In the recent era of the fourth industrial revolution, many industries aim to maximize the efficiency of products and services by introducing cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data. In this situation, organizational culture is changing a lot due to the influx of the MZ generation with strong individualistic tendencies and the decreased face-to-face communication between members. However, active communication with colleagues is still essential to maximize performance, and the margins created by simplifying work processes and automating processes must be used for creating work performance. This requires cooperation and commitment through the job immersion of members who have an active attitude. This study analyzed how the organization's autonomous work environment and trust among members, which are creative work performance conditions, affect job immersion using raw data from the Occupational Safety and Health Research Institute. As a result, it was found that both the organization's autonomous working environment and trust among members significantly effected the members' job immersion. in order to achieve productivity and value improvement in companies, efforts are needed to increase workers' job immersion by building an autonomous working environment and trust among members. The results of this study are expected to contribute significantly to the search for ways to increase workers' job commitment to improve organizational productivity.

Early start-up companies have an inherent limitation of lack of resources. Despite these limitations, in order to survive, the entrepreneur's personal ability to efficiently use limited resources is required. In the marketing field, various studies are needed to reduce the business failure rate through establishing growth strategies and innovation. Accordingly, it is necessary to apply the concept of entrepreneurial marketing, which has been researched and developed overseas for 30 years, to fit the domestic reality. According to the flow of this study, an empirical study should be preceded to clarify the influence relationship between entrepreneurial marketing orientation, marketing competency, and management performance, along with a theoretical theorem on entrepreneurial marketing that is suitable for early start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) and can respond innovatively to changes. The establishment of entrepreneurial marketing orientation and the processes from which this concept leads to business performance through the organization's marketing capabilities and its effects will be empirically verified. For an empirical survey, a survey was conducted on founders of 220 companies, and path analysis using structural equations was used for hypothesis verification. The findings are as follows. First, it was found that the entrepreneurial marketing orientation had a positive effect on both the organization's marketing capabilities and management performance. Second, it was found that the organization's marketing capabilities also had a positive effect on management performance. Third, as a result of empirical analysis of the mediating effect of the organization's marketing capabilities on the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing orientation and management performance, it was found that marketing capabilities showed a greater mediating effect on non-financial performance than financial performance. On the other hand, it was confirmed that marketing performance had a stronger mediating effect on financial performance than non-financial performance. By confirming and presenting the concept and constituent factors of entrepreneurial marketing orientation of domestic start-ups, which were academic gaps for the purpose of this paper, the academic research is differentiated in that they were verified as six components of entrepreneurial marketing. The practical implications of the research results will be that the entrepreneurial marketing-oriented mindset of small and medium-sized companies will optimize market analysis capabilities, network with various stakeholders, and increase the organization's ability to demonstrate marketing capabilities.
This study is an empirical analysis of the characteristics of the organization and the performance of the company. The characteristics that make up the culture of a company's organization determine its success. Overcoming the company's closed cultural characteristics, entrepreneurial orientation, delegation, openness of organizational culture, and R&D capabilities have a positive impact on the company's performance. These characteristics of the company also play a positive role in embracing open innovation to generate innovative results. The characteristics of a company positively consider the acceptance and utilization of external resources. These variables proved that the nature of a company's organization is a factor in generating a company's performance. In this process, open innovation and the acceptance of external resources also proved to be a positive factor in generating corporate performance. The contents of this study provide an academic basis for the variables that build corporate organizational culture and provide a practical attitude to the role of leaders in managing corporate organizational culture. This study is focused on women's SMEs. n future research, the overall characteristics of the company will be considered. In addition, this study attempts to verify by applying various variables for generating performance of domestic SMEs by reflecting overcoming regional limitations.
Today's dynamic competitiveness requires an organization to improve its performance measurement and management. Quality Management Systems (QMS) abound, the main ones being: ISO series, Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award (MBNQA), European Forum for Quality Management (EFQM), Six Sigma Business Scorecard and the Balanced Scorecard. Based on the literature, the IPMMM (Integrated Performance Measurement and Management Model) identified 7 key synthesized factors: leadership, strategy management and policy, customer and market, learning and growth, partnership and resources, internal processes and business results that are employed to investigate the key performance indicators of a car assembler using the Delphi methodology. In the 2 rounds of Delphi panels consisting of 20 senior management personnel, the $1^{st}$ round of 198 indicators in the IPMMM yielded 90 indicators. The $2^{nd}$ round yielded 43 performance indicators with 18 rated as critical based on the % assigned in the $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ priority rating of "very important factor" and "key performance indicator" that must be ranked high on both of the priorities. The very critical indicators appeared to be: defect percentage and first time capability (tie in $1^{st}$ place) and revenue, goal setting, customer satisfaction index, on-time delivery, brand image, return on investment, Claim Occurrence Ratio, and debt being ranked from $3^{rd}$ to $10^{th}$. It can be surmised that an organization can identify and develop an appropriate set of performance indicators through the Delphi methodology and implement and manage them based on the Balanced Scorecard.

Second, The valuation and compensation factor affects the user's satisfaction of KMS in case of organization's flexibility, trust, degree of functional provision and user expertise. But it does not affect the user's satisfaction of KMS in case of suitability of knowledge, easiness of usage and perceived benefit.
