This article introduces definition and theoretical background of the managing records for ISO 9000 compliance, especially, quality record management and describes the method of establishing efficient system for the control of quality records in engineering corporation. To establish the best control system of quality records, the organization must not only understand ISO Code requirements for quality record completely but also identify the documents to be controlled as a quality records correctly. This will provide the guidance which need to establish the system for quality control to the organization which produces documents in accordance with ISO Code requirements.

The software group in Giant Magellan Telescope Organization (GMTO) is developing the GMT Software Development Kit (SDK) for the device control and the telescope operations. The SDK is dived into the modeling and the operation defining. In the modeling process, Domain Specific Language (DSL) can validate the availability of a model and generate a skeleton code automatically. After the modeling, the developer can simply define the device operation. All devices are connected via EtherCAT, and the SDK simplifies the network connection. This presentation will give an overview of the modeling process and development examples using the GMT SDK.

공인인증서는 본인 확인을 위한 중요한 수단으로 금융거래, 전자정부, 전자상거래 등 주요 경제활동에서 사용되고 있다. 그러나 공인인증서의 부정 발급 및 해킹 등으로 피해 사례가 증가하고 있으나, 사용자는 자신의 공인인증서가 언제, 어디서 사용되었는지 확인하기가 어려운 현실이다. 따라서 제안하는 시스템은 OCSP 서비스 과정에서 공인인증서를 이용하는 기관에 대한 기관코드를 사전에 부여하고, 이용기관에서 공인인증기관에 인증서 검증 요청 시 기관코드를 OCSP Request의 Extensions 부분에 삽입하여 메시지를 전송하며, OCSP 서버는 기관코드를 추출하여 요청기관을 확인하고 해당 결과를 데이터베이스의 이력관리 테이블에 기록하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 인증서 검증 서비스인 OCSP를 사용하여 사용자가 공인인증서 사용이력을 확인할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고 구현하여 금융사고 등을 방지하고 대처할 수 있도록 한다.

Consumers keep demanding for diversified high quality products, valuable services and safety. With this in mind, Distribution Industry is being updated rapidly to accomodate this demand. Meanwhile, Distribution Information Technology of agricultural products has been in slow progress with little in-depth studies. In this study, it has been analyzed the usage of Bar code which is the key element for agricultural Distribution Information Technology. The analysis was conducted through a survey utilizing questionnaire covering 5 Hypermarkets(Super-centers) including big 3 companies. Also, Japanese market trends have been studied to visit a Japan Government Organization concerned, GS1 Japan, an Agricultural Cooperative, an Agricultural Wholesale Market, and a Retail Company. If we could use KAN code for all agricultural products, we could collect and analyze the information of price and trade quantity of them. It opens a new era to understand the agricultural products supply and demand easily. This will certainly make a great contribution to the evolution of agricultural products distribution. From this research, it is suggested that collective efforts by suppliers, wholesalers, retailers and Government Officers are needed to make large scale mutual marketing Organizations, which specialize in sending out agricultural products. The Organization is recommended to standardize and pack every final agricultural products, to promote the use of KAN code.

PLCs are vital components of modern automation systems, which have penetrated into almost every industry. Many industries have a demand for facilitation of PLC programming. In this study, a programning system for sequential control is developed on a personal computer. This programming system consists of two main parts, a GRAFCET editor and a GRAFCET compiler. The GRAFCET editor enables us to model an actual sequential process by a GRAFCET diagram. This GRAFCET editor is developed by the menu-driven method based on specific menus and graphic symbols. The GRAFCET compiler consists of two parts, a GRAFCET parser and a code generator. The possible errors in a drawn GRAFCET diagram are first checked by the GRAFCET parser which generates finally an intermediate code from a verified CRAFCET diagram. Then the intermediate code is converted into a control code of an actual sequential controller by the code generator. To show the usefulness of this programming system, this system is applied to a pneumatically controlled handling robot. For this robot, a Z-80 microprocessor is used as the actual sequential controller.

Ethics involves distinguishing between what is right or wrong thereby making a correct choice. An organization should treat its internal as well as external stakeholders ethically. This research gives valuable insights on the prevailing ethical climate and potential organizational challenges in institutionalizing ethics and its management in the manufacturing sector. The present study is designed to analyze four parameters of ethical climate in the manufacturing sector with reference to different managerial levels, to identify the critical factor of the ethical code of conduct and to find correlations between four parameters of ethical climate. Descriptive research has been used and data are collected from 200 employees of three Indian companies of manufacturing sector using a well designed questionnaire. Analyzing data with SPSS, It has been found that overall good number of people believe that MBE (Management of Business Ethics) process is well implemented. People are well aware and trained and involved in the ethical process. Senior management is very much committed to promote the ethical environment in the organization and thus company values are well communicated to the employees. Concern resolution mechanism is well established in the organization. MBE in the organization is more prevalent in higher-level employees. Senior management commitment and reinforcement is very critical for CoC (code of conduct). Correlation between all the 4 parameters is positive and significant. But the parameters are not highly correlated with each other. Organizations need to work upon these parameters to promote an ethical climate in the organization by awarding or felicitating exemplary ethical behavior. More emphasis should be given on senior management commitment and reinforcement of the ethical behavior across all levels.

This paper describes the method of establishing efficient system for the control of quality records. In addition, when establishing the system, the organization must absolutely consider the fact that quality records shall be maintained to demonstrate conformance to specified requirements and the effective operation of the quality system. This will provide the guidance which need to establish the system for quality control to the organization which produces documents in accordance with ISO Code requirements.

A government or non-governmental organization give service to their customer. Each organization have different hierarch levels. Service satisfaction surveys have become an important tool for government planners, as important in the perceived quality of service lead to great delivery of public service. When a customer gives feedback at a bottom level of organization, it is so difficult reach to higher official in time. This paper argue that, Quick Response (QR) code open up the possibility of conducting public service satisfaction at lower cost and the way feedback is directly routed to the relevant party according to their hierarchical level and gate real time feedback using specific smart phone application.

In this work, linear and mass attenuation coefficients, effective atomic number and electron density, mean free paths, and half value layer and $10^{th}$ value layer values of barium-bismuth-borosilicate glasses were obtained for 662 keV, 1,173 keV, and 1,332 keV gamma ray energies using MCNP-4C code and XCOM program. Then obtained data were compared with available experimental data. The MCNP-4C code and XCOM program results were in good agreement with the experimental data. Barium-bismuth-borosilicate glasses have good gamma ray shielding properties from the shielding point of view.
