In this age of highly competitive world of business, the demand of management consulting is increasing for companies seeking to achieve and maintain competitive advantages over their competitors. Along with its continuously growing market trend, therefore, the quality of management consulting needs to be measured in order to improve customer satisfaction. In this paper, we developed measurement items of the service quality in management consulting using the dimensions of the SERVQUAL model, analyzed the validity of the dimensions, and examined the differences among the effects of those dimensions on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

This report was aimed to examine the status of raw silk quality and to come up with means of the good quality silk production by use of the statistical quality control method. The results obtained are as follow ： 1) The raw silk quality of size 20/22 denier was found to be 2A grade during the last five years. 2) In order to level up the silk grade, the better quality control is required especially in the average evenness and cleanness. 3) It was found that winding brakes and elongation of silk threads have been versed gradually through the period. 4) Larger variation was observed in cleanness control chart, but low evenness have stayed with in the desirable control range.

Due to the opening of Incheon International Airport Terminal 2, the operation range of ground operators is expanding and the workload is increased, which may cause a deterioration of the operation quality. Airline and airport corporations are concerned about safety delays as well as delays in flight due to delays in operations. Air traffic demand at Incheon International Airport is expected to increase steadily in the future. Therefore, this study intends to derive quality improvement plan by investigating the perception of stakeholders about the status of fishing service in order to improve service quality of Incheon airport ground handling company. The results of the analysis are expected to be used as basic data for improving quality of service.

This paper proposes a hybrid image coding in order to improve the coding performance by combining the BTC with the DPCM. And utilizing the human perceptual characteristics, a new objective image quality evaluation method has been proposed to obtain an excellent result in good agreement with the subjective quality evaluation. A hyb-1 method consisting of the DPCM and the AMBTC has retained a good picture quality at the bit rate of 1.5 bits/pel. A hyb-3 method combining the EBTC-3 with the DPCM has scarcely degraded the picture quality compared with the original image at the bit rate of 2.1 bits/pel. A newly proposed mehtod of picture quality evaluation accumulating a blocky noise at the edge block and an impulsive noise at the flat block selectively has been coincident with the subjective evaluation of quality.

We will can do quality of measurement of service that thing is quite abstract concept. Generally, we speak Service of quality that property of a product, usability of use, social quality requirement to a quality of service by wide meaning. A purpose of this study was comparison regarding a way to measure of service quality, and in the insufficient section there was anything, and progress of model study of service left no matter how much focus to it. There is comparative study a few progress of literature of a PZB, SERVQUAL, SERVPERF, model. Desarbo, Huff, Rolandelli, & Choi, (1994: 125-131) proposed that to solve the above model contradiction point, and Presentation called a plan based on to Conjoint analysis. There is Critical point to decide on priority order of proposed model of service measurement. This study has a lot of the pieces which are short by absence of empirical study, but will make a supplementation in next term study.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting quality of life among grandparents raising their grandchildren. Methods: This study carried out a secondary analysis of data from the 2014 Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging (KLoSA) and Statistics Korea. Data collected from 224 grandparents who reported raising their grandchildren were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient, and multilevel regression analysis. Results: The mean score of the participants' quality of life was 62.63. Significant predictors of quality of life of the grandparents included subjective health status, last year's total house income, number of last year's travels, frequency of last year's movie seeing, and number of children's parks per 100,000 population. Conclusion: These results suggest that public health nurses in improving quality of life of grandparents focus on children's parks and formal social supports as community factors as well as regular exercise as an individual factor in order to be more effective.

This paper presents a vision based autonomous inspection system for welding quality control of a RV sinking seat. In order to overcome the precision error that arises from a visible inspection by an operator in the manufacturing process of a RV sinking seat, the machine vision based welding quality control system is proposed. It consists of the CMOS camera and the NI vision system. The geometry of the welding bead, which is the welding quality criteria, is measured by using the captured image with a median filter applied on it. The image processing software for the system was developed using the NI LabVIEW software. The proposed welding quality inspection system for RV sinking seat was verified using experimentation.

A comprehensive understanding of functions and performances enables a selection of appropriate alternatives to the existing design and can prevent defective design. A performance-based design quality management can ensure successful project completion. This study proposes a new model for design quality management in order to prevent defective design and to minimize design change. The new quality management model defines the requirement about function and performance based on technical characteristic, and assesses suitability for design alternatives. This study attempts to propose a quality matrix assessment method that can compare the alternative design and requirements defined with the new quality management model. This method can judge conformity and suitability of design quality in accordance with the requirements configured.

Sound quality is becoming a major concern in optical disc drives (ODD). In order to improve the sound quality of slim type ODDs, we changed lead screw pitch and firmware algorithm in the seek mode. To evaluate the sound quality, the PCM (Paired Comparison Method) was adopted and the result was compared with the time-averaged loudness spectrum. Sound signals were also recorded and modified by increasing or decreasing selected frequency bands to verify their sensitivities to the sound quality. As a result of jury test, preferred frequency bands are associated with the time-averaged loudness spectrum.
