One of the most important aspects of any firm is to motivate its employees to go the extra mile. In order to do work properly, people must be motivated. The total effectiveness and efficiency of workers, as well as a company's performance, is directly related to the degree of motivation of those who work there. On the other hand, demotivated personnel do not put much effort and, when they get a better opportunity, leave their places of employment. For Survey, this study used online Google forms to collect data from September 2021 to October 2021. The target demographic for the research was those who worked for Lebanon's private businesses. The poll was conducted in English, the second language of Lebanon. Furthermore, 179 workers (N = 179) were utilized for this research. The research suggests that fun events and support for fun managers enable workers to connect informally and help people know each other better, creating an environment that promotes friendship building. Based on these connected reasons, fun activities and the support of managers for fun are considerably linked to turnover.

According to the data released by Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency, construction workers suffering from falling disaster have been increasing continuously for the last five years, and in fact, small and medium construction companies' falling disaster forms over 97% of all every year. This means that to reduce falling disaster significantly, it is needed to get rid of disaster taking place in small and medium construction companies. Here, this study aims to analyze various causes of falling disaster in small and medium construction companies, examine how those factors are correlated with one another, and suggest how to manage the risk of falling disaster effectively. According to the study results, main factors influencing falling disaster in small and medium construction companies are found as follows: Situational Awareness/Risk Perception, Fatigue/Alertness, Communications, Equipment/Facilities, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the Direct Level, Management/Supervision, Education/Training, and Planning in the Organizational Level, and Management's Commitment to Safety in the Policy Level.

The Human Resource (HR) system comprises of various interrelated HR practices that forms the bundles. These bundles of Human Resource practices impact the organizational performance. The hard and soft HR bundles are the two sets of the same continuum that describes the strategic approach of the HR system. The purpose of this study is to identify the hard and soft HRM practices from the literature and then empirically test them with the help of factor analysis. The study is conducted on the service industry employees in India. The survey includes the employees from the middle and top-level executives of the service firms. The sample size for the study is 160. Principal component analysis with VARIMAX rotation and Confirmatory Factor Analysis was used to obtain the results. The data analysis was done on SPSS V.20 and AMOS V.22. The results provide knowledge of the HR practices under the hard and soft HRM bundles implemented in the service industry.

In order to achieve this goal, we consider the following issues: a retrospective analysis of the concepts of "giftedness", "intellectually gifted personality"; the experience of working with gifted youth abroad is analyzed; features of work with gifted student youth are revealed; educational and methodological support and practical work with gifted students are analyzed; an empirical study was conducted to determine the attitude of gifted youth to organizational forms of work with them; developed a scientific circle as a form of work with intellectually gifted student youth. A set of methods is used, in particular: theoretical methods: comparison, analysis, synthesis and generalization; empirical methods: analysis of documentation and results of pedagogical activity, observation.
This paper aims to verify how the knowledge sharing culture of hotel companies affects psychological ownership awareness and organization citizenship behavior through knowledge sharing of millennials and generation Z employees. It also assumed that two types of knowledge, such as tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, would have the effect of controlling knowledge sharing culture and knowledge sharing. This paper collected data from 138 employees working in hotels in the metropolitan area. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that the knowledge sharing culture of hotel companies influenced knowledge sharing. In addition, it was confirmed that it had a positive effect on psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior. In the case of hotel companies, it was found that the tacit knowledge was more effective in inducing knowledge sharing among employees that the explicit knowledge. If a company provides a knowledge-sharing culture using various forms of tacit knowledge strategies, it is expected to increase the organizational citizenship behavior and psychological ownership of MZ generation employees.
There have been growing interests in work process analysis methodology, ever since ISO 15489 and DIRKS were introduced to the Korean archival and records management community. It is because the methodology has been expected to provide with much needed information, with which records management programs could be designed. The information encompass from those needed in developing macro-organizational framework such as business classification schemes, to those essential to identify exact points of time, at which records management systems should capture records during each phase of business process. The Korean community, however, currently possesses a surprisingly scanty understanding of the methodology. The present paper aims to promote its understanding among Korean archivists and records managers, by reviewing an Australian standard of Work Process Analysis for Recordkeeping(AS 5090). It begins with drawing attention to the fact that the work process analysis is utilized in diverse areas, encompassing systems development, organizational re-engineering, and human resources management in business settings. When the methodology is implemented in records management settings, therefore, focus should be lied in finding out ways of creating and capturing records from the routine business activities. The paper then reviews the relationship among the three standards, AS 5090, DIRKS, and ISO 15489. Most parts of the paper are dedicated to review AS 5090 in detail, with examples. The paper also provides with output forms to be used to organize and represent results from the analysis.

New drug discovery and development research enable clinical treatment that saves human life and improves the quality of life, but the possibility of success with new drugs is significantly low despite a long time of 14 to 16 years and a large investment of 2 to 3 trillion won in traditional methods. As artificial intelligence is expected to radically change the new drug development paradigm, artificial intelligence new drug discovery and development projects are underway in various forms of collaboration, such as joint research between global pharmaceutical companies and IT companies, and government-private consortiums. This study uses the TOE framework and the Value-based Adoption Model, and the technical, organizational, and environmental factors that should be considered for the acceptance of AI technology at the level of the new drug research organization are the value of artificial intelligence technology. By analyzing the explanatory power of the relationship between perception and intention to use, it is intended to derive practical implications. Therefore, in this work, we present a research model in which technical, organizational, and environmental factors affecting the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies are mediated by strategic value recognition that takes into account all factors of benefit and sacrifice. Empirical analysis shows that usefulness, technicality, and innovativeness have significantly affected the perceived value of AI drug development systems, and that social influence and technology support infrastructure have significant impact on AI Drug Discovery and Development systems.
Purpose: As an administrative organization that directly affects the safety and livelihood of the people, local governments are important to ensure the continuity of key functions in the event of a disaster. The purpose of this study is to review effective methods for establishing and implementing a continuity of operations plan to protect and maintain the key functions of local governments. Method: In order to improve the inefficiency of the ISO22301-based continuity of operation plan, applying the organizational-oriented functional continuity method and set up the planning method, key functions, required resources, and basic education and training forms, and apply to local governments and review their feasibility. Result: The proposed organization-oriented continuity of operation plan preparation method reflects the characteristics of bureaucratic local governments and makes it easy to prepare and apply in practice. Conclusion: Compared to the private sector, in the public sector, where work is organization-oriented, it can be a more efficient way to fully reflect the organizational point of view in establishing a continuity of Opertaions plan.
The purpose of this study was to provide hotel bakery organizations with useful information for human resources management based on a substantial clarification of the relationship and correlation of hotel bakery employees' self-leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational commitment. Resources were gathered from June 20, 2015 to July 10, 2015 by distributing a total of 500 surveys, from which 377 were collected. Excluding 23 survey forms not suitable for the analysis, 354 survyes were processed through factor analysis, reliability test, and multivariant structural analysis using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 to verify the hypotheses. The findings of the analysis can be summarized as follows: first, behavior-centered strategies, natural compensation, and constructive thinking strategies had a significantly positive impact on self-efficacy. Second, in the analysis of impact of self-efficacy on organizational commitment, it was significant for emotional immersion, but did not have a significantly positive impact on normative immersion. Third, in the relationship between self-leadership and organizational commitment, behavior-centered strategies and natural compensation did not have a significant impact on emotional immersion. However, constructive thinking strategies had a significant impact. The following implications can be derived based on the above findings: this study implies the possibility of future studies on the variables of self-efficacy as it set behavior-centered strategies, natural compensation, and constructive thinking strategies as the preliminary factors under hotel bakery employees' self-leadership; and it analyzed the causality of each factor with emotional immersion and normative immersion as the subordinate factors of self-efficacy and organizational commitment to show that self-leadership and self-efficacy of hotel bakery employees based on emotional immersion and normative immersion can stably improve the organization of hotel bakeries.

The empirical studies on the implementation of data warehousing systems (DWS) are lacking while there exist a number of studies on the implementation of IS. This study intends to examine the factors affecting the implementation success of DWS. The study adopts the empirical analysis of the sample of 112 responses from DWS practitioners. The study results suggest several implications for researchers and practitioners. First, when the support from top management becomes great, the implementation success of DWS in organizational aspects is more likely. When the support from top management exists, users are more likely to be encouraged to use DWS, and organizational resistance to use DWS is well coped with increasing the possibility of implementation success of DWS. The support of resource increases the implementation success of DWS in project aspects while it is not significantly related to the implementation success of DWS in organizational aspects. The support of funds, human resources, and other efforts enhances the possibility of successful implementation of project; the project does not exceed the time and resource budgets and meet the functional requirements. The effect of resource support, however, is not significantly related to the organizational success. The user involvement in systems implementation affects the implementation success of DWS in organizational and project aspects. The success of DWS implementation is significantly related to the users' commitment to the project and the proactive involvement in the implementation tasks. users' task. The observation of the behaviors of competitors which possibly increases data quality does not affect the implementation success of DWS. This indicates that the quality of data such as data consistency and accuracy is not ensured through the understanding of the behaviors of competitors, and this does not affect the data integration and the successful implementation of DWS projects. The prototyping for the DWS implementation positively affects the implementation success of DWS. This indicates that the extent of understanding requirements and the communication among project members increases the implementation success of DWS. Developing the prototypes for DWS ensures the acquirement of accurate or integrated data, the flexible processing of data, and the adaptation into new organizational conditions. The extent of consulting activities in DWS projects increases the implementation success of DWS in project aspects. The continuous support for consulting activities and technology transfer enhances the adherence to the project schedule preventing the exceeding use of project budget and ensuring the implementation of intended system functions; this ultimately leads to the successful implementation of DWS projects. The research hypothesis that the capability of project teams affects the implementation success of DWS is rejected. The technical ability of team members and human relationship skills themselves do not affect the successful implementation of DWS projects. The quality of the system which provided data to DWS affects the implementation success of DWS in technical aspects. The standardization of data definition and the commitment to the technical standard increase the possibility of overcoming the technical problems of DWS. Further, the development technology of DWS affects the implementation success of DWS. The hardware, software, implementation methodology, and implementation tools contribute to effective integration and classification of data in various forms. In addition, the implementation success of DWS in organizational and project aspects increases the data quality and system quality of DWS while the implementation success of DWS in technical aspects does not affect the data quality and system quality of DWS. The data and systems quality increases the effective processing of individual tasks, and reduces the decision making times and efforts enhancing the perceived benefits of DWS.
