건설 산업은 지속적인 품질관리 노력에도 불구하고 건설공사의 품질은 크게 향상되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 이유는 사용자의 요구품질수준은 높아지고 있으나 시방서의 품질수준은 환경변화를 수용하지 못하고 있으며, 품질향상노력 역시 시방기준 충족에 만족하고 있다. 이에 반해 해외 선진국들은 건설공사에 지불규정제도를 도입하여 성능기준에 따라 대가를 지급함으로써 유지보수에 대한 추가 비용을 절감하고 시공기술 향상에 큰 효과를 얻고 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라도 건설 산업의 품질향상과 건설기술개발을 유도할 수 있는 지불규정제도의 도입이 필요하지만 성능품질검사에 따른 대가 조정의 법적 논리가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 국내 법규체계에 맞는 지불규정제도를 도입하기 위해서 성능품질검사 결과에 따른 공사비를 조정할 수 있는 법적 논리방안을 개발하였다.

It is necessary to quantitatively asses the influence of tidal currents to analysis the coastal current patterns before or after constructing offshore structures like as breakwaters. This assesment can be made through the use of simulation models designed to reproduce the water movements of the area. And it is very important to predict a phenomenon of pollutant dispersion in the area. In this study, in order to predict the changes of sea water quality for the port development plan, Ilgwang harbour, located at the east coast of Pusan, the numerical computations were carried out. The flow patterns were investigated before and after the development of the harbour bay and coastal area connected on it. The computational models are an extension of earlier work on the flow which used the ADI Method (Alternating Direction Implicit Method) in appling to Osaka Bay by KANEKO et al. The transport of pollutant constituents depends upon the currental characteristics of the water-transporting medium. In the currental flow model, water velocities and water levels are computed throughout the regions of it. These value are then used in the mass-balance equation to obtain the pollutant-constituent transport. As a result of this research, the present water quality of Ilgwang harbour and the coastal areas connected on it was proved out some good condition. The changes of sea water quality due to the port development plan of the Ilgwang habour bay and the coastal area were not large compared with the present condition, but it will be likely able to get worse by increasing the semi-enclosed areas in the harbour bay. In order to improve the water quality of the area after development, the method to activate tidal exchange in the area can be needed, as a mitigation technique.

이 연구의 목적은 노인의료복지시설 종사자들의 근무환경과 관리자 신뢰, 그리고 서비스 질과의 구조적 관계를 분석하기 위하여 연구 모델을 설정하고 이를 규명하는데 있다. 그 결과 첫째, 노인의료복지시설 종사자들의 근무환경과 서비스 질 간에 유의한 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의료복지시설 종사자들의 근무환경과 관리자 신뢰는 유의한 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 노인의료복지시설의 목표 달성과 서비스 질 향상을 위해서는 구성원들의 근무환경 조성과 신뢰관계 형성이 선행적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. 아울러 노인의료복지시설 종사자들의 역량 함양과 질 높은 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 관리자들은 구성원들의 개인 특성을 이해하고, 역할에 따른 임무를 부여하기 위하여 정확한 업무 분장과 인사관리가 필요 할 것이다.

본 연구는 중년여성의 성공적 노화와 SOC 전략이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 전국의 40~65세의 중년여성으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN/PC 24.0통계프로그램을 이용해 서술적 통계, Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 중년여성의 성공적인 노화, SOC 대체전략과 삶의 질은 정적인 상관관계가 있었으며, 삶의 질에 미치는 요인으로 성공적 노화(β=.41, p<.001), SCO 대처전략(β=.17, p=.047) 순으로 통계적 유의성이 확인되었다. 두 변수에 의한 설명력은 24.7%였다. 따라서 중년여성의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해서는 성공적 노화와 SCO 대처전략을 증진시키는 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하다.

본 논문에서는, K대학의 교양 프로그래밍 강좌에서 실시한 교수법, 학습 성취도, 교수자 역할 만족도 설문을 기반으로 교수자의 역할이 수업의 질적 개선에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하며 교수자의 역할 분석을 통해 학생들의 학습 성취도에 대한 만족도와의 관계에 대하여 연구한다. 비전공자를 대상으로 하는 프로그래밍 교과목에서 교수자의 역할과 학습 성취도를 분석하여 수업의 질적 개선을 도모하고자 한다. 대학 교육의 질적 개선을 위해 대학에서는 교수자들의 교수 역량 강화를 위한 다양한 프로그램을 제공한다. 궁극적으로 수업의 질적 개선을 위해 교수자들은 학생들의 수업 참여도를 증진시키고 학생들의 질의에 성실한 대응을 하며 학생들의 수업 중 발생 하는 여러 상황 및 학습을 조력할 수 있는 피드백을 제공함으로써 수업의 만족도 및 성취도를 향상 시키도록 노력해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 K대학의 교양 프로그래밍 강좌에서 실시한 교수법, 학습 성취도, 교수자 역할 만족도 설문을 기반으로 교수자의 역할이 수업의 질적 개선에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하며 교수자의 역할 분석을 통해 학생들의 학습 성취도에 대한만족도와의 관계를 검중한다.

세계 각국의 항공우주산업체는 SAE AS9100 품질경영시스템을 구축하고, 제3자에 의한 인증을 획득하여 제품 생산에 적용하고 있다. 그렇지만, 항공기에 대한 제작증명, 부품등제작자증명, 기술표준품 형식승인을 받기 위해서는 AS9100과 유사한 감항당국의 품질시스템 평가기준에 따라 법적인 평가를 다시 받아야 한다. 이러한 일부의 중복성을 배제하고, 산업 발전과 환경 변화에 대응할 수 있도록 생산승인 품질시스템 평가기준을 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 국제항공우주품질그룹(IAQG)의 SAE AS9100 품질경영시스템, 미국 연방항공청(FAA)의 생산승인 품질시스템, 우리나라의 항공기 인증시스템 평가 프로그램(ACSEP) 요구조건을 비교 분석하고, 감항당국의 평가기준을 개선하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

There is a growing awareness that physical barriers affect the level of independence of people with disabilities. Many researchers insist that barrier free design could influence independence living and quality of life of the disabled. The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of accessible design features of house and public facilities on quality of life of disabled people. A total of 189 questionnaires from the disabled who visited public welfare facilities was analyzed. In order to find out what variables among accessible features in housing and public spaces impact quality of life, multiple regression analysis was carried using SPSS 14. The results showed that accessible designs significantly influence quality of life of the disable. The main reason in which the disabled have difficulties when they move outside is a lack of accessible amenities and facilities. Particularly in house design, accessible main entrance route and accessible main entrance door, and removal of floor level significantly affects quality of life of the disabled. For public spaces, accessible main entrance and installation of ramp or removal of floor levels of main entrance and corridor increase quality of life people with disabilities. This paper suggested that the improvement in housing and public space, in which regulation or bylaws do not specify, should be made to increase accessibility for life quality of the disabled.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the factors influencing the quality of life of patients with hemophilia and to provide the data for health promoting intervention in order to improve their quality of life. Method: The subjects of this study were involved 186 male patients with hemophilia by convenience sampling. These results were analyzed statistically by frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression. Results: There were significant differences in the quality of life according to the frequency of bleeding. Quality of life showed negative relationships and health problems, bleeding, limitation of joint motion, and depression with stepwise Multiple Regression analysis for quality of life revealed that the most powerful predictor was depression. Depression, health problem, and limitation of joint motion accounted for 64.6% of the variance in the quality of life of patients with hemophilia. Conclusion: Therefore it is necessary to develop nursing interventions with these variables to increase the quality of life for patients with hemophilia.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impacts of family strengths perceived by children and self-esteem on friendship quality. The subjects of this study were 747 students in the 5th and 6th grade who are from 10 elementary schools in Incheon and Gyeonggi Province. The results are as follows: First, positive factor of the friendship quality had significant difference depending upon gender of child. That is, female have higher friendship quality than male. Also, general self-esteem, social-peer self-esteem and positive factor of friendship quality had significant difference depending upon father's educational level. Second, gender of child, self-esteem, family strengths what kind of effect should have gone mad to friendship quality, it examined. The variable of social-peer self-esteem is the most influence positive factor in friendship. The variable of school academic self-esteem is the most influence conflict in friendship. Most important factors that affected competition in friendship were family values. And most important factors that affected satisfaction in friendship were general self-esteem. In conclusion, variables effecting friendship quality include gender of child, self-esteem and family strengths. Therefore, family strengths and self-esteem are very important in order to improve the positive friendship quality of children.

The purposes of this study were to Investigate the relationships between knitwear purchase motive and female consumer satisfaction, and to reveal how knitwear purchase motives and demographic variables influence the consumer satisfaction. The subjects were 263 female college students and working women residing in metropolitan area of Seoul. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$-reliability coefficient, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Five dimensions of knitwear purchase motive were derived by factor analysis; expressive, others' influence/deficiency, quality/social, situation, and utility motive. Consumer satisfactions were classified into 3 dimensions; appearance, practicality, and quality satisfaction. The expressive motive had significant positive relationships with the satisfaction of appearance and quality satisfaction. The quality/social motive had positive relationships with the satisfaction of appearance, practicality, and quality. Utility motive had positive relationships with the satisfaction of appearance and practicality. Working women had higher situation motive and quality/social motive than the female college students had. The higher the age was, the higher the score on situation motive and quality/social motive were. The higher the social class was, the higher the score on expressive motive was. The higher the income was, the higher the score on appearance, practicality, and quality satisfaction were. The consumer satisfaction of knitwear was influenced most by the quality/social motive and next by the expressive motive, the income, and the utility motive in order.
