Suppose that $\mu$ is a finite positive Borel measure on bounded symmetric domain $\Omega{\subset}\mathbb{C}^n\;and\;\nu$ is the Euclidean volume measure such that $\nu(\Omega)=1$. Suppose 1 < p < $\infty$ and r > 0. In this paper, we will show that the norms $sup\{\int_\Omega{\mid}k_z(w)\mid^2d\mu(w)\;:\;z\in\Omega\}$, $sup\{\int_\Omega{\mid}h(w)\mid^pd\mu(w)/\int_\Omega{\mid}h(w)^pd\nu(w)\;:\;h{\in}L_a^p(\Omega,d\nu),\;h\neq0\}$ and $$sup\{\frac{\mu(E(z,r))}{\nu(E(z,r))}\;:\;z\in\Omega\}$$ are are all equivalent. We will also show that the inclusion mapping $ip\;:\;L_a^p(\Omega,d\nu){\rightarrow}L^p(\Omega,d\mu)$ is compact if and only if lim $w\rightarrow\partial\Omega\frac{\mu(E(w,r))}{\nu(E(w,r))}=0$.

An effect of the spin-orbit coupling interaction of ligand orbitals and the intermixing │3d 〉and│4p > transition metal atomic orbitals on the ground state for a 3$d^9$ system in a strong crystal field of tetragonally distorted tetrahedral symmetry that belongs to the $D_{2d}$ point group has been investigated in this work, applying the degenerate perturbation theory. An LCAO-MO analysis in terms of the known energies of the d-d transitions for the tetragonally distorted $CuCl_4^{2-}$ ion in a single crystal of$Cs_2CuCl_4$shows that the covalent mixing of Cu 3d and ligand Cl 3p orbitals decreases dramatically with increasing Cu 4p contribution. The extent of effect on the energy level splitting for the ground state by the spin-orbit coupling interaction of ligand orbitals decreases significantly in orderTEX>$\Gamma_7(E)\;\to\;\Gamma_6(E)\; >\;\Gamma_7(B_2)\;\to\;\Gamma_6(E)\; >\;\Gamma_7(B_2)\;\to\;\Gamma_7(E)$.

Cette ${\acute{e}}tude$ est pour l'objectif de rechercher sur $l^{\prime}{\acute{e}}criture$ $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}trale$ de la mort et le deuil dans les $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tres$ chez Young-sun Yun(1954-2007) ${\grave{a}}$ travers des textes dramatiques ${\acute{e}}crits$ par $lui-m{\hat{e}}me$, qui ${\acute{e}}tait$ aussi le metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ depuis 1994 dans le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ contemporain en $Cor{\acute{e}}e$. Cette $th{\grave{e}}se$ est $commenc{\acute{e}}$ ${\grave{a}}$ ${\acute{e}}crire$ pas pour apprendre ses textes mais pour comprendre la ralation entre les textes et les ${\exp}{\acute{e}}riences$ de l'auteur. Ici, pour cela, j''ai $analys{\acute{e}}$ ses 4 $pi{\grave{e}}ces$ $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}trales$ produites ${\grave{a}}$ cette ${\grave{e}}poque$, dont (1994), (2000), $d{\acute{e}}biteur$, mon $p{\grave{e}}re$ est $progress{\acute{e}}$ de cancer>(1996), (2005), en referrant les rapports entre $l^{\prime}{\acute{e}}criture$ dramatique et de la mort et le deuil de $p{\grave{e}}re$. Cette ${\acute{e}}tude$ $pr{\acute{e}}suppose$ un certain situation psychologue de l'auteur sur la mort et le deuil de personnage '$p{\grave{e}}re$'. L'auteur dramatique et le metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ du $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ Young-sun Yun propose certaines orientations de la mort de son $p{\grave{e}}re$ dans ses texts dramatiques: le sentiment de victime sous le pouvoir absolu de son $p{\grave{e}}re$. Chez lui, ${\acute{e}}crire$ le texte dramatique, c'est transmettre les amertumes d'esprit et une forme de $r{\acute{e}}flextion$ vis-${\grave{a}}$-vis de la relation avec son $p{\grave{e}}re$ surtout le $probl{\grave{e}}me$ $inachev{\acute{e}}$ de deuil. c'est-${\grave{a}}$-dire fournir des sentiments coupables et des $anxi{\acute{e}}t{\acute{e}}s$ qui $r{\acute{e}}sident$ au fond de son coeur, tout au long de sa vie. Pour cette objecif, il est ${\acute{e}}vident$ qu'il faudra toujours partir du texte et y revenir. J'ai $essay{\acute{e}}$ de ne pas $r{\acute{e}}duiser$ $l^{\prime}{\acute{e}}tude$ des textes au respect myope des paroles des personnage et rester la $r{\acute{e}}flextion$ pshchologique sur la mort et le processu de deuil. J'ai $essay{\acute{e}}$ d'appuyer mes remarques sur les sources $autoris{\acute{e}}es$: psychanalytiques en la $mati{\grave{e}}re$. C'est pourquoi j'ai cru devoir $pr{\acute{e}}senter$ cette recherche de l'analyse sous la forme d'une $synth{\grave{e}}se$ des principaux concepts de la $th{\acute{e}}orie$ de la pshchologie moderne qui permettent l'analyse des textes dramatiques.(Dany Nobus, David K. Switzer, Fritz Riemann, Giles Deleuze, Sigmund Freud, Julia Kristeva) Et auiss j'ai $essay{\acute{e}}$ de explorer l'imaginaire des paroles dans les textes en ses rapports avec l'auteur et les personnages et entre les personnages. Ainsi conçu, j'ai $analys{\acute{e}}$ les formes de paroles en ce qui concerne la mort de $p{\grave{e}}re$ et le deuil. Cette $mani{\grave{e}}re$ s'est $r{\acute{e}}v{\acute{e}}l{\acute{e}}e$ efficace pour montrer comment des traces de sentiment se transforment dans des textes. Dans les pluparts des personnages chez les textes de Young-sun Yun, on peut voir si $d{\acute{e}}finitivement$ leur cicatrices personnelles, $sensibilit{\acute{e}}s$ $m{\hat{e}}l{\acute{e}}s$, ce 'je-ne-pourrai-rien-contre-mon-$p{\grave{e}}re$' ou 'je-ne-sais-quoi-et-presque-$apr{\grave{e}}s$-la mort-de-mon pere'. Pour $d{\acute{e}}pouiller$ cet aspect, j'ai $montr{\acute{e}}$ qu'il n'y avait pas de $v{\acute{e}}rit{\acute{e}}s$ objectives, mais que la $subjectivit{\acute{e}}$ doit trouver le jeu triangulaire entre l'inconscient de l'auteur par les paroles des textes et par les rapports entre le symbolisant et le $symbolis{\acute{e}}$ dans les $repr{\acute{e}}sentation$ socio-culturelle en $Cor{\acute{e}}e$ d'aujourd'hui.

This study was attempted to investigate the effect of Machili Cortex extract(Machilus thunbergii Sieb. et Zucc. ) on digestive system in experimental animals. EtOH and MeOH extracts(E.E. and M.E.) were found to inhibit the charcoal transport rate in the small intestine of mice. E.E. exhibited the inhibition of spontaneous movement(motility) and tension in the ileum and colon strips of rabbit, and these actions were inhibited by action of acetylcholine. E.E. and M.E. given intraduodenaly(i.d.) exhibitied the significant decrease of gastric acid secretion in pylorus-ligated rats. E.E. and M.E. inhibited the formation of some experimental gastric ulcers(pylorus ligation-ulcer i.d., indomethacin-induced ulcer p.o. and aspirin-induced ulcer p.o. ) in rats, which are considered to relate to a protective action. E.E. and M.E. caused remarkable increase of bile excretion, compared with normal-control group, when adminstered through i.d., i.v. and p.o. The antibacterial activity against several intestinal microorganisms and other bacteria in vitro test was observed in the administration of E.E. and M.E.

For a nondegenerate projective irreducible variety $X{\subset}{\mathbb{P}}^r$, it is a natural problem to find an upper bound for the value of $${\ell}_{\beta}(X)=max\{length(X{\cap}L){\mid}L={\mathbb{P}}^{\beta}{\subset}{\mathbb{P}}^r,\;{\dim}(X{\cap}L)=0\}$$ for each $1{\leq}{\beta}{\leq}e$. When X is locally Cohen-Macaulay, A. Noma in [10] proves that ${\ell}_{\beta}(X)$ is at most $d-e+{\beta}$ where d and e are respectively the degree and the codimension of X. In this paper, we construct some surfaces $S{\subset}{\mathbb{P}}^5$ of degree $d{\in}\{7,{\ldots},12\}$ which satisfies the inequality $${\ell}_2(S){\geq}d-3+{\lfloor}{\frac{d}{2}}{\rfloor}$$. This shows that Noma's bound is no more valid for locally non-Cohen-Macaulay varieties.

The objective of the this study was to investigate the binding capacity and removal ability of lactic acid bacterial strains obtained from Korean soybean paste for mutagenic heterocyclic amines (HCAs) formed during cooking of protein-rich food at high temperature. Among 19 strains identified by carbohydrate fermentation and 16S rRNA sequencing, the live cell or cell-free culture supernatant of Lactobacillus acidophilus D11, Enterococcus faecium D12, Pediococcus acidilactici D19, L. acidophilus D38, Lactobacillus sakei D44, Enterococcus faecalis D66, and Lactobacillus plantarum D70 inhibited the mutagenesis caused by either 3-amino-1,4-dimethyl-5H-pyrido[4,3-b] indole (Trp-P-1) or 3-amino-1-methyl-5H-pyrido[4,3-b] indole (Trp-P-2) in Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and TA100. The bacterial cells of the isolated strains showed greater binding activity than the pure cell wall, exopolysaccharide, and pepetidoglycan. The carbohydrate moieties of the cell wall or protein molecules on the cell surface have a significant role in binding Trp-P-1 and Trp-P-2, since protease, heating, sodium metaperiodate, or acidic pH treatments significantly (P<0.05) reduced the binding efficacy of the tested bacteria. Addition of metal ions or sodium dodecyl sulfate decreased the binding ability of E. faecium D12, L. acidophilus D38, and E. faecalis D66. Therefore, the binding mechanisms of these strains may consist of ion-exchange and hydrophobic bonds. Especially, the high mutagen binding by L. acidophilus D38 and L. plantarum D70 may reduce the accumulation or absorption of Trp-P-1 and Trp-P-2 in the small intestine via increased excretion of a mutagen-bacteria complex.

This study was carried out to investigate effects of poly-ethylene (P. E.) films mulching according to the different sowing date on growth and yield of Scutellarja bakalensjs G. In sowing date at Apr. 20, the number, length, diameter and yield of root was increased. In black P. E. film mulching, the growth of shoot and root was better and weed control was more effective than open field cultivation during hot season. Therefore dry weight of root was increased by 5% at Apr. 20 as compared with Apr. 1 in P. E. film mulching and that of black P. E. film mulching cultivation was increased by 13% as compared with transparent P. E. film mulching cultivation. But in nonmulching cultivation, the yield of root was increased at Apr. 1

Purpose: VEGF-C and VEGF-D are angiogenetic factors, and abnormal expression of E-cadherin hasa role in the progression of gastric carcinoma. The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the expression of E-cadherin, VEGF-C and VEGF-D with the presence of lymph node metastases (LNM) using cytokeratin 18 in early gastric cancer (EGC). Materials and Methods: Immunohistochemical staining for E-cadherin, VEGF-C and VEGF-D was performed in 49 EGC patients from March 1997 to December 2002. To evaluate the real extent of LNM, 1,562 lymph nodes from 49 patients were re-examined with the use of cytokeratin 18. Results: Eleven (0.7%) LNM were newly found in 12.2% (n=6) of patients. The real LNM rate was 3.6% in mucosal invasive (m) cancer and 38.1% in submucosal invasive (sm). Stage migration was seen in three patients (6.1%). Abnormal expression of E-cadherin was detected in 36.7% of the patients and expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D was detected in 16.3% and 36.7% of the patients, respectively. Abnormal expression of E-cadherin was significantly correlated with tumor differentiation (P=0.0103) and Lauren classification (P<0.0001). There was no positive relationship of VEGF-C and VEGF-D expression with the clinicopathological findings for EGC including LNM. However, the frequency of lymph node metastases was significantly higher in patients that demonstrated abnormal expression of E-cadherin with positive immunoreactivity of VEGF-C or VEGF-D (P=0.031). Conclusion: In present study, we could not demonstrate a relationship between the presence of LNM and expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D in EGC. However, VEGF-C or VEGF-D expression, in addition to the abnormal expression of E-cadherin, was correlated with the real extent of LNM in EGC.

The present study was conducted to compare the supplementation of natural (D-${\alpha}$-tocopherol) and synthetic (DL-${\alpha}$-tocopherol acetate) vitamin E on the growth performance, meat quality, muscular antioxidant capacity and genes expression related to oxidative status of broilers. A total of 144 1 day-old Arbor Acres broiler chicks were randomly allocated into 3 groups with 6 replicates of 8 birds each. Birds were given a basal diet (control group), and basal diet supplemented with either 20 IU D-${\alpha}$-tocopherol or DL-${\alpha}$-tocopherol acetate for 42 days, respectively. The results indicated that treatments did not alter growth performance of broilers (p>0.05). Compared with the control group, concentration of ${\alpha}$-tocopherol in the breast muscle was increased by the supplementation of vitamin E (p<0.05). In the thigh, ${\alpha}$-tocopherol content was also enhanced by vitamin E inclusion, and this effect was more pronounced in the natural vitamin E group (p<0.05). Vitamin E supplementation increased the redness of breast (p<0.05). In the contrast, the inclusion of synthetic vitamin E decreased lightness of thigh (p<0.05). Dietary vitamin E inclusion reduced drip loss at 24 h of thigh muscle (p<0.05), and this effect was maintained for drip loss at 48 h in the natural vitamin E group (p<0.05). Broilers given diet supplemented with vitamin E showed decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the breast (p<0.05). Additionally, natural rather than synthetic vitamin E reduced MDA accumulation in the thigh (p<0.05). Neither natural nor synthetic vitamin E supplementation altered muscular mRNA abundance of genes related to oxidative stress (p>0.05). It was concluded that vitamin E supplementation, especially the natural vitamin E, can enhance the retention of muscular ${\alpha}$-tocopherol, improve meat quality and muscular antioxidant capacity of broilers.

In the 5'-flanking region of the D-AAT, AspAT and AlaDH gene, I found three or two pairs of sequences(designated as Pl, P2, P3) which show significant similarity to the E.coli consensus sequences of -35 and -10 for promoters. The spacing between -35 and -10 is 16 to 18bp in all the three putative promoters Pl, P2 and P3 which is in good agreement with the preferred spacer length in E.coli and in B.subtilis. Therefore, the putative promoters may also function to increase the efficiency of transcriptional initiation. The most stable, double-helical“Shine-Dalgarno”pairing is formed with a free energy change(ΔG) of -13.0 kcal/mol, -9.6 kcal/mol, -15.8 kcal/mol.
