In recent years, the "social distance" has drastically reduced overseas travelers. On the other hand, for personal safety and security, it is expected that interest and demand for CCTV, electric alarm and signaling devices, electric diagnostics and medical devices will increase significantly. The purpose of this paper is to find out the effect of airport transfer passengers and exports of CCTV, electrical diagnostics and medical devices, electrical alarms and signaling devices on exports to Korea, and the synchronism of each variable. To this end, this study used a total of 231 monthly data from January 2000 to April 2020 in the National Statistics Service. As a result of empirical analysis, CCTV and electrical diagnostics and medical devices showed relatively high synchronization with respect to exports to Korea. Electric alarms & signaling devices and transit passengers also showed a certain level of synchronization with exports, but were relatively weak.

This is a study on operation system's application method for leading-in public bike operation system through researching on case study at home and abroad, and situation research in Naju city. In the 1st research, studied about the main problems showed at application cases of public bike system at domestic and overseas, such as using time, danger for be stolen and damaged. 2nd research focuses on necessarily of leading-in operation system to be used easily by city residents and travelers of Naju City which is the scheduled city for leading-in public bike system. 3rd research is on the basis of the result showed in 1st and 2nd research, supplied some problems' solving method for France Veblib System, such as lending and rental process using mobile, system operation process, communication process. Also, supplied the application method for problems showed at 1st and 2nd research and civil service proposal. The leading-in method study on public bike operation system was done through above research, also case study at home and abroad, situation study, and rental program module development, and this operation system is worked as an model operation system in Naju City. The future study of leading-in operation system will be more effective by means of summing up test running result.

Recently, the number of passengers using airplanes is rapidly increasing due to the increase of overseas travelers. Therefore, the probability of exposure to natural radiation due to altitude is increasing due to the increase in flight time. Cosmic-ray penetrates the Earth's magnetic field belt Van Allen, which is located at an altitude of 400 km to 1200 km. Most cosmic rays are blocked at Van Allen belt. However, cosmic-ray could be not completely blocked, and a small amount of cosmic-ray affects the earth. In general, if the altitude was increased by 100m, the natural exposure dose increased by 0.03 mSv on the Earth. In this study, I tried to minimize the exposure to natural radiation in airplanes when boarding airplanes. Especially, I was aimed to minimize radiation exposure by protecting the highly sensitive thyroid gland among human organs. According to the results of the study, the designed shielding handkerchief was able to shield cosmic natural radiation dose by more than 70%. In conclusion, the application of the shielding handkerchief made in this study can be effectively shield natural radiation.

While the numbers of overseas travelers has been increased rapidly each year, the numbers of passengers in the aircraft also has continued to be increased gradually. In the mist of these increasing numbers, such accidents as threatening an aircraft safety like riot, aircraft hijacking and terrorism have happened constantly. In these circumstances, South Korean government has prescribed "Aviation on Security Act" in accordance with the Convention on International Civil Aviation and other international agreements. This act aims to prevent illegal activities and illegal items on the aircraft to ensure the safety and security of civil aviation. However, this act is not sufficiently regulating all the illegal crimes and illegal items on the flight. For the worse, there is a lack of effective supervisory capacity. Likewise, the inherent problems of the current laws relating to the prevention of the illegal items on the aircraft are appearing on the surface continually. Above all, illegal items on the aircraft are directly connected to the issue of aviation safety and security as well as a safe utilization of the flight service. Thus, when there occurs a serious accident on board, it surely would be led to a huge economic loss not mentioning the loss of lives following the accident. Therefore safety of the flight passengers cannot be guaranteed without ensuring the safety of aircraft facilities and good supervisory mechanism of illegal items on the aircraft. Accordingly, establishing a safe operation order tends to influence economy and tourism of a country in no small measure. Therefore, it is an urgent issue to settle down a reasonable and adequate supervisory regulations regarding the prevention of the illegal items on the aircraft. Consequently, in this article, I studied on a reasonal and effective mechanism to control the prevention of the illegal items and illegal acts on the aircraft in order to ensure a safety and security of civil aircraft.
