Statistical Analysis of Meteorological Factors with the Leaf Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco II. The Proportion of the Respective Grades of the Thick Leaf and Meteorological Factors (황색종 잎담배 품질과 기상요인과의 관계분석 II. 추엽 등급별 수량분포와 기상요인)

  • In flue-cured tobacco, the relationships between the quality of tobacco leaves (productivity according to quality grade) and specific meteorological factors were noted showing different significances according to different seasons during the growing period of the tobacco plants. The thick leaf high quality was significantly correlated with average temperature in late April, late May, early July and late July. The degree of contribution was greatest in middle May and lowest in late May. In the highest and lowest temperatures, the relations to leaf quality had similar tendency like in the average temperature; the thick leaf low quality showed opposite tendency relative to the high quality in the degrees of correlations and contributions. Amount of precipitation was significantly correlated with the thick leaf high quality in late April, early May, middle May, late June and late July. The degree of positive contribution was shown in order of late April, middle July and early July, and that of negative one was in order of middle June, early June and late June, respectively. Duration of sunshine period was highly associated with thick leaf high quality of tobacco leaves in all of the growing season except for middle April and middle July.   • Purpose: This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site for high quality human resource, and to test relationship among web service quality, image, user satisfaction, relationship quality, and loyalty intention. Methods: A survey tool was questionnaire that had obtained validity and reliability through literature survey and pretest survey, and sample 214 was analyzed through SEM using SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0. Results: Web design and information offer affect Image and user satisfaction. Also, relationship quality turned out to be an important mediator between image and loyalty intention and between customer satisfaction and loyalty intention. Conclusion: This study shows that two factors in via of relationship quality, were important factors that related companies have to emphasize to raise performance, Also, in order to raise loyalty intention of customer, marketer should exert to well manage relationship quality having significance as a mediator.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of quality property of hospital information system, the quality level, and its effects. The participants were 730 employees who are using hospital information system in hospitals. In order to analyze the relationship, the quality property regulates the consideration of user's taste and the state of user's favor for the design of hospital information system, and the quality level regulates user's convenience and properness. The main results from this study can be summarized as follows, First, the perception of quality property for hospital information system showed few significance level between occupation, but revealed significance level between position. The evaluation of quality level showed significance level depending on the occupation and position. Second, quality property which generally affects to the quality level of the hospital information system were different between types of occupation and quality factor.

  • In order to reduce the possible quality problems in the construction stage. This research will develop a quality management support tool based on Mobile BIM. In order to develop the tools of this study, the procedures of domestic quality management work were analyzed, and 12 functions were derived to solve the existing problems, and the process of mapping checklists by work type and BIM model objects was performed. Finally, through the questionnaire survey on the usefulness of the tool in the actual field, the possibility of props in actual supervision business is verified.

  • Major industries in Gyeongnam area include robot and automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding, and aviation. According to the research, the mechanical part of the products has been advanced, but awareness over the improvement of quality of the software still lacks. The quality performance test presently conducted by the companies in Gyeongnam is mostly the manual performance test performed by the program manager. In order to systematize this and extend the range of using software testing tools, the current study intends to suggest the necessity for conducting a survey on demand to improve performance and securing testing tools such as measured data analysis. Accordingly, this study is going to investigate 33 companies in Gyeongnam related with software in each of the major business areas centering around the actual field and examine activities related to software quality. And after figuring out the current status of retaining testing tools, the study will suggest the ways to enhance recognition over software quality and propose ultimate solutions to solve the problems on the current stage by finding out how to share information as much as possible in order to lay the foundation for extending the range of activity for the sake of software quality.

A Study on the Shelf-life Prediction of the Single Base Propellants Using Accelerated Aging Test (가속노화시험을 이용한 단기추진제의 저장수명예측에 관한 연구)

  • The danger of self-ignition of single base propellants will increase with time. Therefore, a good prediction of the safe storage time is very important. In order to determine the remaining shelf-life of the propellants, the content of stabilizer is determined. The propellants stored under normal storage conditions about 10 to 18 years were investigated and accelerated aging test was carried out by storing propellant sample at higher temperature. Finally, we analyzed the results by various methods in order to show the best way to predict the realistic shelf-life. The safe storage life of the propellants will be 24 years, at least 15 years. In case of applying Arrhenius's law, using the reaction rate constant at 28$^{\circ}C$ to 30$^{\circ}C$ to predict the shelf-life by accelerated aging test is reasonable for a good prediction.

Factors Affecting User's Repurchase Intention towards Chinese Internet Shopping Malls

  • More and more researchers and practitioners in the field of e-commerce are paying attentions to the retention of online customers. However, only a few researches can be addressed in the context of internet shopping mall repurchase intention. This study aims at investigating and delineating the important characteristic factors which affect consumers' repurchase intentions by conducting an empirical analysis. In order to fulfill this purpose effectively, a comprehensive review of previous studies regarding information system success model was performed in order to render a stronger theoretical foundation for our study. Finally, based on the DeLone and McLean (2003) IS success model, information quality, system quality, service quality, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention were employed as five constructs in the research model and hypotheses on mutual relationships between these constructs were established accordingly. Structural equation modeling was employed to analyze the data collected from 204 internet shopping mall consumers in China. Our theoretical model exhibited a good fit with the observed data. The empirical results showed particularly strong support for the effects of information quality, service quality and user satisfaction. The findings of this research contributed to the extension of repurchase intention study in the context of Internet shopping malls. Our research also offered implications for practitioners in regards to devising internet shopping malls so as to increase consumers' repurchase intention to use these services.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze whether service quality and perceived risk have an effect on purchase intention and satisfaction of the fashion merchandise in internet shopping malls. To this end, a survey was conducted from June 20 to July 30 in 2005, among married women aged in their 20s and 30s, on their purchase experience of fashion merchandise from internet shopping malls. The survey was conducted over the internet with 306 subjects. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. First, the service quality factors were determined to be reliability, responsibility, ease of transaction, order convenience, and site characteristics. Perceived risk factors were determined to be merchandise risk, information exposure risk, social psychological risk, and function risk. Second, service quality factors of responsibility, ease of transaction, order convenience, site characteristics and perceived risk factor of social psychological risk had an effect on internet purchase intention of the fashion merchandise. Greater site use convenience, lower price, simpler ordering, and lower social psychological risk were all positively correlated with higher internet purchase intention of fashion merchandise. Third, nice quality factors and social psychological risk had an effect on satisfaction degree in internet shopping.

Development of Measurement Scale for Dental Laboratories Service Quality (치과기공소 서비스 품질 평가 척도 개발에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to develop assessment measures for the quality of service for dental labs. Methods: In order to construct the measure of service quality assessment for dental labs, relevant modifications were extracted around theoretical studies, and the survey was conducted on dental technician workers through internet survey. final scale questions were extracted through exploratory factor analysis and confirmed factor analysis of measurement variables, the demographic characteristics of the subjects and the perceptual difference of dental labs were analyzed for the extracted variables. Results: The final five variants of the interactive factor analysis that include the ability to change employee growth, reliability, responsiveness, materiality, interoperability, confirmatory factor analysis excludes variations in employee growth wages, welfare benefits, by changing its name to network capabilities, the quality of service factors for the final dental labs consisted of five variations: network competence, reliability, responsiveness, materiality and interoperability. Conclusion : The service quality of the dental labs showed that the reliability of the product related to the dental materials and the product production responsiveness related to the production order, the Materiality of the materials and equipment of the dental labs, the Interoperability responsiveness related to dental orders, And the importance of network capability to form a mutual network.
