Cloud computing has become one of the most important technologies for reducing cost and increasing productivity by efficiently using IT resources in various companies. The cloud computing system has mainly been built for private enterprise, but public institutions, such as governments and national institutes, also plans to introduce the system in Korea. Various researches have pointed to security problems as a critical factor to impede the vitalization of cloud computing services, but they only focus on the security threats and their correspondents for addressing the problems. There are no studies that analyze major security issues with regard to introducing the cloud computing system. Accordingly, it is necessary to research the security factors in the cloud computing given to public institutions when adopting cloud computing. This research focuses on the priority of security solutions for the stepwise adoption of cloud computing services in enterprise environments. The cloud computing security area is classified into managerial, physical and technical area in the research, and then derives the detailed factors in each security area. The research derives the influence of security priorities in each area on the importance of security issues according to the identification of workers in private enterprise and public institutions. Ordered probit models are used to analyze the influences and marginal effects of awareness for security importance in each area on the scale of security priority. The results show workers in public institutions regard the technical security as the highest importance, while physical and managerial security are considered as the critical security factors in private enterprise. In addition, the results show workers in public institutions and private enterprise have remarkable differences of awareness for cloud computing security. This research compared the difference in recognition for the security priority in three areas between workers in private enterprise, which use cloud computing services, and workers in public institutions that have never used the services. It contributes to the establishment of strategies, with respect to security, by providing guidelines to enterprise or institutions that want to introduce cloud computing systems.

회귀모형의 대표적인 추정법인 최소제곱법은 오차항의 분포가 정규분포를 따르고 이상치가 없는 상황에서는 최적이지만, 자료가 회귀모형의 가정을 만족하지 않을 경우 또는 이상치를 포함하는 경우와 같이 자료가 오염된 상황에서는 왜곡된 추정 결과를 준다. 따라서 이상치에 민감한 최소제곱법의 단점을 보완하기 위해 다양한 로버스트 추정방법이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 MLE를 기반으로 제안된 M 추정량, 순서형 통계량을 기반으로 제안된 L 추정량, 잔차의 순위를 기반으로 제안된 R 추정량 계열에서 높은 붕괴점 또는 높은 효율을 갖는 대표적인 추정량들을 다양한 모의실험을 통해 비교 연구하였다. 추정량의 성능을 비교하는데 효율성 뿐만 아니라 편의, 분산을 포함한 분포를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 실제 데이터 적용에는 MM 추정량과 GR 추정량이 좋은 성능을 가진 것으로 보였다.

This research focuses on identifying and measuring key personality factors affecting the job performance of salesperson working in the machinery industry in Vietnam. A total number of 218 salesperson working in machinery industry were surveyed. After evaluating Cronbach's Alpha and using the regression analysis technique, the results show the impact level of personality trait factors affecting the job performance of salesperson working in machinery industry. Ordered from the highest to the lowest effects on job performance, these factors are: agreeableness, openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, and neuroticism. Five research hypotheses are accepted. Specifically, openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, and agreeableness have positive impacts on job performance of salesperson working in machinery industry in Vietnam. However, neuroticism has a negative impact on job performance of salesperson. This research results indicate the level of impact of personality traits on the sales staff performance in machinery industry. Many people apply to this profession as a career choice. Each occupation is suitable for certain personality trait, which changes very little during adulthood. Research also shows that each personality trait always has its strengths and weaknesses. The educational environment should create conditions for learners to develop their character in a natural way.

본 연구의 목적은 성별로 65세 이상 노인의 행복감에 영향을 미치는 여가 요인들이 무엇인지 분석한 다음, 이를 바탕으로 정책적 함의를 논의하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 한국문화관광교육원이 2016년도에 조사한 「2016년 국민여가활동조사」 자료에서 65세 이상 남성 노인 891명, 여성 노인 970명, 총 1,861명을 추출하여 분석대상으로 삼았다. 분석 방식은 순서형 로짓모형을 사용하여 회귀분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 4가지로 분류된 여가활동 유형 선택에서 남성 노인과 여성 노인이 상당한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 통제변수 중 가계소득, 거주 지역, 동호회 참여는 노인의 행복에 미치는 영향이 성별로 달랐고, 자원봉사활동은 노인의 행복에 미치는 영향이 성별로 차이가 없었다. 셋째, 여가활동 유형은 남성 노인과 여성 노인 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째, 여가비용이 남성 노인의 행복감에 아주 유의하게 정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 유의성이 높지는 않았지만, 여성 노인의 행복감에는 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 일보다는 여가에 집중하는 경우가 남성 노인과 여성 노인의 행복감 모두에 아주 유의하게 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 여가생활만족도는 남성 노인과 여성 노인의 행복감 모두에 아주 유의하게 정적인 영향을 미쳤다.
