The fulcrum of economic development is a sustainable supply of electricity. Nigeria is plagued with blackouts, with one of the lowest per capita electricity consumption in the world (circa. 120 kWh per capita). Hence, policies have been instigated to integrate electricity generation from nuclear power plants (NPP) on or before 2027. However, a critical requirement for NPP generation is the implementation of robust human resource development (HRD) programs. This paper presents the perspective of Nigeria in assessing human resources needs over the entire NPP lifecycle following the milestone approach and employing the IAEA's Nuclear Power Human Resource (NPHR) modeling tool. Three workforce organizations are in focus including the owner/operator, regulators, and construction workers following three decades timeframe (2015-2045). The results indicate that for the study period, a maximum of approximately 9045 personnel (73% construction workers, 24% owner/operator, and 3% regulators) should be directly involved in the NPP program just before the commissioning of the third NPP in 2033. However, this number decreases by about 73% (2465 personnel including 94% operator and 6% regulator) at the end of the study timeframe. The results can potentially provide clarity and guidance in HRD decision-making programs.

This study has analyzed the factors that influence the safety consciousness of school bus drivers at Child Care Centers. To achieve this, 276 directors and drivers of owner-operator who drives the school bus at Child Care Centers in Chungnam, Chungbuk and Daejeon area were selected as study subjects. For the data analysis, PASW Statistics 18.0 was used. The main results of this study are as follows. The level of safety consciousness of directors and drivers of owner-operator were 6.46 and 6.82 respectively showing that drivers of owner-operator were significantly higher. Second, the factors that influence the safety consciousness were shown to be significantly different for each group. The factors that influence the safety consciousness of directors were shown in the order of whether or not the accident was experienced, safety-seeking motivation, sensation-seeking disposition, safety consciousness of caregivers, perception-motor skill. The factors that influence the safety consciousness of drivers of owner-operator were shown in the order of safety-seeking motivation, health status, daily driving hours, economic status, safety consciousness of caregivers. Based on these results, several ways were suggested to improve the safety consciousness of school bus drivers at Child Care Centers and prevent the traffic accidents.

Purpose - This paper analyzed the accident of drone and related insurance goods which can be coverable with regard to drone accident. The study range is limited in the owner's care, custody, and the control of drone in South Korea, but military area and law and regulation of the drone would be exceptional. Research design, data, and methodology - With regard to drone's flight, drone can make possible risks and can give severe damage to the people. To carry out this research, literature survey and review such as journal, thesis and publications were adopted. Results - As for the insurance coverage from drone's accident involved in the purpose of business, insurance coverage depends on 'commercial general liability insurance'. However, in case of personal hobby including leasure intention, insurance coverage depends on 'living liability insurance'. Conclusions - From a drone's accident, operator and owner of the drone may face the property damage to the drone itself, and then can give severe damage or loss to the people such as physical injuries and property damage. Peoples should be concerned about having the awareness of drone's accident with insurance coverage.

Nowadaty, To keep pace with the mass transportation carried out by vessels in the international trade, the Korean government is trying to make a rapid progress to be a higher ranked shipping country to the world through the shipping increase. For the effective management of international trade by vessels and the safe operation of vessels, it is indispensable for ships radio communication to be effective and smooth. Therefore, to enhance the efficiency of ships radio communication is one of the primary factors to be solved for the econimics of shipping management. The reserch area is not only limited to the ships radio communication on the North Pacific Ocean but limited to the ships radio communication which is one of the chiefest methods of communications. From the research for the efficient methods of ships radio communication, the following results are obtained. (1) The operator on ships radio communication should have the knowledge of specific know-how and wide experience in the operation of ships radio communications. (2) The operator should abopt the radio propagation prediction made by the Ministry of Communications to use the best ionosphere reflection in the short wave communications. (3) The increase the radio officer of 1 to 2 in order to contrive the safety at sea and to keep the ships radio communication fare low. (4) The owner should pay their attentions to the education and employment of radio officer. (5) The authorities concerned on the ships radio communication should estabilish the effective and consistent policy for the ships radio officers.

It is important to understand the factors that affect the business performance of insect farm for continuous insect farm management. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing the business performance of insect farm. For this study, 1,577 questionnaires were collected through a telephone survey targeting insect farm owner. As a result of analysis using linear multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting total sales were gender, age, business experience, number of workers, and national and local government support projects. The factors affecting the net profit rate were age, business experience, number of workers, national and local government support projects, and education. When the gender of the business operator is male, it only affected the increase in total sales, and it was found that both the total sales amount and the net profit margin increased with the younger the business operator's age.

The goal of this research is to provide the fundamental source in producing ecological lifestyle uniforms of health and substantiality: LOHAS which are relevant to high performance and healthy body and take things like architecture, driving, surroundings, and recycling as main factors. the results of study were as follows: Therefore we can predict, through exerting researches about consumer's usage and preference of uniforms, that the garment business will be upgraded to the medical welfare and urban life style business level. All of the silver town resident we researched wear silver town uniforms, and the uniforms were chosen by the owner and operator. This research was processed through the survey of supervisors who were employed in senior residences. 66% of elderly changed their clothes for laundary every 2 days, The timing of removal of the old uniform was that 17% was less than 1 years, consideration of buying silver-town uniforms were consider materials, design, laundary, convenience of administration, durability, color, cost.

This paper addresses the bidding strategies of a pumped-storage hydro plant in an electricity market. Competitive bidding of pumping and generating of a pumped-storage plant is formulated in a game theoretic problem in accordance with the three different ownership of scheduling; Market Operator(MO), generating company(Genco), and combined type of MO and Genco. Optimal conditions for Nash Equilibrium are derived in the form of market prices during the scheduling periods. Simulation results show the different ownership models produce different schedules of pumping and generating, which correspond to the objective of the scheduling owner of a pumped-storage hydro plant.

Data encryption, particularly application-level data encryption, is a common solution to protect data confidentiality and deal with security threats. Application-level encryption is a process in which data is encrypted before being sent to the database. However, cryptography transforms data and makes the query difficult to execute. Various studies have been carried out to find ways in order to implement a searchable encrypted database. In the current paper, we provide a new encrypting method and querying on encrypted data (ZSDB) for different data types. It is worth mentioning that the proposed method is based on secret sharing. ZSDB provides data confidentiality by dividing sensitive data into two parts and using the additional server as Dictionary Server. In addition, it supports required operations on various types of data, especially LIKE operator functioning on string data type. ZSDB dedicates the largest volume of execution tasks on queries to the server. Therefore, the data owner only needs to encrypt and decrypt data.
