Net neutrality, which has not been a problem, has recently become a problem for ISPs (Internet Service Providers), and their complaints have been paid by domestic platform companies, but overseas global IT companies such as Google and YouTube, generate huge revenues from domestic markets. In this situation, domestic IT companies claim that it is natural to impose more expensive charges or restrict speed on users who generate huge traffic. On the other side, however, the telecommunication network has become an essential public good that is essential to our everyday life, and because it has been given a monopoly position by a private company to efficiently respond to the explosive demand for telecommunication services, It is necessary to provide equal and universal service and fulfill public duty. In this paper, we deal with the network neutrality problem, focusing on the price elasticity between the CP (Contents Provider) and the ISP, rather than the user who is one side of the two-sided market for the already saturated satellites communication market. We present a game model that determines the optimal price for each platform by Nash equilibrium and analyze how the net neutrality affects CP according to the change of exogenous variables through the proposed game model.

Worldwide plant market keeps maintaining steady growth rate and along with this trend, domestic plant market and its contractors also maintain such growing tendency. However, in spite of its external growth, win-win growth of domestic material industry that occupies the biggest share in plant industry cost portion is extremely marginal in reality. Domestic plant material suppliers are required to increase awareness of domestic material brand by securing quality and reliability of international standard through improvement of design quality superior to that of overseas material suppliers. Improvement of design quality of plant material becomes an essential element, not an option, for survival of domestic plant industry and its suppliers. Under this background, in this study, priority and importance by each evaluation index was analyzed by materializing plant design stage through survey of experts and defining evaluation index by each design stage and based on this analysis result, evaluation index of stage-gate based decision-making process that may improve design quality of plant material was suggested. It is considered that by utilizing evaluation index of stage-gate based decision-making process being suggested in this study, effective and efficient decision-making of project decision-makers would be enabled and it would be contributory to improve design quality of plant material.

The interest and expenditure for children is increasing than in the past because the number of nuclear family is growing, the children's space is configured independently in most homes from infancy, therefore, the market of children's furniture is expanding in spite of the reduction in the population of children. There are not many products considering age, gender, and play behavior in children's furniture market in Korea. The bed, desk, chair, and closet for children under 2 years hold a large majority of children's furniture, there are not a lot of preschool children's furniture for the children aged 4 to 7. As the children aged 4 to 7 experience physical, emotional, and cognitive growth at the same time, the space configuration and furniture choice for these children is educationally very important. Therefore, in this study, we present the importance and necessity of playable furniture to promote the physical, social, emotional, linguistic, and cognitive development of the children aged 4 to 7 among preschool children. We found the concept and basic condition of playable furniture to collect the base data for developing playable furniture and provided the basic data for the development of an ideal playable furniture by comparing and analyzing the cases of 157 items of 14 domestic playable furniture companies and 365 items of 30 overseas in aspect of play functions, forms, materials and colors.

At present, wind power is the fastest growing technology in the world. The domestic market depends heavily on imports for wind tower lift. so it manage through the overseas maker. The lift manufacture, establishment and maintenance utility is increasing, localization development of one wind tower lift is necessary with domestic fundamental base technique. In this paper, we will study the components necessary for the development of onshore offshore wind tower elevators, which are currently dependent on total imports, in line with the high growth of the wind market and the enlargement of the wind power generators. First of all, endless winders and cabins, which are the core components of the offshore wind tower lift, were examined for the components that affect the structural safety. Structural analysis was performed on Sheave, which is responsible for most of the lift lifting loads, and Block Stop, a safety device that prevents the cabin from falling in an emergency. The structural suitability was evaluated by comparing with the safety factor. In addition, the on-board control panel combines the control panel of the elevator and the drive motor driving the endless winder for efficient control of the offshore wind tower lift. The addition of features improves ride comfort at departure.

최근 일본이 광촉매 관련 제품에서의 소비자 보호를 위한 적절한 표준화 규격 제정에 강한 의욕을 보이며, 자국내 JIS 규격 외에 ISO 규격 (ISO/TC 206 fine ceramics)을 제정하기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 이에 국내에서는 산업보호 및 해외시장에서의 종속성을 벗어나기 위하여 2001년부터 선정된 분야에서의 광촉매표준화 시도가 이루어졌다. 그 중의 하나로 본 논문은 광섬유를 빛 전달 매개체와 광촉매 코팅 지지체로 이용해서 광촉매 졸을 구성하는 광촉매 자체의 유기물 분해능을 결정하는 방법을 규정하는 과정과 제안과 관련된 것이다. 이 규격은 코팅 가능한 졸이나 졸로 만들 수 있는 자외선 감응 광촉매 재료에 적용하며, 차후 가시광 및 태양광 감응 광촉매 활성 측정 및 비교에도 응용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

The study investigated trends in wall-covering displays in interior design stores. Although studies reported design trends at well-known exhibitions overseas such as Heimtextil and Maison objet, many different cases present actual realistic design flows. This study analyzes the actual market flow rather than design as an exhibition concept, and presents the interior CMF trends in 2019. The CMF design of wall-covering displayed in New York D&D Building in 2019 can be summarized as follows: W was the most frequently seen show-window, but like R, which is a strong color, it is also used to convey surrealistic images. The store entrance was designed to attract consumers' attention inside, and was constructed to reflect the actual trend. In the 2019 New York market, the wall-covering of Gray and YR were displayed through the shop entrance to suggest substantial sales. In addition, the demand for gold metallic wall-covering is significant as gold was strong in many forms. This study represents a valuable resource to identify trends in wall-covering from 2017 to 2019 compared with previous studies. This study represents a valuable foundation for a wide range of topics related to the use of wall-covering for interior decoration.

최근, 박스 및 팔레트 단위가 아닌 개별 단위 물품에 바코드 대신 RFID를 부착하는 Item Level RFID 시장이 향후 국내외적으로 확대될 조짐이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개별 단위 물품에 RFID를 적용하는 Item Level RFID 서비스 수요를 분석함으로써 RFID 산업의 활성화를 촉진하고, 발전시킬 수 있는 전략들을 도출해 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 내용으로 구성되어 있다. 첫째, Item Level RFID 국내외 시장동향을 분석하였다. 둘째, RFID 수요 기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 Item Level RFID 유망 서비스 분야, 시장선도 예상분야, 보급시기 선도분야, 도입시 장애요인을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 실증분석 결과를 바탕으로 Item Level RFID를 활성화할 수 있는 전략들을 제시하였다.

Food industry in Korea is one of the most important manufacturing field since the history of this country. Recent days all industries in the world move to $4^{th}$ industrial revolution beginning from 1st revolution. This means that connections between human to human, human to things and things to things should be settled down. food industry in this country should escape from the conventional manufacturing fields until now and accept new or cutting edge technology NT including artificial intelligence robot system and platform system using Internet of Thing. To overcome the saturation condition of domestic food market, it should be extended our market to overseas. To do this Korean food industry should be reformed the processing system to convergence and fusion inner or multi-disciplinary research in not only research field but also manufacturing field. The food industry must introduce new technology and concept of controlling all manufacturing systems. This paper present the fields should be convergence and the field study together and the new techniques, methods and new products be developed in the future.

EU를 중심으로 전 세계적으로 확산되고 있는 국제환경규제는 국내의 성장동력인 수출에 커다란 무역장벽으로 작용하고 있으며, 이로 인하여 국내기업의 경영여건은 갈수록 어려워지고 있다. 그동안 사후대응에 머물고 있던 국제환경규제를 역이용하여 국내 기업들이 적극적인 선제적인 대응으로 나선다면 수출시장을 선점할 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국제환경규제에 대한 국내 기업들의 새로운 시장 확대 계기 및 경쟁력 향상을 위해서 지금까지 진행된 국내의 국제환경규제 대응 현황을 살펴보고 앞으로의 대응방향에 대해 고찰하였다.

Hydrogen is emerging as an essential material for carbon neutrality. In particular, Korea needs 22.9 million tons of imported clean hydrogen by 2050 to achieve carbon neutrality. However, a large amount of carbon is emitted during the import process, and market regulations are being discussed. This research estimates the carbon emissions of importing green hydrogen from Vietnam, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates to Korea, and calculates imported green hydrogen prices under carbon emission market regulations.
