Lately, the importance of social responsibility of venture companies is becoming highlighted in Korea.This study is to empirically suggest that the practice of social responsibility by venture companies will become the foundation for formation of the organizational trust and for the sustainable growth of the organization. The certification on social responsibility for venture companies has been conducted for past five year and based on the research on difference of organizational validity on companies that are certified and non-certified by its practice of social responsibility, we've found organizational trust difference in two groups; the companies that already formed organizational trust did not have new mediation effect due to organizational commitment but the non-certified companies that did not have organization trust created new medication effect from organizational commitment. This can be understood that the organizational commitment effect through social responsibility is already formed for companies that have created organizational trust through social responsibility certification. The organizational infrastructure is needed for sustainable growth and development of an organization; therefore, the differentiated organizational trust for social responsibility certified organization will become the infrastructure for growth of the certified organizations.
Purpose - This exploratory study analyzes the performance of the business from the HRM point of view. Analyzed the influence of HRM and organization effectiveness on business performance. Also moderating effect of the strategy is analyzed. Research design, data, and methodology - Two outcome variables are measured, non-financial performance and financial performance. Two organizational effectiveness variables are measured, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. And two HRM areas are measured, HRM practice and organizational culture. Finally, two strategies are measured as moderators, market strategy and product/service strategy. This study analyzed employees of 554 from the 7th HCCP. This study used SEM and MCFA. Result - The results of turnover intention, growth rate, and profit rate verified the influence of HRM and organizational effectiveness. Overall results showed a contrary effect of education & training system implement and participation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Among organizational culture, innovation and relation positively affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. However, antecedents influencing turnover intention, growth rate, and profit rate bear no resemblance. And the MCFA result shows that strategy's group differentiation analysis is meaningful in turnover intention not in financial performance. Conclusion - Based on this study result, management suggestions for turnover intention, growth rate, profit rate, and organizational effectiveness are made. Especially, due to the company's strategy.

In general, members of an organization want their own growth and development. As these members grow or develop, they feel satisfied and fulfilled in the process. Growth or development can motivate members to become more involved in their jobs. Therefore, these concepts are very important for organizations as well as individual members. Various elements of the organization affect the growth of its members. Leaders influence members to achieve organizational goals. Leaders can therefore be an important variable influencing the growth of members. Specific leadership informally develops the potential to identify and satisfy members' personal needs and to achieve higher performance. These leader behaviors motivate members and drive their growth. Thus, this leadership will have a significant impact on the growth of members. In addition, in this relationship, if members have perceived organizational support, they can further improve their expectations for growth. Therefore, support from leaders and organizations will have a positive impact on employee growth. This study highlights the importance of the growth of members of the organization. It demonstrates the moderating effects of leader's individualized consideration and perceived organizational support necessary elements for member growth. Through this process, the purpose and significance of the study are to identify the variables that affect the personal growth of members and explain how they can grow.
This study examines factors that influence organizational identification of employees who work for foreign multinational corporations in Korea. First, we test whether employee perceptions on leader-member exchange, trust in CEO, and career growth opportunity can influence their organizational identification. second, we also investigate moderation effects of employee perception on subsidiary level factors such as co-operation between the subsidiary and its HQ, firm reputation of the subsidiary, and opportunity to work overseas. 391 survey results from 350 subsidiaries of multinational corporations in Korea has been collected for this study. We found that leader-member exchange, trust in CEO and career growth opportunity had a positive effect on organizational identification of employees who work for foreign subsidiaries of multinational corporations in Korea. We also found partial support for the moderation effects of HQ-subsidiary interrelationship and opportunity to work overseas in the relationship between predictors and organizational identification. With this in mind, I hope this help to reconsider competitiveness of global companies in Korea by increasing organizational identification.
This study investigated the role of organizational communication, culture and trust as a moderator of the organizational performance(the growth of production and quality improvement) and job satisfaction. Using data collected from 248 workers at 128 establishments in Changwon industrial complex, morderated regression analyses explored the proposed model. As a result, communication activity and organizational trust was found negatively to moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and quality improvement/the growth of production. And organizational culture was found positively to moderate the relationship between satisfaction and quality improvement. Implications of these findings were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the mediating effect of innovation activities on the effect of organizational culture perceived by organizational members on organizational effectiveness. The main results are as follows. First, Hypothesis 1, organizational culture, was adopted as it showed a positive influence on innovation activities. Second, since organizational culture showed statistically significant effect on organizational effectiveness, Hypothesis 2 was adopted. Third, the innovation activity, which is hypothesis 3, was analyzed to have a positive influence on organizational effectiveness. Therefore, hypothesis 3 was accepted. Fourth, the innovation activity, hypothesis 4, showed a mediating effect between organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. As shown in the results of this study, it is indicated that organizations should improve organizational effectiveness for growth and development through the advancement of the sustainability management system in the rapidly changing business environment. To this end, it was necessary to systematically build and activate an organizational culture and innovation activities suitable for the characteristics of the organization. In other words, organizational effectiveness can be improved when constructing and implementing advanced innovation activities based on measures to revitalize organizational culture according to changes in the business environment.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture types and organizational effectiveness in the hospitals and to identify the cultural and organizational characteristics of the hospitals with high organizational effectiveness. Data were collected from May 12 to June 14. 1997 through questionnaire taken by 1.118 nurses working in 10 hospitals with more than 800 beds and from annual reports published by the hospitals. The instruments were used for collecting the data: Organizational Culture Questionnatire and Organizational Characteristics Questionnatire developed by the researcher. Mowday's Organizational Commitment Questionnaire. Taylor & Bovver's General Satisfaction Scale. The Results were as follows: 1. The meta culture of the hospital organizations was the conservative culture. 2. There were significant differences of the four organizational cultural types - affiliative culture. innovative culture. conservative culture. task culture among the hospitals(p=.00). 3. The hospital organizations were classified in to three cultural patterns. each of which had similar cultural composition. on the basis of the scores indicating the similarity and difference of the foul' organizational cultural types among the hospitals. The organization of each group represents conservative- dominant culture. innovative-dominant culture and competitive culture. 4. Nurses' organizational commitment and job satisfaction were significantly different among the cultural patterns(p=.00). In other words. the hospitals with innovative-dominant culture showed higher organizational commitment and job satisfaction than ones with conservative-dominant culture and competitive culture. And also. the growth rate of outpatients and inpatients were significantly different among the cultural patterns(p<.05). The hospitals with innovative -dominant culture showed higher growth rate of outpatients and inpatients than ones with conservative-dominant culture and competitive culture. 5. The hospitals with conservative-dominant culture and competitive culture showed higher level of centralization than ones with innovative -dominant culture(p=.00) And the hospitals with competitive and innovative-dominant culture showed higher level of communication than those with conservative-dominant culture(p=.00) Finally. the hospitals with innovative-dominant culture showed higher level of managerial strategy than those with conservative-dominant and competitive culture. among which the latter showed higher level of managerial strategy than the former(p=.00).

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore clinical nurses' experience of positive organizational culture in order to provide data for effective strategies of acquisition and retention of competent nurses. Methods: In this qualitative study, interviews with four focus groups of four to six nurses, 19 in total, were held. Compositional factors in groups included clinical experience, age, work place, and position. Interviews proceeded until data were saturated. Results: Fifteen sub-themes, categorized into six themes, emerged. Positive organizational culture themes included "Helping nurses to be organization members", "Allowing nurses to communicate with one another", "Helping nurses take an initiative to lead organization", "Having competent leader take charge of organization", "Enabling nurses to achieve organizational changes", and "Leading nurses to accomplish organizational performance." Conclusion: Results indicate that positive organizational culture is related to increases in occupational satisfaction and decreases in turnover through supportive organizational culture which makes it possible to reinvest expenses required for training new members to promoting quality growth in the organization and the prestige of professional nurses. In order to improve occupational satisfaction and sustained growth in nurses, it is necessary to provide nurses with positive work environments and require members to make active efforts leading to strategic changes.

Due to the relative lack of concerns and research on organizational career development in startups, we study aimed to reveal the impact of shared leadership in startups on organizational career development through organizational commitment. The research method was an online survey targeting 200 startup members from April 11 to April 28, 2023, and a total of 195 copies were used in the final analysis. As a result of the study, first, among the shared leadership of startups, development and mentoring were found to have a positive impact on emotional commitment. Second, among the shared leadership of startups, planning and organizing, support and empathy were found to have a positive impact on continuous commitment. Third, planning and organizing, support and empathy had a positive impact on normative commitment. Third, among startups' shared leadership, planning and organizing, support and empthy had a positive impact on normative commitment. Fourth, emotional and continuous commitment were found to have a positive impact on improving career goals in organizational career growth. Fifth, emotional and continuous and normative commitment were each found to have a positive influence on the development of professional abilities in organizational career development. Lastly, emotional, continuous and normative commitment were all found to have a positive influence on the speed of promotion in organizational career growth. As a result, it is expected that the results of this study will be able to suggest shared leadership policy directions and goals for startups.

The main purpose of the research is to examine impact of organizational justice and perceived organizational support on effectiveness of crime control in police organizations. This research employs a survey questionnaire to measure organizational justice, perceived organizational support, and effectiveness of crime control. The number of subject of the study is 285 police officers working in Daegu metropolitan city and some cities of Gyeongsangbuk-do province. The study employs regression analysis to analyze the effect of organizational justice and perceived organizational support on police performance. As the result of analysis, the effect of organizational justice on effectiveness of crime control is statistically significant at the level 0.01, perceived organizational support at the level 0.05. The key finding of this study is that in the performance-based management system, the reciprocal relationships between managers and individual officers with organizational justice and perceived organizational support play an important role in building a sustainable growth system in the police.
