A Study on Overseas Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Pre-eclampsia (자간전증의 국외 중의학 치료 고찰)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to review the overseas clinical study trends on Chinese Medicine treatment for Pre-eclampsia. Methods: We searched articles published from Pubmed, Embase and CNKI. The period was set from 2004 to 2023. Searched keywords were "Pre-eclampsia", "Preeclampsia", "Chinese medicine", "Herbal medicine", "子癎前期", "子癎前症", "中藥", "中醫". Results: 21 articles were finally selected. There were 16 RCTs, 3 case control studies, 2 case series. 2 articles used both acupuncture and western medicine, 19 articles used both herbal medicine and western medicine. 風池 (GB20), 太衝 (LR3), 足三里 (ST36) were the most frequently used acupoints, Paeoniae Radix alba (白芍藥) is the most frequently used in herbal medicine treatment. Conclusions: Our review found that chinese medicine combined with western medicine is more effective for alleviating symptoms of pre-eclampsia.

  • This study focused on the rapidly growing Chinese market by developing an evaluation model for overseas direct sales websites for Chinese consumers. In addition, we developed specific strategic alternatives for each sub-market by conducting multi-group analysis for each consumer's characteristics. Results showed that the level of concern about site use had a stronger impact on persistent use behavior. In addition, among antecedents that affect the level of assurance and concern, we found that these includes not only the perceived benefits and perceived risk factors identified in previous studies but also social-cultural factors. In addition, this study compares the evaluation of overseas direct sales website according to the level of involvement of users. This study analyzes the differences in coefficients among the paths and suggest practical implications for each group.

  • The objective of this study is to find the traits of the automobile parts industry in Korea and to analyze the performance of overseas market research. Considering the characteristics of the automobile parts industry & overseas market research, the proposed hypothesis are based on practical business in exporting & importing enterprises. A questionnaire was used to analysis the performance of overseas market research. According to the findings, first. oversea market research in the automobiles parts industry should carry out by various means because of the performance & traits differ from industry to industry. second, direct oversea market research(ex, trade exhibition) is better than indirect overseas market research due to high efficiency. finally, to support exporting company, the various data of economic, trade, international commerce should improve the quality.

  • With the steady growth of our nation's economy, the purchase power of our domestic citizens has continuously enhanced. In recent years, online overseas shopping has rapidly warmed up, increasing number of Chinese people have started to purchase overseas products via internet. According to China's current legislation, the imported goods are divided into goods and items based on "profitability standard", and regulated by different rules of clearance supervision and import duties. Goods can't pass through custom and pay duties in the form of items, and the import duties burden of goods is generally much heavier than that of items. Goods of entrusted overseas shopping pass through custom and pay duties in the form of items, but goods of profitable purchasing are goods, not items. Therefore, the profitable-purchasing behavior is smuggling. Although goods of unprofitable purchasing are items, unprofitable-purchasing behavior may also constitute smuggling. The author concludes that causes of smuggling crime are: huge market demand for overseas goods, lack of customs supervision, law blank of petty foreign trade, and public's misconception of entrusted overseas purchasing are the major factors. The author proposes the corresponding preventive measures against the crime, such as to establish an one-stop service system in online Shopping Mall, to modify the Passengers' Baggage Declaration Form, to establish a relatively simplified clearance system of small cargo, to establish a relatively reasonable import duties of petty trade.
