The study is to analyze the contents of Environmental Impact Statement(EIS) and supplementary EIS prepared from 1981 to 1992. The contents are project area, project cost, EIS volume, project term, assessment term, EIS preparation cost, land use plan, and kinds of predictive model concerning air quality, water quality, noise and vibration etc. by project type. Data are collected with EIS analysis checklist and analyzed by $SPSS/PC^+$.

본 논문에서는 조선소들의 물품 관리 및 업무의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 본 논문에서 제안하는 안드로이드용 물품 재고 관리 시스템은 조선소의 물품관리와 선박 제조 과정에 따른 물품 위치 및 자재의 수량 등을 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있도록 하였다. PC에 웹서버를 두고 휴대용 단말기들 간 실시간으로 물품들의 수량 및 위치에 관한 정보를 파악 하여 조선소의 물품 정보 등을 알 수 있다.

A simulator for virtual laser machining is developed to help understanding and predicting the effects of machining parameters on the final machined results. Main program is based on the model for polymer ablation with short pulse excimer lasers. Version f of the simulator is built using Visual Fortran to make the user work under visual environment such as Windows on PC, where the important machining parameters can be input via dialog box and the calculated results for machined shape, beam fluence, and temperature distribution can be plotted through the 2-D graphics windows. Version II of the simulator is built using HTML, CGI and JAVA languages, allowing the user to control the input parameters and to see the results plot through the internet.

This paper demonstrates an AI application for representing operator's heuristic knowledges in implementing process control. AI controller constitutes servo and regulatory controller, respectively. The knowledge base for servo controller was designed to obtain the process output with respect to the desired set-point in short period. The regulatory controller was to provide smooth output near the set-point. The AI controllers was implemented in Turbo-PROLOG on IBM-PC. For the parallel processing, Turbo-C was linked to calculate the process output. The result shows that this AI controller can be well suited not only for minimum phase but also for non-minimum phase. This controller may be used as a back-up controller for rather extensive expert system.

In this paper, we analogized effective thermal conductivity ($k_{eff}$) and effective heat capacity($pc_{p.eff}$) of insulators and the air in coil portions of linear pulse motor for CEDM(Control Element Drive Mechanism). The errors of simulated results are under 1.6% when compared with experimental results. And we carried out temperature rise of linear pulse motor for CEDM by the experiment.

컴퓨터 이용이 일반화되어 가면서 가정내에 인터넷을 이용한 수 있는 PC뿐만 아니라 다양한 정보기기들과 정보가전기기들이 등장하였다. 홈네트워크는 가정내에 홈서버를 중심으로 정보기기들과 정보가 전기기들로 이루어진 네트워크를 말한다. 본 논문에서는 홈네트워크에서의 효율적인 작업 수행과 홈네트워크 관리를 위해서 이동에이전트를 사용하는 홈네트워킹과 그에 따른 홈서버와 정보기기들의 구조를 제안하고, 홈네트워크에서 에이전트가 요청하는 에이전트 서버의 서비스나 홈네트워크 내의 자원을 공격적인 에이전트로부터 안전하게 보호하고 관리하기 위한 프록시 기반의 자원관리 메커니즘을 제안한다.

본 논문은 ARM7TDMI 칩을 사용하여 전광판 시스템을 설계하고 자체적인 한글 입출력 처리가 가능하도록 하였다. 그리고 사용자가 원하는 표출문구의 입력, 편집을 쉽고 편리하게 할 수 있는 여러가지 형태의 입력방법에 대해 연구하였다. 기본적으로 PC에 의한 유/무선 문구입력과 PDA에 의한 유무선 문구입력이 가능하게 하였다. 또한 LINUX OS가 포팅 된 PXA255프로세서 기반의 임베디드 보드에서 Graphic Library인 QT/Embedded 2.3.7을 터치패널사용이 가능하도록 포팅 하여 원격지의 전광판에 문구를 이더넷 통신방법에 의해 쉽게 바꿀 수 있게 하였으며 인터넷상에 링크되어있는 유용한 정보를 전광판에서 실시간적으로 볼 수 있도록 하였다.

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of a beverage that contained Bulnesia sarmienti(BSP, 2.5%) on rats to which alcohol was administered. The treatment of the BSP group reduced the serum alcohol concentration to 52%, compared to 47% in the positive control(PC) group. Similar pattell1s were observed in the enhancement of alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH), acetaldehyde dehydrogenase(ALDH), alkaline phosphate(ALP), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), asparate aminotransferase(AST), total cholesterol(CHOL), ${\gamma}$-glutamyltrasferase(GGT), glucose(GLU), total bilirubin, and total protein(TP) in the serum. Also, in the BSP group, the lipoxidase(LPO), glutathion-S-transferase(GST), XO, catalase(CAT), and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were significantly reduced, compared to the CO and PC groups in the liver. The glutathione(GSH) activity increased in the BSP group, though. These results indicate that Bulnesia sarmienti extract can enhance alcohol metabolization activity.

The development of various contents has been accelerated with the explosive increase of the number of internet users, the rapid expansion of wireless internet service and the pervasion of mobile terminal. Mobile service is able to offer the elastic service to anyone regardless of the place and the time. With this characteristics, this service could be extended even to the pace which the access was limited with the existing line service. The purpose of this study is to propose a system which is able to make a remote control of computer by means of mobile as an example of the production of contents for such mobile service. With this system it could be identified what kind of job a user of PC is making by mobile phone regardless of the time and place. The functions such as termination reboot, messenger, macro execution, and timer are included. The greatest advantage of the system proposed in this paper is to protect the youth, who are making an access recklessly to the harmful site, by use of mobile at my time and any place.

This paper analyzes system builders and their human networks of the Korean online game industry. By the early 2000s, Korea became one of the major online gaming countries in the world. In this period, important factors included the existence of system builders and their solid human networks. The few innovators who assisted the breakthrough of the development of the online gaming industry formed a human network in universities and IT companies. They shared innovations in information and collectively learned the conventions of the industry. In their achievement, the human networks which had already fully formed in the late 1990s became more noticeable. This paper, with its historical approach, will complement the limits shown by existing researches that, in their effort to find the causes for the success of the Korean online game industry, focus rather narrowly on the conditions of the period during which online games were becoming popular.
