초우량운송기업의 서비스전략에 관한 연구;항공운송기업을 중심으로 (A Study on Service Strategy of Best Transportation Business;Based on Airlines)

  • The study proved the fitness between competitive strategy and service operation strategy of service companies. The competitive strategy of a corporation is a major strategy playing the role of bridge linking both corporate strategy and functional strategy. And it is a choice of method how to win competitors in given area. There have been such a specific methodologies for acquiring competitive advantage as Porters competitive strategy, Miles and Snows adaptive strategy, and Life cycle strategy. But, many scholars have pointed that its more important for high corporate performance to determine the competitive strategy of a corporation fitting the external environment and internal structure. So its needed for successful cost-leadership or differentiation strategy to differentiate organizational function, resources, and various organizational factors. But there have been no methodologies or practical guidelines fitting competitive strategy, corporate structure, and external environment in sprite do service corporations growth. So, the study proved the fitness between competitive strategy and service operation structure in Airlines after selecting service structural elements necessary for strategic management.

  • 한국의 ROTC 제도는 유능한 초급장교 충원과 평시부터 예비전력 확보를 위해 1961년에 미국으로부터 도입되었다. 하지만 2000년대 접어들어 저출산에 따른 학령인구 및 병역자원의 감소, 병 복무기간까지 단축되는 획득환경의 변화로 지원율이 점점 하락하는 심각한 위기에 직면하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 획득환경의 변화와 그에 따른 지원율 감소의 원인을 분석하여 조직편성 및 운영체계를 중심으로 ROTC 제도 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 국내‧외 문헌연구를 통해 미국과 한국의 ROTC 제도에 관한 사례 간 비교기법을 적용하였다. 이론적 측면에서는 지식기반사회에서 조직의 성과달성과 비교경쟁우위 확보를 위해 기업경영에 적용하고 있는 전략적 인적자원관리를 이론적 준거로 삼았다.

공공 문화예술기관의 운영효과 분석 (Analysis of Operational Effect of Public Culture & Arts Institution)

  • The purpose of this Study is to present the tasks and means of improving the operational system of public culture and arts institutes in the future on the basis of the analysis of the effectiveness of operation of public culture and arts institutes. The summary of the results of analysis in this Study is as follows: Firstly, it was found that the factor variables that impart effect on the operation of public culture and arts institutes included (1) artistic value, (2) convenience and (3) organizational management, while the performance variable of public culture and arts institutes was (4) operational performance. Secondly, in the analysis of the structure that explains the operational effects of public culture and arts institutes, convenience and organizational management were found to impart effects on the operational performances. However, artistic value was found to have no effect on operational performances. Therefore, these results of analysis imply that organizational management and convenience, rather than artistic value, need to be fortified in order to elevate the operational performances of public culture and arts institutes.

  • In this division, regarding the establishment of operation system of Conservation Science Center, we have tried to find out research trends and advanced operation system of Italian conservation centers, which play an active part in the field of restoration of cultural properties internationally. And the results will be utilized for the establishment of Conservation Science Center. Italy is a country having a long history of restoring cultural properties. In this field, it is largely divided into research & development institutes. And restoration institute and they are operated under system in which research & development institute implement research projects for restoring cultural properties and restoration specialists take receive the results and utilize them. They have different business processing system compared to Conservation Science Center which will implement research-development and restoration(conservation treatment) concurrently. Each institute, carrying out differentiated and specialized research projects per region, maintains smooth cooperative relationship with national institutes, neighboring universities and even afflated schools through horizontal-mutual collaboration joint research, and sharing of equipments, in the field of cooperation between national institutes, cooperation with neighboring universities, and connection to belonging schools. There institutes show us a good example which can be utilized in the future organizational structure of Conservation Science Center. It is expected that their operation system and possessed technologies such as utilization of human resources pool and cooperation with relevant fields can be used usefully in the management and operation of Conservation Science Center.

Organizational-Economic Mechanism of the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex in Modern Conditions

  • The main purpose of this study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of the organizational and economic mechanism of development of the agro-industrial complex in modern conditions. Organizational and economic mechanism is presented as a complex organizational structure of the system type, which is aimed at performing specific functions, the characteristic feature of which is the constant support of process changes without which the organizational and economic mechanism can not exist. There are four components of the agro-industrial complex, represented by agriculture and the national economy, which ensure its operation, including industry, processing of agricultural products, its storage and transportation, sale and repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery and more. It is proved that the organizational and economic mechanism of development of agro-industrial complex in modern conditions it is expedient to consider: from the point of view of system and process approaches; as a set of economic levers and organizational measures to influence the agro-industrial complex; constituent components of organizational influence on the development of the complex; a set of components, elements that are integrated into the system of economic relations of the subjects of the agro-industrial complex; a set of purposeful stimulators of agro-industrial complex development. The functions of the organizational component of the mechanism of agro-industrial complex include: redistributive, planning, interaction, control, integration and regulatory functions, the functions of the economic component include consumer, investment and innovation, social, incentive, monitoring functions of the mechanism. The symbiosis of the functions of organizational and economic components ensure the effectiveness of the organizational and economic mechanism of the organizational and economic mechanism through its functionalities as a whole.

  • 불확실한 미래와 급변하는 환경에서 기업은 혁신적인 경영활동을 필요로 한다. 주요 선진국들은 가치와 비전을 창출하는 경영전략으로 디자인을 통해 다양한 고부가가치 창출하여 벤처 및 창업기업의 육성과 기업 경쟁력을 확보하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 기업은 디자인을 활용하여 기업의 가치를 높이고 신제품 및 서비스로 신시장을 개척하는 디자인산업에 많은 관심과 지원이 집중되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 기업은 혁신적이고 창의적인 활동이 요구되며, 기업가정신의 함양을 통해 창조적인 기업으로 이끌어야 한다. 이제 기업가정신은 개인적 수준을 넘어 조직적 수준에서 효과적인 프로세스를 구축함으로써 성공적인 기업가정신을 제고해야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 창의적 활동이 적극적으로 요구되는 디자인산업 내 디자인기업 구성원 351명을 대상으로 사내 기업가정신의 개인 및 조직 관점에서 실증 분석을 하였다. 본 연구결과는 디자인기업 구성원의 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도, CEO 지원은 문화와 구조에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 구성원의 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도, CEO 지원은 운영체계에 영향이 없는 것으로 나타나 사내 기업가정신의 활성화를 위한 운영체계 구축이 필요하다는 결과를 도출했다. 본 연구를 통하여 디자인기업의 사내 기업가정신 수준을 높여야 하는 당위성을 강조하고 기업의 지속적인 성장을 위한 기업가정신 제고의 방안이 요구된다. 또한 개인 수준에서 구성원의 기업가정신이 조직 수준에서 발현될 수 있도록 체계적인 운영체계를 마련하여 인프라를 적극적으로 활용하는 것이 중요하다는 실무적 시사점을 제언하였다.

무인기 정책환경과 무인기 산업의 구조 변화 (Regulatory environment and structural change of UAV industry)

  • The UAV industry grows rapidly and the civil UAV market which preparing the commercial services is expected to accelerate the growth. The new opportunities from the technological progress and deregulation show two kinds of organizational structure in the UAV industry. The companies from the traditional aircraft industry and the other sectors like IT industry have different organizational structures of the value chains, supply chains and the regulatory policies which related with them. And from the isomorphism theory it is predicted that those structures will change and converge to certain similar homogeneous features as the UAV industry matures. The matured form will be resulted by the new regulatory policies about the airspace, certifications and the operation rules about the UAV and the future market size and growth speed are also affected by them.

  • 지식정보사회에 적극적으로 대응하고, 조직의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위하여 정부기관 및 공공기관은 정보기술서비스관리(ITSM)시스템을 도입하여 운용할 필요가 있다. 최근에 우리나라의 정부기관 및 공공기관은 ITSM프로세스의 혁신과 정보화의 수준이 미흡한 환경에서 IT서비스의 수요증가와 복잡화에 따른 많은 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 특히, IT아웃소싱의 증가로 인한 IT서비스관리의 어려움은 더욱 커지고 있다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 ITSM에 대한 기대는 더욱 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 ITSM의 성공적인 도입운용에 필수 요소인 ITSM조직구조에 대한 설계대안을 제시하였다. 즉, ITSM조직구조를 전통적인 기능 중심적인 조직구조에서 목적 중심, 고객 중심, 프로세스 중심의 조직구조로 제안하였다. 즉, ITSM조직는 서비스전략조직, 서비스설계조직, 서비스전이조직, 서비스운용조직, 서비스개선조직으로 구분하여 제안하였다. ITSM의 실효성을 확보하기 위하여 조직구조별 역할과 책임을 구체화하였으며, 조직별 전문성을 확보하기 위하여 인력편성방안도 제시하였다. 제안한 ITSM조직구조는 정부기관 및 공공기관의 정보화조직발전에 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

비즈니스 시뮬레이션으로 살펴본 스마트워크의 확산 기간과 생산성 연구 (The Diffusion Period and Productivity of Smartwork by Business Simulation)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the diffusion period and productivity of smartwork in an organization. Firms are increasingly interested in smartwork for non contact work and working from home because of the corona 19. The smartwork is a new technology that changes face-to-face work in an organization. It helps the work of individuals and organizations regardless of time and place. The theoretical background describes the complexity, system thinking, diffusion theory, smart work, organizational resistance, and productivity. This study analyzes the diffusion period and productivity of smart work through business simulation techniques. A simulation study progresses four stages. There are problem definition, hypothesis establishment and causal loop diagram, model construction and verification, and policy evaluation. The simulation models contain an individual's resistance variables organizational investment and leadership variables related to the operation of smartwork. The organizational investment variables include organizational culture, legal system, implement systems and technology investment. The individual resistance variables include cognitive, attitude, structure and technological resistance. The leadership includes leadership interest variables and performance linkage variables. The simulation executed the changes of a people number adopting smart work and the organizational productivity monthly. As a result of the simulation, many organization members have accepted the smart work innovation after 20 months. The organizational productivity through smart work showed very high value after 16 months. In scenario analysis, the individuals' awareness and attitude resistance showed very important variables to productivity and a personal change of smart work adoption. Meanwhile, The organizational investment showed that the high driving-force increased not productivity and the low driving-force showed decreased low productivity. Also, leadership variables showed a powerful driver for changing smart work productivity. The implication of the study has suggested extending complexity, diffusion theory and organization resistance theory based on simulation methods.

On these time, need quality increase of construction to possess government official and international competitiveness of customer satisfaction by offering consumer building of good quality. Therefore, must establish direction to inspects and must advance forward formation government official's present actual conditions for building company's QI. This study is as following if summarize studying result of formation government official to improve quality in construction spot. First, formation's CEO will for QI need side improvement the formation government official enemy by important thing. Second, at checking activity and systematic action that participate of responsible persons cooperation enterprise space-time by complete charge department organization should be achieved. Third, complete charge department for quality control operation large size construction firm substantially formation Organizational well operate, but heavy hydrogen building company was construed by greatly unprepared misgovernment. AHP analysis result complete charge department is serious necessity, and the CEO under direct control organizational structure was construed by thing which can bring excellent effect in operation management side of quality business side and formation. Therefore, heavy hydrogen building company should does to occupy competitive power high position with tissue at active quality complete charge deputy.
