggressive exposition. The role of the different types and of the different positions of the damaging agents is discussed. In particular, it is shown how the collapse mode of the beam may switch from flexural to shear type, in case corrosion is caused by a localized chloride attack in the shear span.

유한요소법에 의한 PC 농업용 사이로의 해석에 관한 연구 -제2보 탄성지반에 놓인 경우- (-An Analysis of Pre-Stressed Concrete Farn Sild by the Finite Element Method-)

  • study aims to derive a rational method for the analysis of the farm silo supported on an elastic foundation in which it is assumed that the reaction pressure of the soil at a point is proportional to the deflection at that point. In order to investigate the effects of an elastic foundation on the behaviour of the structures on it, the analysis of the farm silo resting on an elastic foundation was compared with the solution that the ground support may be assumed uniform (which was obtained from part I of this paper). To calculate the deformation of an elastic foundation, Boussinesq's solution which allows an interaction of the various parts of ground was adopted. In this case, the foundation was treated as a superparametric element additionally. In the evaluation of an element stiffness matrix, Gauss quadrature' was used. In above numerical integration, 3-point rule for the farm silo wall and the footing was introduced and 2-point rule for the evaluation of a reaction between the footing and the elastic foundation was adopted. The stresses of a farm silo on an elastic foundation were smaller than those which the distribution of contact pressure between the footing and the soil is assumed uniformly. Since the differences of stresses were remarkable in PS structures than RC structures, it is desirable that designers take into account the effect of an elastic foundation for the case of PS structures. It can be noted that while the effect of an elastic foundation was more conspicuously observed in near of the ground, the value of stresses at far from the soil was little affected by an supported soil.
