Inter-organizational Relationships (IORs) governance is one of the emerging research areas that have been studied in different contexts (e.g. economics, strategy, organization, and management). This view, particularly, attracted rising attention from academics and practitioners in the context of construction projects, due to the complex forms of IORs in terms of inter-firm exchanges (e.g. engineering, procurement, finance, construction, and operation) in these projects. The focus of IORs governance is to control Inter-organizational relationships among two or more cooperative parties to alleviate conflict and achieve mutual gains. One of the mechanisms that have been identified in the related literature is formal governance mechanism. Although many empirical studies have been conducted using formal governance terms and indicators, there isn't yet a consensual definition of this mechanism and its components that may cause misinterpretation of research results and also impede future research. This paper makes contribution to the concept of IORs governance by clarifying the meaning of formal governance mechanism and identifying different indicators of this mechanism that have been used and identified in previous studies. This provides an innovative and useful framework to understand formal governance mechanism and its application in construction projects.

The performance appraisal system is defined as general satisfaction with the performance appraisal system. It is used to assess employees' attitudes towards the fairness of the appraisal system, as well as their satisfaction with their knowledge of the appraisal system. This study aims to investigate the relationship between performance appraisal satisfaction and employee performance with equity as a mediator of this relation. There is limited research that studied the mediating effect of performance appraisal on the relationship between organizational justice and work performance. The research implemented the quantitative methodology throughout distributing questionnaires using google forms for data collection. Only 181 respondents out of 221 respondents answered the questionnaires. The data had been analyzed using the AMOS tool for performing structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis to validate the mediating relationship of equity and justice on the relationship between performance appraisals satisfaction and employees' performance. The results indicated that achieving organizational fairness and equity in the workplace can be done by the implementation of performance appraisal satisfaction, which can lead to higher productivity in the workplace, whichin turn will enhance the organization's image among its competitors.

Recently, both scholars and marketers have asserted the importance of boundary spanning behaviors, such as external representation, being vocal advocates to outsiders of the organization's image, goods, and services, internal influence, taking individual initiative in communications to the firm and co-workers to improve service delivery by the organization, co-workers, and oneself, and service delivery, serving customers in a conscientious, responsive, flexible, and courteous manner. However, there is lack of study dealing with bourdary spanning behaviors bewteen organizational dyads, in which boundary spanning behaviors are expected to have important roles. The objectives of this paper is to investigate these important concerns with prior research by developing a theoretical model predicting how distinct buyer's boundary spanning behaviors occur. To be concrete, this paper develops a seller characteristics-based model of the attitudinal antecedents of three conceptually distinct forms of boundary spanning behaviors, and tests the hypothesized differential effects of seller characteristics on the three forms of boundary spanning behaviors, and investigates the extent to which these relationships are mediated by relationship satisfaction and organizational commitment. For the purpose of empirical testing, 420 respondents of leading automobile dealers, dining franchisees, industrial material retailers in Korea were surveyed and the analysis utilizing structural equation model indicated that communication quality, fairness, and marketing program dynamism had positive effects on buyer's boundary spanning behaviors via relationship satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, boundary spanning behaviors occurred more in contractural and corporate distribution channel than in conventional distribution channel.
Park Wudang formally registered Daesoon Jinrihoe in 1969. While it shares ideas and history with other Jeungsanist groups, this paper argues that its organizational profile is unique. The two major institutional structures, the bonbu (headquarters) and the bangmyeon (branch) have together created space for the rapid development of this Korean new religion. The bonbu is a centralized hierarchy, while the bangmyeon exhibits the strong loyalty and cohesiveness of the clan. Running throughout both structural forms is the lineage concept, which is conceived here as an articulating paradigm able to operate in different organizational forms. This finely-balanced institutional structure makes a major contribution to Daesoon Jinrihoe's ability to fulfill its religious mission. The first side of this balance is the headquarters, which includes the core organization based in Yeoju as well as some outside temples and training centers. All of these were established under the direction of the Lord of Principle, the Dojeon, Park Wudang. Park Wudang also fixed the Dao Constitution, the Doheon, which serves as a blueprint for governance. From the Central Council to the various institutions for propagation, guidance, and auditing, current management practices conform closely to Park Wudang's organization vision. The second aspect of Daesoon Jinrihoe's organization is the branch structure. The larger branches, such as Yeongwol and Geumreung, are complex organizations in their own rights. The paper concludes by characterizing the two major axes of headquarters and branch as organizational types. Using Robert Quinn and Kim Cameron's institutional typology, the paper concludes that the bonbu is a classic centralized hierarchy with its focus on efficiency. The bangmyeon, in contrast, with its high level of group identity and spirit, comes approximates the clan institutional structure.

This study investigates the nature and patterns of interrelation between the emerging information and communication technology(ICT) and the organization of corporate space, both theoretically and empirically. In this work, ICT is conceptualized not so much a space-adjusting technology as an organizational technology. ICT is considered as a governance technology which is related to coordination function within a firm. Therefore, it is supposed to have a great relevance to the spatial reorganization of functions within a firm. Both questionnaire and case study method are used to gather necessary data from Korean electronics manufactures. The results of this study can be summarized as follow. First, the spatial structure of a firm, which is operationalised as the number and type of spatially separated establishments, is turned out to have a great explanatory power to its adoption of computer networks. Computer networks in muli-locational companies are introduced to overcome the limits of its spatial structure, such as duplication of functions, such as duplication of functions, loss of time spent in proceeding a job between different functional units, and unresponsiveness to the change of market demand. Second, new spatial division of labor and function could be possible through a series of business process reengineering, not through the mere adoption of ICT. Case studies reveal that computer network could help a firm to realize new forms of spatial division of labor, especially in those functions which is mainly based on the flow of information. Such function as ICT management, sales logistics and after-sales service are major parts where a new operational unit has appeared with the help of ICT. From above results, it can be concluded that the interrelations between ICT and organizational space should be approached intimately integrated with the change of industrial structure and it's organizational implications.
This paper adopts a present basis of research on the Chinese characteristic culture of enterprise, phenomenon of learning, learning attitude and transferring of learning attitude, and forms a research model and hypothesis. There are three different types of Chinese enterprises basined on the research of Chinese intellectuals: legalistic organization, the ethic organization culture and seeking development organization culture, from which the legalistic organization culture has positive influence on the people level learning and structure level learning by the test of hypothesis. Ethnic organizational cultural has positive influence on the organization level; however, it never has any contributions to the people leanings. Seeking development organization culture benefits a lot to the people leanings, but it never has any positive influence on the organizational cultures.

A source of records is critical and highly valuable for records management. The compositions and functions of an administrative organization, which is the source of public records, are changing according to its frequent reorganizations. In particular, changes in local governments are frequent, and the possibility of change increases over time. The processing department is responsible for various records management tasks as the source and producer of records; however, its scope of qualifications is unclear. As such, this study aims to clarify these sources of records and suggest ways to improve their management. For the objective, this study selected D regional local government and analyzed the forms and frequency of its administrative organizational changes. In particular, the processing department's modified organizational functions and compositions due to reorganizations were also examined. Through the analysis, problems concerning records sources that could arise from changes in the administrative organization and processing department were identified, and improvement plans for records management were suggested.

There can be two definitions of modern ideal medical surroundings. One is medical services satisfied patients' with their desire and the other is places suited to remedy realized by rational operation. Particularly, in case of dental service, there is a need for an effective regard of moving lines and there are many rooms for a dental service belonged to a curer and not a curer. So a design has been developed by many concerns. flow do we proffer more familiar and comfortable places to both a curer and not a cuter. Nowadays, the design is making progress to the unprecedented and up-to-date direction. I would suggest a general plan used by a nature of an original art for this design. The design used by a nature between human beings and things is able to induce comforts and intimacies. So to speak, I would like to remove artificial design and keep up organic lines, shapes and forms of a nature like it is. This study grasps the organizational limitation of this design and the visual characteristic of organic forms used by harmonious image of a nature and a new way is applied to limited medical places, a dental service, based on the study. Also, I'm go to examine the meaning and worth of a new design and suggest the direction of it.
The purpose of this study is to identify and comprehensively explain the SCM-related factors involved in the realization of RTE, including the quality of information concerning SCM, the quality of SCM partnerships, and relationship controlling factors (planning control, behavioral control, and outcome control). This study systematizes the interactions among these factors into a form of a model, elucidating how these interactions affect and shape RTE characteristics. To validate the research model proposed in the study, filed survey was conducted with 79 staffs in Korean company using SCM. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows: First, the quality of information concerning SCM had significant effect on the quality of SCM partnerships, planning control, behavioral control, and outcome control. Not only does the quality of SCM information directly influence the quality of SCM partnerships, planning control, behavioral control, and outcome control; but it also indirect influence on forecasting, agility, and visibility of SCM though its influence on the different forms of relationship control. Second, the quality of SCM partnerships also had significant effect on planning control, behavioral control, and outcome control. In addition to directly influencing these forms of relationship control, the quality of SCM partnerships also indirectly influenced forecasting, agility, and visibility though its influence on relationship control. Third, planning control significantly influenced forecasting, agility and visibility. Fourth, behavioral control significantly influenced forecasting, but neither agility nor visibility. Fifth, outcome control had significant influence on forecasting, agility, and visibility.
