서비스 복구를 통한 패션고객의 충성 형성과정과 설명의 효과 (Building Fashion Customer Loyalty by Service Recovery and the Effect of Explanations on It)

  • This study examines the structured model of building fashion customer loyalty by service recovery and scrutinizes the effect of explanations on perceived justice and the proposed model. The data of a total of 300 women were collected through an online survey. Employing structural equation modeling, this study demonstrated that both distributive and interactional justice had a positive impact on customers' satisfaction with service encounter that subsequently led to overall satisfaction with the brand. Overall satisfaction influenced the attitudinal loyalty of customers that induced their behavioral loyalty. To examine the effect of explanations on perceived justice and the process of building fashion customer loyalty by service recovery, t-test and multi-group SEM were employed. The result displayed that the group who received explanations after service failure perceived higher level of justice than the one who did not. There was a significant difference between two groups on the direct path from interactional justice to overall satisfaction with the brand. This study clarifies how perceived justice influences fashion customer loyalty mediating by satisfaction in and confirms the critical role of explanations in service recovery context. By implying the understanding of the important role of explanations in service recovery context, this study provides fashion marketers with insight for delivering more successful service recovery strategies that enhance customer loyalty.

Examining the Relationship among Organizational Justice, Athlete Satisfaction, Team Commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in College Athletes

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship among organizational justice, athlete satisfaction, team commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior toward college athletes. To achieve this purpose, this study employed a convenience sampling method via a questionnaire dissemination. A total of 285 responses were collected from college athletes. Among those, 21 responses were excluded as they were not completed, leaving 264 usable data. The data was computed in SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 28.0, and analyzed with correlation analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis. Overall, organizational justice had a positive influence on athlete satisfaction, team commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior. Athlete satisfaction had a positive influence on team commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. However, there was no relationship between team commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. These findings provided empirical foundational data on the impact of organizational justice on psychological and behavioral outcomes and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of organizations, with a focus on college athletes who played a central role in the context of college sports setting.

임상간호사의 보상공정성 지각의 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effectiveness Organizaitonal Commitment, Job Satisfaction by Clinical Nurse's Compensation Justice)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out how clinical nurse's recognition is effected to nursing organization through compensation justice, and then will support important basic data to management of nursing organization. Methods: Data collection was held through April 1st to 30th in 2003, The Subjects were 375 who were working at 5 hospitals in Seoul and has experiences at least over one year. Result: The average score of nurses' organizational commitment was 3.95 on a 7 point scale, and job satisfaction was 2.80 on a 5 point scale, and distribute justice was 2 on a 5 point scale, and procedural justice was 2.32 on a 5 point scale. We realize the distribute justice of compensation justice showed outstanding difference by age, education back-ground, experience, status of job, religious and types of hospital foundation, comparing the procedural justice only showed the difference by marriage status and type of hospital foundation, Through the study of how compensation-justice effect to organizational commitment, distribute justice never effect instead of procedural justice made effect 30.4% overall transition, as well as procedural justice explain 31.5% of job satisfaction. Conclusion: Finally we have data on the clinical nurse's recognition of compensation justice distribute justice and procedural justice are generally low, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are average. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment are depend upon age and educational level seriously.

통제위치, 조직공정성 그리고 직무만족의 관계에 대한 실증적 연구 (A Study on the Relationship of Locus of Control, Organizational Justice and Job Satisfaction)

  • This study investigates the relationship among locus of control, organizational justice, and job satisfaction. First, this study examines the conceptual structures of organizational justice through field study. Second, organizational justice influences job satisfaction. Third, locus of control influences organizational justice. Literature review identified four factors of organizational justice - distributive, procedural, interpersonal, and informational justice. These identified determinants are expected to have significant relationships with locus of control and job satisfaction. Questionnaires were distributed to 500 members of a manufacturing companies. Among returned questionnaires, 357 samples were used for empirical study. Structural equation analyses based on PLS (partial least square) method were employed to test the hypotheses and the model. The overall adequacy of fit was found to be acceptable. Confirmatory factor analyses supported a 4-factor structure of organizational justice. Distributive, procedural, interpersonal, and informational justice had significant positive effects on job satisfaction. In addition, the effects of locus of control had significant positive effects on organizational justice factors. The results of this study suggest that interpersonal and informational justice should be regarded as important factors of organizational justice to analyze the relationships between locus of control and job satisfaction as well as the relationships among the justice constructs.

서비스복구의 공정성 지각이 고객의 만족과 그 행동적 결과에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Perceived Justice with Service Recovery on Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Results)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서비스복구에 대한 고객의 공정성 지각이 고객의 만족과 그 행동적 결과에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 선행연구들은 고객만족을 전반적으로 측정하고 있으나 본 연구에서는 서비스복구만족과 관계만족으로 구분하여 고찰하였다. 연구 결과, 서비스복구만족에 대한 분배적 공정성과 상호작용 공정성은 긍정적 영향을 미치나 절차적 공정성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 관계만족에서는 분배적 공정성, 절차적 공정성, 상호작용 공정성 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스복구만족과 관계만족은 고객충성도에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 서비스복구에 대한 지각된 공정성의 중요성을 확인할 뿐만 아니라 서비스복구에 대한 고객만족이 더 높은 수준의 고객충성도를 초래한다는 것을 강조한다.

The Impact of Autonomous Virtual Work Environments on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Effectiveness

  • The objective of this study is to explore the perceptions of justice regarding the implementation of flexible work arrangements, as well as to analyze the effects of such arrangements on job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. The present study posits three key aspects, namely distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice, which are hypothesized to influence individuals' impression of justice in relation to flexible work systems. To investigate the influence of job types on an R&D organization, specifically comparing R&D employees and office management employees, a dataset of 190 R&D employees and 50 office management employees was collected. The findings of the investigation provide empirical evidence that distributive justice has a significant impact on the level of job satisfaction among employees in both research and development (R&D) and office administration roles. Moreover, the influence of work satisfaction on organizational performance is noteworthy, particularly with regard to factors such as job dedication, organizational citizenship behavior, and knowledge sharing. The aforementioned findings offer significant insights for research and development (R&D) firms that have incorporated flexible work arrangements. These insights underscore the significance of emphasizing specific justice perceptions in order to augment job satisfaction and overall performance within the organization.

패션상품 소비자의 점포 관계단절에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship Dissolution between Fashion Product Consumers and Stores)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand fashion product consumers' relationship dissolution by considering the characteristics of customer behavior and examining the connection between the main variables. The survey was conducted on 623 women over 20 years old who had experienced relationship dissolution or problems with regular fashion stores in the areas of Seoul and Kyungki in September 2005. The SPSS 12.0 package and Amos program were used to analyze the data. The results of this study were as follows: First, service recovery justice of a fashion store, interactional justice, distributive justice, and procedural justice had effects on encounter satisfaction. Furthermore, encounter satisfaction influenced relationship dissolution behavior, voice, exit, loyalty, neglect via overall satisfaction. Second, there were differences in relationship dissolution behavior according to consumer loyalty and switching costs.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the customer dissatisfaction types by demographic characteristics, and examine the effort of service recovery justice on the customers' satisfaction, in order to construct the efficient recovery system fer the restaurant service failure. Also, another purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on the word of mouth and the repurchase, and so devise the information measures for the positive relationship between the customers and the domestic restaurants. According to the results of this study, the customer evaluation on service recovery could be explained by the concept of justice. Also, this justice influenced the overall satisfaction on service recovery, and further the satisfaction on service recovery influenced the subsequent positive word of mouth or repurchase intention.

소방기관의 조직공정성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Organizational Justice of Fire Service Agency)

  • This study is about the organizational justice of fire service agency for organizational commitment and motivation of firefighters. The research data were collected from 355 firefighters nationwide using the On-nara Administrative Work Management System 2.0. The statistical processing method of the research data was analyzed using the statistical program SPSS 28.0. The study results showed that the overall level of firefighters' perception of organizational justice was slightly lower than normal, with an average score of 2.85. Regarding gender, male firefighters were more likely to believe that the organization was injustice than female firefighters. In addition, organizational justice was found to be lower among fire sergeants by rank and first aiders by responsibility.

조직내 대인간 상사신뢰가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A Study of the Effect of Organizational Interpersonal Supervisory Trust on Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 조직내 대인간 상사신뢰, 조직공정성(분배공정성, 절차공정성), 직무만족을 통하여 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 선행변수로서 상사신뢰는 분배공정성과 절차공정성에 통계적으로 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 종속변수인 조직몰입과도 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 독립변수인 분배공정성과 절차공정성은 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치고, 또한 절차공정성이 종속변수인 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나, 반면에 분배공정성은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 독립변수인 직무만족은 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 넷째, 상사신뢰가 분배와 절차공정성, 직무만족을 매개로 하여 조직몰입에 미치는 간접적으로 고려할 때 통계적으로 유의한 양(+)의 관계를 나타내었고, 전체효과에서도 통계적으로 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으므로 상사신뢰가 높을수록 조직몰입도 높다는 결론을 얻었다. 다섯째, 분배공정성은 직무만족을 매개로 하여 조직몰입에 미치는 간접효과만 통계적으로 유의하였으나 음(-)의 직접효과로 인해 상당 부분 상쇄되어 전체효과는 유의하지 않았다. 절차공정성과 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 직접효과와 전체효과는 통계적으로 유의하였으므로 절차공정성과 직무만족이 높을수록 조직몰입도 높다는 결론을 얻었다. 따라서 조직내 대인간 상사신뢰는 분배공정성, 절차공정성 및 조직몰입에, 분배공정성은 직무만족에, 절차공정성은 직무만족과 조직몰입에, 직무만족은 조직몰입에, 모두 양(+)의 영향을 미친다는 이전연구의 결과들과 본 연구의 실증결과와 일치한다는 것을 최종적으로 확인하였다.
