대학의 ERP 도입 특성과 성과에 관한 연구 (Characteristics and Performance of ERP Adoption in University Organization)

  • Characteristics of the motivation and performance of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) adoption in university organization are explored through case studies in this study. Generally, the modules for production, sales, and logistics management in a manufacturing company are substituted with new modules for student support, lecture operations, and research management in ERP for university organization. The motivation of ERP adoption is closely related to the purpose of improvement of business process operations and information system control rather than the environmental factors such as inter-organizational competition or increase of market uncertainty, differentially from enterprises cases. In addition, the financial performance such as cost reduction, labor substitution, and increase of productivity is relatively lower evaluated than the performance on organizational aspects or information system control.

  • This article introduces definition and theoretical background of the managing records for ISO 9000 compliance, especially, quality record management and describes the method of establishing efficient system for the control of quality records in engineering corporation. To establish the best control system of quality records, the organization must not only understand ISO Code requirements for quality record completely but also identify the documents to be controlled as a quality records correctly. This will provide the guidance which need to establish the system for quality control to the organization which produces documents in accordance with ISO Code requirements.

  • In this paper, we review the domestic reliability standards and its global counterparts IEC/TC 56 international reliability standards. Recently private transfers of reliability certification control tower has established in Korea. Some check points to consider regarding the control tower transfer process to the non-government organization are suggested. Also the IEC/TC 56 and its relevant reliability standards are introduced. Understanding of the IEC/TC56 system will be helpful for the time of non-government organization control tower transfer in the reliability certificate specification

  • This study attempts to understand the management of IS outsourcing by introducing the concept of inter-organizational control. To meet this purpose, this study develops integrative model of IS outsourcing management based on the existing literature from different management disciplines : MIS, Marketing, Organization, Strategic Management, and different perspectives : economic, social, organizational perspectives. In addition, several implications are presented, and future directions are suggested.

농촌여성조직의 발전수준 진단을 위한 탐색 연구;생활개선회를 중심으로 (A Preliminary Study on Measuring of Development Level of Rural Women's Association: Case of Rural Women Leaders Federation)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the developmental level of Rural Women Leaders Federation(RWLF) which is one of the major rural women`s association in Korea. The writers designed organization measurement tool based on the reviews on the related studies and gather data from 191 memberships of RWLF through the mail questionnaire and interviews. The major findings were as follows; First, the findings shows us this organization as transition period from identification stage to expanded growth stage in developmental stage of rural women's organizations. Second, this organization focus on share of members decision making and leadership style rather than organization`s vision, strategy or organization level. In other words, this organization focus on human relations aspect rather than internal aspect of organization system. Third, this organization has high level of social evaluation of the organization, even if it has low level of personal compensation or individua's social performance. In conclusion, as long-term view-point, it is needed to help them to promote their self-control of survival ability to improve organization's vision, strategy, differentiation for achieving organizational goals. And it also needed to prepare educational programs to increase Rural Women's leadership capability understanding of organizational characteristics and its operation abilities.

공무원의 학습조직 특성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 : 상사신뢰의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Learning Organization Level on Organizational Citizenship Behavior : Focus on the effect of Supervisor Trust)

  • This study is to discover and substantiate the casual relation between Learning Organization and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with Supervisor Trust used as moderating variable. Learning Organization and Organization Citizenship Behavior are used, respectively, as independent and dependent variable, Supervisor Trust as moderating variable. The data for this study was collected from 340 public officials who participated in the training program. Data collection tools were used to collect structured questionnaire questionnaires, and dissemination and retrieval of questionnaires were carried out over 6 weeks from February 6 to March 10, 2017. Of the questionnaire distributed, the questionnaire was finally recovered from the questionnaire, with a recall rate of 91.8 %, showing a very high rate of recall. The result showed that Learning Organization is a significant factor for Organization Citizenship Behavior and also that Supervisor Trust plays a role in the control of the relationship between Learning Organization and Organization Citizenship Behavior; thus, in order for Public Organizations to achieve advanced competitiveness, vitalizations of Learning Organization is important.

한국 한의사 조직에 대한 연구 (A Study of the Korean Oriental Medicine Doctors' Organization)

  • Almost all professions organize into their own occupational organizations, Through these organizations, professionals try to awaken to and pursue their own group interests. Moreover, the members of a profession endeavor to develop an occupational ideology through their organization. Based on this occupational ideology, these individuals try to expand the span of their control on the occupation's related areas. Finally, they work to build an organizational structure that can be easily reproduced so as to facilitate the creation of new branches of the organization in the future. Efforts toward strengthening the organization and securing its status have greatly affected the professionalization of Korean oriental medicine. In 1952, a Korean Oriental Medicine Doctors' organization was created, and since then it has developed rapidly. Since the 1970s, many colleges of Korean oriental medicine have opened and the number of Korean oriental medicine doctors has grown. Many branches of the initial Korean Oriental Medicine Doctors' organization have been established, and as a result, these organizations have developed in quantity as well as in quality.

Precepitation and purification of amylase enzyme produced by streptomyces aureofaciens 77

  • Precipitation and purification of amylase secreted by Streptomyces aureofaciens 77 in liquid inorganic salts-starch medium under the optimum conditions were carried out. Ammonium sulphate fractionation was used to precipitate amylase in cell free culture filtrate. (NH/sub 4/)/sub 2/ SO/sub 4/ at a concentration of 50-70% saturation gave the highest enzyme yield. The obtained precipitates were redissolved in phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) and subjected to dialysis. The dialyzed enzyme preparation was applied to DEAE-cellulose column chromatography which resulted in an increase of purification up to 59.48 fold. A further step of purification was done by applying the obtained purified sample to Sephadex-G200 column chromatography which resulted in ann increase of purification up to 73. 92 fold. The results clearly indicated that the isolated amylase from S. aureofaciens 77 was only on type.

문제 해결 전략에서 시각적 조직화와 협동학습의 효과 (The Effects of Visual Organization and Cooperative Learning in Problem-Solving Strategy)

  • 본 연구에서는 문제 해결 전략에서 시각적 조직화와 협동학습의 효과를 조사하였다. 고등학교에서 세학급 (N=127)을 선정하여 시각적 조직화를 이용한 문제 해결 전략을 개별적으로 사용하는 집단(SV), 협동학습 환경에서 사용하는 집단(SVC ), 그리고 통제집단으로 배치하였다. 수업 처치 후 객관식 문제 해결력, 전략 수행 능력, 화학 학습에 대한 불안, 수업참여도, 학습 동기를 조사하였다. 연구 결과 객관식 문제 해결력에서는 집단간 차이가 유의미하지 않았으나, 전략 수행 능력에서는 수업 처치의 주효과가 나타났다. SV 집단과 SVC 집단의 점수가 통제 집단보다 높았으며, 특히 하위 영역 중 문제 이해와 관련 법칙 회상에서 높은 점수를 보였다. 수업 참여도와 학습 동기 검사에서도 SV 집단과 SVC 집단의 점수가 통제 집단보다 유의미하게 높았다. 그러나 시각적 조직화를 이용한 문제 해결 전략이 학생들의 화학 학습에 대한 불안을 유의미하게 감소시키지는 못했다.

  • 최근 FTA체결 등 세계건설 시장의 개방으로 인한 국내외적인 주변 건설환경의 급속한 변화속에서 국제경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 건설업체의 품질향상을 위한 품질 및 조직관리가 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 그러므로 이에 대한 실태분석을 통하여 개선방안을 마련, 양질의 건축물을 소비자에게 제공함으로써 고객만족을 이룩할 수 있는 품질 및 조직관리 측면에서 연구가 필요하여 실시한 것이다. 품질관리를 위한 전담부서의 조직은 중소건설업체가 크게 미비함으로 인하여 전담부서가 절실히 필요한것으로 나타나 이를 개선하기 위하여 AHP분석을 통한 CEO 직속의 품질전담부서의 조직구조형태가 유지관리측면에서 비용절감효과 등 품질과 조직의 운영이 뛰어난 효과를 가져올 수 있는 것으로 분석되어, 중소건설업체에 품질전담부서를 조직하여 품질개선과 함께 경쟁력 우위를 점해야 할 것으로 사료되어 실시하였다.
