  • The characteristics of a multilayer piezoelectric transformer were investigated using 0.05Pb(A $l_{0.5}$N $b_{0.5}$) $O_3$-0.95Pb(Z $r_{0.52}$ $Ti_{0.48}$) $O_3$+0.9wt%N $b_2$ $O_{5}$+0.5wt%Mn $O_2$+0.04wt% $V_2$ $O_{5}$ ceramics. The multilayer piezoelectric trans formers were developed for voltage step-up. The multilayer ceramic technology was applied in piezoelectric transformer. The electrical characteristics of the piezoelectric transformer (33x8.5x1mm) has the efficiency of above 85%, step-up ratio of 70 under the 130 kΩ load, and driving frequency of 93.5kHz, respectively.ctively.y.y.

  • This paper was to measure the structure, electric characteristics of 0.05Pb($(Al_{0.5}Nb_{0.5})$) - 0.95Pb$(Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48})O_3$ ceramics dopped with Cr+Fe. The results of this paper were gotten such as follows; The dielectric constants were decreased with Cr+Fe. The dielectric loss was minimum value of 1.008[%], dopped with Cr+Fe O.9[wt%] at 1200[$^{\circ}C$], In case of sintering at 1150[$^{\circ}C$], electromechanical factodkp) was maximum value of kp 42.73[%], at Cr+Fe 0.9[wt%]. The mechanical quality factor(Qm) was maximum value at Cr+Fe 1.2 [wt%], Also, in case of dopped with Cr+Fe, it make a improvement in temperature coefficient of resonant frequency at 0.3[wt%], 1150[$^{\circ}C$].

  • Screen printing에 의해 압전 후막을 제조하기 위하여 약 $0.6{\mu}m$의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 PMN-PZT와 PAN-PZT 분말을 산화물 혼합법에 의해 제조하였다. 치밀한 후막의 제조를 위한 분말과 유기물의 비율은 분산이 가능한 범위에서 80:20 (분말:유기물)의 중량비를 나타내었다 사용된 기판과 하부전극은 각각 $SiO_2$/Si와 AgPd 였으며, 후막 제조시 박리 및 균열현상은 발생되지 않았다. 프린트된 후막은 건조온도와 무관한 미세구조를 나타내었으며, 보다 치밀한 구조를 갖는 후막의 제조를 이해 입자의 분산 및 열처리 조건 그리고 기판과의 매칭에 대해 연구가 계속되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

Piezoelectric and Dielectric Characteristics of PAN-PZT Ceramics with BaCO3Addition (BaCO3첨가량에 따른 PAN-PZI계 세라믹스의 압전 및 유전특성)

  • The piezoelectric properties of $0.05Pb(Al_{0.5}Nb_{0.5})O_3-0.95Pb(Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48})O_3+0.7wt%Nb_2O_5+o.5wt%MnO_2$ ceramics with the additive of BaCO$_3$were investigated. As the addition of BaCO$_3$increased from 0 to 0.4 wt%, the dielectric constant ($\epsilon^T _{33}$), piezoelectric constant ($d_33$), electromechanical coupling factor ($k_p$), and mechanical quality factor ($Q_m$) increased, while the dielectric loss ($tan\delta$) decreased. The highest piezoelectric and dielectric properties were observed at $1200^{\circ}C$ of the sintered temperature with 0.4 wt% of $BaCO_3$, and the properties of $d_33$, $k_p$, and $Q_m$ were 339 pC/N, 60% and 1754, respectively.

  • This paper was to measure the structure, piezoelectric properties of 0.05Pb($A1_{0.5}$$Nb_{0.5}$)-0.95Pb($Zr_{0.52}$$Ti_{0.48}$)$O_3$ ceramics dopped with additive after creating the specimens with a general method. It is shown that X-ray diffraction pattern variation of lines (200) have tendency to move in simple peak by addition of additive. According to the increase of $Cr_2$$O_3$, tetragonality hardly have variation, according to the increase of $Fe_2$$O_3$, tetragonality decreased on the whole. According to dopping with $Cr_2$$O_3$ and $Fe_2$$O_3$, electromechanical factor(kp) largely increased, in case of sintering at $1200^{\circ}C$ kp was maximum value of 40.04[%] at $Cr_2$$O_3$ 0.3wt%, and maximum value of kp 42.9 [%] at $Fe_2$$O_3$, 0.9wt%. In case of sintering at 120$0^{\circ}C$, mechanical duality factor(Qm) was maximum value of Qm 268.8 at $Cr_2$$O_3$, 0.9 wt%.
