This study proposes to implement premarital education programs designed to enhance potential capacity in marital life, targeted at marriage expectant couple and verify the effectiveness of the programs. For this study, 8 marriage expectant couples residing in Seoul participated. For this study, advance and follow-up surveys were conducted. To be specific, the advanced surveys questions were posed regarding general features, the level of communication, conflict-resolution skills and the attitude toward the role of the gender and so forth of those persons polled. In follow-up surveys, questions were asked regarding the extent to which the participant was satisfied with the contents of the education and teaching process in each session of the programs, the attitude toward the role of the gender, the level of communication and conflict-resolution skills. The effectiveness of the program was verified based on the subjective level of satisfaction of the instructor and the program manager and the statistical analyses of advance and follow-up surveys. Our findings show: First, the changes in 'the attitude toward the role of the gender' of the participants after 'the education of the role of the gender' were not significantly related. Second, after 'the education of communication' was implemented, the capability of the participants to communicate proved to have improved. Third, the extent to which the participants were satisfied with the contents of the education scored higher than the average, the level of educational satisfaction with 'the skills of communication between the husband and wife' scoring the highest. Fourth, with respect to the level of overall satisfaction with the educational effects of the program, the level of satisfaction with improved relationship between each party of the couple turned out relatively high, and the level of the overall education program also proved to be high.
This study evaluated on the recognition and satisfaction for functional bakery products by consumers living in Seoul, Overall, 82.0% answered of the respondents reported that they had 'yes' which was 4.5 times as much as those who answered 'no' tried functional bakery products. Purchasing mostly depended on 'myself' (69.0%), and other methods of acquiring information as well as 'bakery' (10.8%), 'neighbour' (8.5%), 'media' (7.9%), and the 'internet' (3.7%). The preferred functional ingredients were 'sweet potato' with (22.9%), and 'rye and oat' (13.8%), 'green tea' (13.5%), 'pumpkin' (11.4%), and 'chestnut' (7.3%) were other preferred ingredients. The reasons for this preference were that they were 'healthy' by (47.1%) and had a 'good taste' by (36.6%). Evaluation of the recognition of functional bakery products revealed that, 'nutrition' had the highest scale of recognition of (3.80 out of 5), and followed by 'healthy' with (3.69 out of 5). Conversely, 'proper price' received a below average score of 2.97, indicating dissatisfaction. Moreover, the overall average satisfaction with functional bakery products was 3.37, and with the taste, nutrition, and quality receiving a highly satisfactory score of 3.52, and price receiving an unsatisfactory score of 3.00. The factors most important to improve functional bakery products were, 'variety' (37.6%) was most important, followed by 'increased nutrition' (21.2%) and 'lower price' needed to be improved as well. The factor that had the greatest influence on the decision to purchase functional bakery products was 'material' with (3.737) followed by 'name value' with (3.56).

Many pilots of the Korean Air Force(ROKAF) leave their jobs in order to move out to civilian airlines. Thanks to this considerable turnover phenomenon, the ROKAF faces a serious lack of air defense power. While the common understanding of this problem mainly talks about 'money' as the main cause of turnover, some pilots point out rather different issues. Many pilots say in a large-scale survey that they face serious job stresses not only from relative shortage of their income compared to civilian pilots, camp life, separated family conditions, overly loaded administrative works, but also from their professional flight trainings and low promotion rate to high ranks. The survey shows, however, at the same time, that the ROKAF pilots do not consider their job trainings and overall roles as the military pilots as the main factor causing the intention to turnover. A critical aspect of the pilots' job condition is many stress factors consistently affect overall job satisfaction level which stimulates the decision to turnover when they have to choose between the extension of military service as a pilot and moving-out to civilian airlines for new pilot's life. In other words, they accept the job difficulties as pilot in the military, but their long-term job satisfaction level is negatively affected by the job stresses.

This study was conducted to survey 1,067 adult learners who are attending lifelong education center in universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheongnam-do in order to understand educational satisfaction and its effects factors. Educational satisfaction is composed the following factors: overall satisfaction, instructor, education contents, education methods, educational facilities and environment, and staff service. Also, we had a conditional factor in educational satisfaction for this survey; for example, the analysis of correlation at the education satisfaction variables between age, region, and gender. The key study results are as follows. First, the overall educational satisfaction was higher than the level of averages in the lifelong institute of the universities. Second, the highest factor was the satisfaction at the adult learners which is instructors in their curriculums among various factors; however, the staff service was the lowest. The third, the main variables influencing educational satisfaction were instructors, education contents, and facilities and environments of the institutes. To be specific, the explanatory power of these three variables was about 36 percent of the total effects on the satisfaction of education. Therefore, the implication for managing the lifelong education institutes for the adult learners are that the institutes and universities should have a priority in these areas: instructors, education contents, and facilities and environments.
The study of job satisfaction among female dentists is essential to improve the quality of their life. In this study, a job satisfaction survey of female dentists in Gwangju was performed and the factors affecting job satisfaction were examined. A survey of female dentists in Gwangju was conducted using a custom-designed and validated questionnaire which incorporated the Korean Dentist satisfaction Survey (KDSS) as well as questions regarding socio-demographics and professional characteristics. Satisfaction for each question was measured by a 5-point Likert scale. The final analysis was performed with 89 questionnaires, after excluding 3 non-response questionnaires. Analysis of the data for each group was carried out using a Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis H test. The reliability of the questionnaire was identified by the internal consistency of the survey using Cronbach coefficient. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS (IBM SPSS Statistics 19, SPSS Inc, Chicago, Ill, USA). The level of statistical significance was set at p = 0.05. On analyzing with use of the above mentioned method, the following findings were observed: Income, leisure time, time for self-development, and overall job satisfaction were lower than the average, especially the percentage of dissatisfaction was much higher than that of satisfaction. Satisfaction was associated with age, duration of employment, and the number of assistants. The limitations of this study are the lack of an adequate sample size, convenience sampling during extraction, the lack of questionnaire items, the limitations of quantitative research, and failure to perform measurement in the non-response group. However, female dentists can be expected to achieve a more satisfactory and enhanced working environment if the research based on the current study is followed up in an expanded target group.

This study analyzed the thoughts of college life of students enrolled in each admission process to determine the level of academic competency. The satisfaction level of university life was analyzed among university students who studied at Dongguk University in 2012-2017 and the results were compared with the difference in importance and concentration of university life. Finally, the differences in scholastic ability around GPA were analyzed and compared. The results showed that students with pre-school grades were more satisfied with their college life than those with regular admissions. Although satisfaction with education is high during college life, it has been shown to be unsatisfactory regarding scholarships that are closely related to life. In terms of the difference between importance and concentration of college life, the greatest concern was with finding employment after graduation, but in reality the students could not focus on the current situation, but focused only on the current situation of grades and teamwork. The final admission GPA also showed that pre-school students were higher than regular students, and were able to adjust quickly to their school life and affect their satisfaction. Overall, education policies and programs are needed to understand the overall thoughts of university life and supplement them.
Using data from the 2015 Korea Welfare Panel Study, we examined the predictors of psychological well-being (life satisfaction and depression) of single elderly people living alone across development stages (young-old, mid-old, and old-old) and suggested implications for elderly policy. For this purpose, we selected 1,364 elderly people who lived alone but preserved their family relationships, and were 65 years of age or older. Separate analyses were conducted for the three groups of single elderly people living alone. Overall, the psychological well-being of single elderly people living alone was higher than moderate level, and they were generally satisfied with their everyday lives and less depressed. However, there were group differences: the young-old group was more satisfied than the old-old group with in their everyday lives and less depressed than the mid-old and old-old groups. In the young-old group, life satisfaction was significantly associated with subjective health, non-physical conflict with family, disposal income, house ownership, dietary deficiency, cost of living, and public pension. In addition, depression was significantly associated with subjective health, non-physical conflict with family, dietary deficiency, and physical conflict with family. In the mid-old group, life satisfaction was significantly associated with subjective health, housing non-physical conflict with family, disposal income, and dietary deficiency. Depression was significantly associated with subjective health, housing deficiency. In the old-old group, life satisfaction was significantly associated with subjective health and non-physical conflict with family. Depression was significantly associated with subjective health. Therefore, 'health'and 'family'are important key concepts to consider when making elderly policy.
This study was performed to investigate the soldiers' preference for meals provided and their satisfaction with military food service. The average daily calorific intake was 3,976 kcal, representing an extra 467 kcal over the 3,500 kcal state as the minimum daily kcal needed for each soldier based on the manual of the Korea Ministry of Defence. The soldiers preferred Korean food to Western food. The soldiers' overall satisfaction was researched in 7 areas such as quality and hygiene. They were pleased with two facts: holiday food is provided occasionally and the food is served quickly. However, they were dissatisfied with two issues: the poor nutritional information of the food, and the low frequency of special meals. The variety of choice needs to be improved and the cooks need to be better trained. When providers plan the food time table, a sensational menu needs to be considered to satisfy the soldiers' taste. To improve the quality of military meal food, new systems aye necessary such as food schedule, nutritional goal and different systems with independent food providing for the company's involvement.
The purpose of this study was to investigate satisfaction with children's foodservice facilities about program at Center for Children's Foodservice Management (CCFSM) by focusing on differences between associate and regular members. In December 2014, an online survey was conducted at 155 children's foodservice facilities which were enrolled members at CCFSM in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul. The questionnaire included the general characteristics of respondents, satisfaction with CCFSM's services : 'Field consulting', 'Education and training for cook', 'Menu', and 'Newsletter'. The questionnaire was responded by 78 foodservice facilities for children, including 42 regular members (53.8%) and 36 associate members (46.2%). The analysis rate was 50.3% and the majority of respondents were child-care centers (94.9%). As a result, satisfaction with 'Newsletter (4.87 points/5 points)' was the highest while 'Menu (3.95 points)' was the lowest. Satisfaction with 'Education and training for cook' of regular members (4.74 points) was significantly higher than that of associate members (4.41 points). For factors affecting overall satisfaction with CCFSM's service, there was a difference between associate and regular members. Regular members were significantly affected by 'Menu (p<0.001)', and 'Newsletter (p<0.05)'. Associate members were affected by 'Education and training for cook (p<0.05)'. Thus, satisfaction with Menu of CCFSM should be increased. The results of this study show that there was a difference in satisfaction between associate and regular members. Therefore, CCFSM program should be implemented depending on the characteristics of foodservice facilities for children and their needs.

This is a comparative study on the use pattern and satisfaction of skiers between the suburban skiing ground and the resort one. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the planning and the management of skiing ground. The sites of case study are Yong Pyung Ski Resort (Resort type) and Bears Town(Suburban type). Data were collected from questionaire. A total of 420 questionaires were completed. And data were subjected to following analysis: First, the descriptive statistics(mean, chi-square analysis etc.) were used to compare the characteristics of the users and the use pattern of two sites. Second, factor analysis was utilized to reduce 22 satisfaction items into the smaller number of factors. Third, regression analysis was used to find the factors affecting users' overall satisfaction in each skiing ground. The findings of this study are as follows: First, it was proved that the characteristics of users between tow sites were different in terms of age, income, and skill level. Second, it was proved that the use pattern between two sites were different in terms of travel distance from home, traffic mode, length of stay, accommodation type, and the money spent per day. Third, By a principal component factor analysis several factors of satisfaction are found: In physical terms, they are 'slope and life facilities', 'recreation and lodge facilities', 'accessibility', 'crowding', and 'landscape'. In psychological terms, they are 'skiing skills and thrills', and 'relaxation and freedom'. Forth, As the result of the stepwise regression analysis, it was yielded that 'relaxation/and freedom' was most important factor to predict the overall satisfaction in both skiing ground. And it was proved that not only physical factors but also phychological(need gratifying) factors were important sources of the satisfaction.
