Effects of Doping Concentration and Microstructures on Photoluminescence Dispersion of InGaAsP Semiconductors (InGaAsP 에피막의 도핑농도 및 미세조직구조가 photoluminescence 분산특성에 미치 는 영향)

  • 본 논문에서는 InGaAsP 에피막에서 도핑 농도와 에피막의 미세조직구조가 photoluminescence (PL) 스펙트럼의 위치 및 형상에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 연구하였고, 그 결과를 설명하기 위해 가능한 모델을 제시하였다. InGaAsP 에피막(발진파장 ~1.3$\mu$m) 을 액상증착법(liquid phase epitaxy, LPE)으로 성장하여 9K에서 PL측정을 했을 때 InGaAsP 활성층 내 Zn 억셉터의 유무에 따라 PL 피크의 위치가 최대 30nm (24meV)까지 shift하고 피크의 선폭도 넓어지는 현사을 발견하였다. 이와같은 피크 분산현상은 inGaAsP 에피막이 유기금속 기상증착법으로 성장되거나 Zn로 고농도로 도핑되거나 고온에서 어닐링 될 경우 대폭 감소하였다. 이를 설명하기 위해 여러 가지 모델을 설정하여 실험을 하였으며 이 중 InGaAsP 에피막의 미세조직구조 특히 Spinodal 분해에 의한 조성이 모듈레이션과 Zn의 상호작용의 관계가 이 현상을 설명하는 데 가장 적절하다는 것을 밝혔다.

  • 현존하는 대부분의 P2P(Peer-to-Peer) 어플리케이션은 검색, 전송 등과 같은 제한된 기능을 위한 구조를 가지고 있으며, 검색 결과에 대한 신뢰성의 결여, 저작권 문제, 수익성있는 사업모형으로의 정착이라는 측면에서 한계점을 지니고 있다. P2P 어플리케이션이 다양한 멀티미디어 컨텐트를 유통하는e-Business 모델로 활용될 수 있도록 하기 위해서, 본 논문은 분산 협동 필터링, 자동 가격 협상 시스템, 정산 시스템이 포함된 확장된 P2P 어플리케이션의 구조를 제시하고 구현된 프로토타입 시스템을 소개한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 P2P(Peer-to-Peer) 환경에서 효율적이고 안전하게 정보를 공유할 수 있는 시스템 구조를 제안한다. 기존의 Server-Client 환경에 비해 P2P 환경이 네트워크를 확장시키고 병목 현상을 줄일 수 있는 방안으로 떠오르게 됨에 따라 그에 따른 보안문제도 필수적으로 고려해야 할 사항이 되었다. 따라서 P2P 환경에서도 안전하게 정보를 공유할 수 있고, 각 Peer들의 정보를 보호해 줄 수 있는 보안 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 IAA(Intelligent Automation Agent)를 이용한 접근방식을 제공함으로서, 다른 시스템에 응용 가능하고 보안 환경의 변화에 민첩하게 유기적으로 대처할 수 있는 통합된 관리 방법을 제시한다.

  • 본 논문은 P2P 네트워크 구조에 기반한 보안 모텔 구청에 관한 것을 논하고 있다. 현재 많이 사용되고 있는 P2P 프로토콜중에는 중계서버가 있어 각각의 peer가 데이터를 공유하고, 검색할 수 있게 하는 방법과 중계서버가 존재하지 않고 peer간의 통신만으로 구성되어지는 방식이 있다. 본 논문에서는 두 가지 방식의 장점을 이용해서 서버를 통하여 다른 peer의 정보를 얻어 올 수도 있으나 그렇지 못한 경우에도 캐쉬된 기존 정보에서의 자체 검색과 다른 peer와의 통신을 통해서 P2P 동작이 가능하도록 네트워크을 구성하였다. 이러한 P2P 네트워크 구조에서 취약할 수 있는 보안환경을 SSL(Secure Socket Layer)을 이용하며 웹 (web)을 통해 서버와 통신하는 단계와 peer 간에 정보 교환을 위한 통신에 적용하였으며, 그룹키(group key)를 이용하여 보안 멀티캐스트 환경을 구현하였다.

Development of Predictive Growth Model of Vibrio parahaemolyticus Using Mathematical Quantitative Model (수학적 정량평가모델을 이용한 Vibrio parahaemolyticus의 성장 예측모델의 개발)

  • Predictive growth model of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in modified surimi-based imitation crab broth was investigated. Growth curves of V. parahaemolyticus were obtained by measuring cell concentration in culture broth under different conditions ($Initial\;cell\;level,\;1{\times}10^{2},\;1{\times}10^{3},\;and\;1{\times}10^{4}\;colony\;forming\;unit\;(CFU)/mL$; temperature, 15, 25 37, and $40^{\circ}C$; pH 6, 7, and 8) and applying them to Gompertz model. Microbial growth indicators, maximum specific growth rate (k), lag time (LT), and generation time (GT), were calculated from Gompertz model. Maximum specific growth rate (k) of V. parahaemolyticus increased with increasing temperature, reaching maximum rate at $37^{\circ}C$. LT and GT were also the shortest at $37^{\circ}C$. pH and initial cell number did not influence k, LT, and GT values significantly (p>0.05). Polynomial model, $k=a{\cdot}\exp(-0.5{\cdot}((T-T_{max}/b)^{2}+((pH-pH_{max)/c^{2}))$, and square root model, ${\sqrt{k}\;0.06(T-9.55)[1-\exp(0.07(T-49.98))]$, were developed to express combination effects of temperature and pH under each initial cell number using Gauss-Newton Algorism of Sigma plot 7.0 (SPSS Inc.). Relative coefficients between experimental k and k Predicted by polynomial model were 0.966, 0.979, and 0.965, respectively, at initial cell numbers of $1{\times}10^{2},\;1{\times}10^{3},\;and\;1{\times}10^{4}CFU/mL$, while that between experimental k and k Predicted by square root model was 0.977. Results revealed growth of V. parahaemolyticus was mainly affected by temperature, and square root model showing effect of temperature was more credible than polynomial model for prediction of V. parahaemolyticus growth.

Rheological Properties of Gelatinized Model Foods (모형식품의 리올로지 특성)

  • The model foods were prepared by simulating mositure, protein and starch, and they were heated for 30 mins, at $80^{\circ}C$ and then cooled at $25^{\circ}C$ in water bath. Their rheological properties were investigated by the use of Brookfield wide-gap rotational viscometer at $30{\sim}60^{\circ}C$, and the rotation speed ranged from 0.6 to 6 rpm and solid content ranged from 8% to 11%, the results obtained were as follows. 1. All the model foods ($P_1S_3$, $P_2S_2$, $P_1S_1$, $P_2S_1$, $P_3S_1$, $P_4S_0$) exhibited pseudoplastic behaviors with yeild stress and were thixotropic foods which showed time - dependent structural decays, but the starch food of 8 ~ 11 % solid content did not show the flow behavior. 2. The correlation between the rheological parameters and the protein content of model foods in various moisture content did not appeared a constant relationship. 3. The change of shear stress against shear rate in high starch foods was larger than that in high protein foods and the structure at initial shear time was decayed with a quatic equation according to the Tiu's Model and structural decay was in parallel with the increase of shear rate. 4. The temperature dependency of the apparent viscosity of $P_1S_2$, and $P_2S_1$ was fully expressed by Arrhenius equation and activation energies of their food were 2.35 and $1.34Kcal/g{\cdot}mol$, respectively.

  • 차세대 CMOS 구조에서 래치업 최소화를 위하여 고에너지 이온주입을 이용한 retrograde well 과 매몰층의 최적 공정 설계 변수 값들을 설정하였다. 본 논문에서는 두 가지의 모듸 모델 구조를 제안하고 silvaco 틀에 의한 시뮬레이션 결과를 비교 분석하엿다. 첫 번째 모델은 매몰층과 retrograde well을 조합한 구조이며, p+ injection trigger current가 600.mu.A/.mu.m 이상의 결과를 얻었고, 두번째 모델은 twin retrograde well을 이용하여 p+ injection 유지전류가 2500.mu.A/.mu.m이상의 결과를 얻었다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 두 모델 모두 도즈량이 많을수록 래치업 면역 특성이 좋아짐을 보았다. 시뮬레이션 조건에서 두 모델 모두 n+/p+ 간격은 2..mu.m 로 고정하였다.

  • An analysis of radiative heat transfer has been conducted on axisymmetric finite cylindrical media. It is assumed that the temperature in the media is uniformly distributed and the boundaries are diffusely emitting and reflecting at a constant temperature. The scattering phase function is represented by the delta-Eddington approximation to account for highly forward scattering by particulates just as in the combustion system. Exact numerical solutions are obtained by Gaussian quadrature method and compared with P-1 and P-3 approximation solutions to verify their engineering application limit. The effects of optical thickness, scattering albedo, wall emissivity and aspect ratio are investigated. The results show that P-3 approximation is found to be in good agreement with the exact solution.

Optimization of White Pan Bread Preparation by Addition of Black Barley Flour and Olive Oil using Response Surface Methodology (흑맥가루와 올리브유 첨가 식빵의 제조조건 최적화)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal amount of 2 ingredients, i.e., black barley flour ($X_1$), and olive oil ($X_2$), for the production of white pan bread from black barley flour. The experiment was designed according to the central composite design of response surface methodology, which showed 10 experimental points, including 2 replicates for black barley flour and olive oil. Significant differences were found in the results of the physical and mechanical properties analysis of each sample, including weight (p<0.05), volume (p<0.01), specific loaf volume (p<0.01), color L (p<0.01), color a (p<0.001), color b (p<0.05), hardness (p<0.001), springiness (p<0.01), cohesiveness (p<0.01), gumminess (p<0.001) and chewiness (p<0.05). Significant differences in the sensory measurements were observed in color (p<0.01), appearance (p<0.01), texture (p<0.05), taste (p<0.05) and overall quality (p<0.05). The optimum formulation, which was calculated using the numerical and graphical methods, was determined to be 18.00% black barley flour and 1.80% olive oil.

  • This study attempted to examine the effect of corporate ESG activities perceived by college students on corporate loyalty and purchase intention. The results of the study are as follows. Looking at the average ESG activities recognized by college students, society 4.28 points, governance 4.25 points, and environment 4.12 points out of 5, and the average customer loyalty was 3.86 points when 3 points out of 5 points were median, and purchase intention was 3.84 points. Looking at the correlation between the factors of corporate ESG activities, customer loyalty, and purchase intention perceived by college students, it was confirmed that it had a static correlation coefficient. As a result of analyzing the effect of ESG activities perceived by college students on customer loyalty, the variable that significantly affects customer loyalty in [Model 1] is the major (β=.167p=).01) It was. Among the additional variables added to [Model 2], the variable that significantly affects customer loyalty is the environment (t=3.017, p<.).01), society ((t=4.365, p<.001), governance structure (t=-3.139, p<.01) was found to have a significant effect on customer loyalty. As a result of analyzing the effect of ESG activities perceived by college students on purchase intention, there was no significant effect on purchase intention in [Model 1]. Among the additional variables put into [Model 2], society (t=4.850, p<.001), governance structure (t=-3.452, p<.01) was found to have a significant effect on purchase intention.
