Enuresis is caused by complex reasons. Especially the secondary enuresis is influenced by psychological factor. As a medical care to enuresis, therefore, psychological therapy is highly appraised and oriental medicine psychological clinic is also recognized as an important therapy. IiGyeungByunQi-therapy is a psychological therapy that a doctor changes emotional status of a patient by using various methods. Giungoroen-therapy is another psychological therapy that promotes patient's recognition of disease and will to cure it through conversation. This paper reports the case that child enuresis is satisfactory cured through IiGyeungByunQi and Giungoroen therapy.

Objectives : Recently, He-Ne laser has been used for clinical purpose. We study the medical basis of He-Ne laser therapy and We make a proposal concerning the clinical application of using He-Ne laser in Medicine. Methods : We have selected data related to He-Ne laser therapy and study how to use He-Ne laser in clinic. Results : In biology, He-Ne laser therapy has been effects of an improve in skin regeneration an improve in peripheral and central nerve regeneration an improve in muscle regeneration, an anti-inflammation an alleviation of pain and a bone repair. In oriental medicine, He-Ne laser has been used to laser acupuncture and laser oriental physical treatment. In clinic, He-Ne laser have been used to care several parts like as facial palsy, facial spasm, trigeminal neuropathy, rhinitis and tinnitus. Recently, there is argument that He-Ne laser therapy is suitable to medical insurance. Conclusions : Laser therapy in oriental medicine is widespread and We can apply He-Ne laser to facial palsy, facial spasm, trigeminal neuropathy, rhinitis, tinnitus by using laser acupuncture or laser oriental physical treatment. Till now the whole mechanisms are not fully understood, so we hope to study these mechanisms actively and make suitable to medical insurance device in the near future.

The purpose of pilot clinical trial is to evaluate the efiicacy and safety of Needle-Embedding acupuncture therapy on TEWL(Transepidermal Water Loss) and Skin hydration. A total of 24 human who visited Dongshin Oriental Medical Center from December 1st, 2016 to July 31st, 2017 were included in the pilot clinical trial. Needle-Embedding acupuncture therapy performed at Gokji(LI11). We observed change of TEWL(Transepidermal Water Loss), Skin hydration before and after Needle-Embedding acupuncture therapy. In the primary endpoint, index of TEWL showed a statistically insignificant decline ($8.5{\pm}2.12{\rightarrow}7.8{\pm}1.53g/h/m^2$). Index of skin hydration showed a statistically significant result ($38.2{\pm}6.77{\rightarrow}36.8{\pm}6.64$). To evaluate the safety, Adverse events and Vital sign check were conducted and there were no problem. And when the physical response, self-awareness, skin system, musculoskeletal pain, and other abnormal responses were assessed 60 minutes and 24 hours and 7 days after Needle-Embedding acupuncture therapy at Gokji(LI11) for stability assessment, Adverse events disappeared during a pilot clinical trial. According to the above pilot clinical trial, it is suggested Needle-Embedding acupuncture therapy were effective for Skin moisturizing and safe.

Recently there are concerned about External Treatment in Oriental medicine and a lot of study is researched. But it is not enough to apply to clinic and it has difficult subject. ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ had been made by Chen-Shi-gong(陳實功). It included synthetic External Treatments in those days. So we would like to bring out external treatment methods in it and be easy to use clinic. In addition we want extend territory of treatment methods of oriental medicine. We have researched external treatment of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ according to below three methods. We researched using external treatment methods of each disease and arranged it. In ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$, there are 150 external treatment. And we arranged external treatments by each methods. We classified external treatment methods by 8 class. Conclusion is that, ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ has described 122 external diseases. External treatments of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ had been used to cure 75 disease from the whole disease. External treatments of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ was more than 150 kinds. And each disease treated by more than on external treatment. External treatment methods of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ have contained hot compress therapy, fumigation therapy, bathing therapy, application therapy, medication bag therapy, medication plug therapy, medication massotherapy, aroma therapy and so on.

This study was performed to report the effectiveness of oriental medical treatment on a patient with avascular necrosis of femur head complaining lower extremity pain. The patient was diagnosed as avascular necrosis of both femur head and treated with acupuncture, cupping therapy, physical therapy and herbal medicine. We have evaluated the efficacy of oriental medical treatment by measuring changes of visual analogue scale and range of motion according to period of hospitalization. After treatment, pain and range of motion were improved. These results suggest that oriental medical treatment was effective on the patient with avascular necrosis of femur head.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the effect of oriental medicine on 2 patients with secondary amenorrhea. Methods: The patients who had secondary amenorrhea were treated by oriental medical treatments such as herbal medication(Gami-joukyung-tang, Gwibi-tanggagam-bang), acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. Results: After oriental medical treatments, the patients could have their periods again and their menstrual condition was improved. Conclusion: This case report shows that the oriental medical therapy is effective for treating secondary amenorrhea.

This study was done as a general survey on oriental medical approaches for the detoxification and treatment of narcotics addiction. The treatment of narcotics addiction comprises the detoxification and the restoration of normal health. Medical detoxification in common use nowadays is largely divided into substitution therapy using opiate detoxicants and symptomatic therapy using non-opiate detoxicants. Experimentation was done on the supposition that non-opiate detoxicants provide a more viable therapy than opiate detoxicants in the treatment of narcotics addiction, because opiate detoxicants also produce a great dependency on a narcotic. At present, although the medication of oriental medicine that includes non-opiate detoxicants is not more effective in the detoxification than the opiate detoxicants, withdrawal symptoms are slight and few and there is a very low ratio of relapse, so treatment and restoration are relatively brief. Results of this survey suggest that detoxicants derived from oriental medical approaches are safe and effective, though further development of therapy with such detoxicants will be needed to provide reliable methods of treating narcotics addiction. Based on this survey, it is hoped that many more studies will be done on the issue of medication in the field of narcotics addiction treatment.

With the booming complementary medicine as a social trend of well-being, treatment by the sound waves of six kinds of syllables is believed to restore that healthy balance to the body. Sound therapy refers to a range of therapies in which sound is used to treat physical and mental conditions. Healing is done by transmitting beneficial sound to the affected area related to five viscera and six bowels. The healing sound may be produced by a voice. sound wave vibrations are to treat physical and mental conditions. In general, this therapy is based on the theory that all of life vibrates, including people's bodies. When a person's healthy resonant frequency is out of balance, physical and emotional health is affected. When a person's healthy resonant frequency is out of balance, physical and emotional health is affected. This paper focuses on the sound therapy by six syllables of 'hyu', 'huo', 'ho', 'sa', 'chi' and 'hui'.

Objectives: This study aimed to understand the motives for visiting oriental medical hospital and the satisfaction degree of cancer patients, in order to increase the satisfaction rate of oriental medicine among cancer patients. Methods: The data were collected from inpatients who responded to a self-report questionnaire. Independent t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and correlation analysis were used for data analysis. Results: The most prominent motive for visiting oriental medical hospital was recurrence prevention and energy recovery. In oriental medical care, positive responses appeared in the order of 'Acupuncture', 'Pharmacopuncture', 'Enzyme therapy', 'Foot bath therapy', and 'Moxibustion'. According to the research on medical satisfaction degree, the overall satisfaction degree was 4.56. On each field, satisfaction degree related to the doctor service was 4.64, and satisfaction degree of using the procedure was 4.47. Conclusions: Cancer patients mostly visited oriental medical hospital for recurrence prevention and regaining energy, and the service distribution of oriental medical hospital was almost equal without being concentrated on the specified social classes.

Phototherapy have perpetual history, we can see an instance of it in Yellow Emperor's Conon of Medicine(黃帝內經) and Laser therapy is a field of Phototherapy being used frequently in the latest time. We treated patients with telangiectasia by laser therapy and experimented it's efficacy and studied the means of clinical application in Korean medicine. We report the capabilities of application of laser therapy, based on Korean medical theories by using resemblance between laser therapy with kyung-rak(經絡) control technique in the line that connects with the past.
