However, moderating effect of proactivity is not significant. Research implications or Originality - Nurses are critical to the competitiveness of hospital organizations considering the proportion of manpower and the role of nurses. Results: The mean of OCB was $5.21{\pm}.59$. The OCB had statistically significant differences according to age(F=1.706, p=.007), tenure duration (F=3.450, p=.009), choice of nursing department(t=1.651, p=.000), marriage(t=2.341, p=.020) and religion(F=2.578, p=.038). The OCB was positively correlated with high-level need(r=.303, p=.000), neuroticism(r=.155, p=.020), task interdependence(r=.433, p=.000), age(r=.172, p=.010) and tenure duration(r=.190, p=.004); negatively with cynicism (r=-.310, p=.000). • Greenberg(1990) suggested that organizational justice research may potentially explain many organizational behavior outcome variables. One example of nontraditional job behavior is service quality, for it is part of the spontaneous and innovative behaviors noted by Katz(1964). The first purpose of this research is to test the effects of organizational justice on service quality, and the second purpose is to test the moderating effects of sex and tenure on the relationships between organizational justice and service quality According to statistical analysis, only interactional justice had an impact on service quality. Also the results of moderating regression analysis showed that short term employees were more sensitive to distributive justice than long term employees. This result means short term employees are more interested In incentive system than long term employees.

Comparing with the lower orders and shorter tenure, the higher orders and the longer tenure showed better WPS. Second, the results of simple correlation analysis between WPS and determinants and intervening variables showed the following variables, in order of importance, were statistically significant(p<.01): work satisfaction(+), organizational commitment(+), task requirements(+), nurse-interaction(+), professional status(+), physician-nurse interaction(+). Third, the results of path analysis showed that two intervening variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and three determinants of task requirements, professional status, and nurse-nurse interaction had a positively significant direct effect to WPS. • Many empiric research findings have supported that the characteristics and strength of Organization Culture(OC) is closely related with organizational performance(absenteeism, job satisfaction, cohesiveness and turnover etc.). The first purpose of this study is to review the relationship between OC and turnover as a performance factor, and the second and primary purpose is to test the moderating effects of personal factors(sex, educational career, rank, occupation, marital status, job switching, age, company tenure and job tenure) between OC and turnover. For the analytical purpose of this article, OC type is categorized as Maintainable Culture(MC), Affiliation Culture(AC), Progressive Culture(PC) and Rational Culture(RC) based on Quinn(1985). The empirical results are as followings: Moderating effects are found in sex(with MC and RC), educational career(with MC, PC and RC), job switching(with MC and RC).
