Methods: Literature review was carried out based on 5 factors of social ecological model using computer search engines of Google, ProQuest, and Riss4U. Results; Social Ecological Model is consist of individual, interpersonal, institutional/organizational, community, and policy. Individual sphere is drawn from Health Belief Model, interpersonal sphere is Social Support Theory, institutional/ organizational sphere is institutional resources theory, community sphere is community model, and policy sphere is Social Marketing Theory. The literature review show that the important variables affecting health promotion exist in each sphere. Individual sphere has social economic status, age, sex, sensitivity and specificity of illness, self-efficacy. Interpersonal sphere has support and use of family, friend and neighbor. Institutional/Organizational sphere has environment service reliability and utility. Conclusions: Community sphere has distance, neighborhood safety, interrelationship among institutions. Policy sphere has cost, legislation advertisement, lobby and concern and leadership of Institution.
The purpose of this paper is to explain the entropic measures could cause the organization to increase the entropy. The organization as an open system has a tendency to input new energy to adapt itself to the change in its surroundings. This intention of inputting energy into organization is based on the second law of thermodynamics, the laws of entropy.Entropy is a measure of disorder, or a measure of progressing towards thermodynamic equilibrium. The entropy of an isolated system increases. Organizations have to open to their environment, have to do something to reduce their entropy. But, this attempt to reduce entropy entails another entropy. This study shows the side effects by giving examples of illegal receipt of worker's compensation insurance. The implications through the cases of illegal receipt of workers' compensation are as follows. Firstly, organizational policy is that inaction in itself may be the best policy, unless we always think the action best. Secondly, public organization should be careful in substituting business management in the private sector such as customer satisfaction(CS) for the value in public sector. Thirdly, the setting the expiration date of organizational policy could be the way to slow down the degree of entropy.
This study was intended to analyze the effects of Organizational Culture on manufacturing(automobile) employees' Organizational Trust and Organizational Commitment. A proposed model based on previous research was empirically tested via structural equation modeling by AMOS using 362 valid samples collected from current employees of G-automobile Enterprises in Chang Won. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows. First, Organizational Culture had a partially direct impact on Organizational Commitment. Second, Organizational Culture had a partially direct impact on Organizational Trust. Third, Organizational Trust had direct impact on Organizational Commitment. It has been confirmed that Organizational Trust has a partial mediation effect(full mediation effect) in the process of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment. This study showed similar results as other previous studies.
Purpose: This study investigates nurses' organizational commitment, internal marketing, and occupational satisfaction depending on their age, martial status, clinical experience and income. Methods: The subjects of this study were 350 nurses from six hospitals in Jeolla-do. The t-tests were used to analyze the differences in internal marketing, occupational satisfaction, and organizational commitment depending on their age, marital status, career, and income. The relationships among internal marketing, occupational satisfaction, and organizational commitment were analyzed by the path analysis. Results: The results of this study showed that organizational commitment was correlated with age, clinical experiences, and income, but not significantly associated with martial status. Education and training policy, benefit system, and fairness of the internal marketing were influencing factors on occupational satisfaction. These factors were correlated with organizational commitment through occupational satisfaction. Conclusion: This study addressed the relationships among nurses' internal marketing, occupational satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Based on the results, it is suggested that hospital organizations introduce more diverse incentive policies to enhance nurses' occupational satisfaction and organizational commitment.
Background: In times of continuous change and volatile markets, organizations are increasingly characterized by downsizing, work intensification, and resource rationalization. This has resulted in diversification, and the emergence of newrisks within the field of occupational health and safety, with an important impact. This paper focuses on one such type of risk in the modern workplace-psychosocial risks. The current study aimed to explore stakeholder perspectives, regarding the extent to which psychosocial risks are incorporated into strategic risk management practices, at both the business and policy level. Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 professionals, representing employer, expert, policy maker, and trade union stakeholder perspectives. Results: It was found that the majority of organizations do not sufficiently, if at all, understand and incorporate psychosocial risks into strategic decision making, whereby the key barrier related to practical difficulties of not knowing how to manage psychosocial risks adequately. Conclusion: The study found that there is a need to close the gap between policy and practice on a number of levels. Future recommendations comprise a policy framework and infrastructure underpinned by educational initiatives, partnerships, and networks to drive a shift in attitudes toward recognizing the duality of the concept of risk (including both potential negative and positive outcomes) and moving beyond simple regulatory compliance.
Drawing upon Griffin and Neal's safety climate and performance model, this study developed an information security climate model. Research model is composed of three research variables that include information security climate, information security compliance attitude, and opportunistic security behavior. Results of the study strongly support the fundamental proposition that the organizational security climate has significant positive influence on the individual's opportunistic security behavior. However, the study also reveals that the organizational climate may not directly associate with the reduction of opportunistic security behavior. Rather the organizational security climate nurtures the favorable attitude of the employee towards the compliance of information security, which in turn discourages opportunistic security behavior.

This study estimates the influence of organizational-level factors on work motivation and job performance of middle managers of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam. A 5-point-Likert-scale structural questionnaire consisting of 36 observation variables was used to survey middle managers of Vietnamese SMEs. 425 out of 500 responses collected were valid for multivariate data analysis. The results of confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling reveal three main findings. First, philosophy and policy, compensation and benefits, goal system, and leadership have positively significant impacts on the work motivation of middle managers under investigation. Second, there is a significantly positive influence of work motivation on job performance. However, there is no indication that growth opportunities, work environment, evaluation system have significant impacts on the work motivation of respondents. Based on the findings, the study suggests four recommendations for Vietnamese SMEs to improve motivation and job performance of middle managers, which are (1) ensuring the clarity and soundness of the organizational policies and philosophies, especially human resources policy that boosts employees' work motivation; (2) building a comprehensive compensation and benefit system to attract and retain talented employees; (3) developing a clear and adequate goal system; (4) enhancing top-level managers' leadership abilities.

A structured questionnaire, where 239 nurses answered, was used to figure out general features, hospital internal marketing, organizational communication, and organizational performance. Descriptive statistics, Indepented t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analyses were used to analyze the data. The analyzing tool was IBM SPSS 21.0 program. The result of this study was as follows: hospital internal marketing 3.13±0.58 points, organizational communication 3.23±0.48 points, and organizational performance 3.34±0.51 points. Organizational performance showed a positive correlation with hospital internal marketing and organizational communication, and those two explained 61.0% of organizational performance. Therefore, hospital internal marketing strategy - encouraging nurses in individual aspect - and integrated strategy - establishing various communication channels in organizational aspect - are required to increase the organizational performance of nurses.
This study investigated convergent influence on turnover intension and its association with organizational commitment, organizational loyalty and job burnout among some Administrative Staff in Medical Institutions(ASMI). The subjects were 320 randomly selected ASMI from 27 medical institutions in the J region, Data collection was carried out via a structured self-administered questionaries from July 2, 2018 to July 27, 2018. Turnover intension was positively correlated with job burnout, and it was negatively correlated with organizational commitment and organizational loyalty. The covariance structure analysis showed that the higher job burnout, and the lower organizational commitment and organizational loyalty tend to increase turnover intention. The results indicate that the efforts, to increase organizational commitment and organizational loyalty, and to decrease job burnout, are required to decrease the turnover intention of ASMI. The results are expected to be useful for health administration policy and industrial health education to decrease the turnover intention of ASMI. In the following study, the analysis about convergent additional factors of influence on the turnover intention of ASMI will be needed.
