A Shared Services center (SSC) is created by removing common administrative functions from operational divisions within an organization, and centralizing the functions in a separate centre. SSC helps supporting organizations to focus on core activities and to achieve cost reduction as well as service quality enhancement. In contrast to many leading global companies which has been adopted SSCs from early 90's. A Company's HR SSC which has opened this year is the first genuine SSC practice in Korea. Centering on the case of A Company' s HR SSC implementation, we discussed on some practical implications for companies which has future plan to introduce a shared service center.

According as the population has been having an advanced age, several problems which is due to the physical, spiritual, social and chronic diseases of the aged are occurred. And the necessity of domiciliary care or regional social facilities has come to offer a protection, care and medical services to them. Therefore, this study aims to represent the architectural data of a day-care center through comparative analysis with a foreign one, recognizing the necessity of the day-care center as a part of domiciliary care facilities As the method of this study, the concept and type of day-care services were founded with the operational realities. And the spatial composition of the present condition was investigated and analyzed.

This paper describes the global vibro-acoustic troubleshooting approach, used to identify and separate different sources of noise and vibrations on a boilerfeed pump testrig. The pump serves for rotor dynamic research of a EC-funded BRITE-Euram profect. This approach resulted in the identification of local structural flexibilities in the connections between the machinery and the base plate. The relative importance of the modes during normal operation is revealed by comparison with operational deformation shapes. The use of sound intensity mapping allowed to calculate the total sound power and to rank the equipment according to its sound power contribution. High acoustic levels were found and related to the fluid drive and to the piping system. Modification of the piping section resulted in a reduction of noise and vibration levels along the test loop and smooth operation in a wide suction pressure range.

The city of 'G' has been made a number of achievements with its science program as a part of public library's cultural program during the last 5 years. Recently, the national science centre has been established in the same city, the debate is now needed whether the science program in the public library have reasons to be maintained or to be reduced. The aim of this research is on the operating strategies of the science program in the public library. The research methods include case studies of operational strategies in domestic and foreign science centre, the level of satisfaction of local citizen on the science program, the vision of science program in the advancement of public library in the $21^{st}$ century. In results, the research proposes that the science program in public library should be maintained, but with locally characterised programs. In addition, the study also advised on the provision of scientific information, the strengthened search functions, and the development of user-centred services for those in science fields.

Currently Spatial Data is collected and processed in various methods, and its usability is very high. However, the existing Spatial Data analysis Software usually requires professional knowledge in the collection, refinement, and application of spatial Date, making it difficult to access and apply it. Therefore, this study established a new WebGIS platform with improved accessibility and usability to solve these problems. This platform supports various services such as master map sharing, spatial data generation, automatic coordinate system conversion, WMS issuance, grid generation, and grid analysis. These services increase operational convenience, such as simplifying repetitive tasks and automatically expressing text files. While it is believed that non-experts can easily and conveniently because of them to simplify and express the results. In addition, it is judged to have high accuracy and reliability compared to the analysis results using the existing Open Source-based GIS software.

최근 공공 및 국가 기관 등의 조직에서 다양한 정보보호 제품을 설치, 운영함으로써 안전한 시스템을 구축하고 있다. 이러한 제품의 보안성 평가를 위해 공통평가기준을 요구하고 있지만 비용과 시간적 측면에서 문제가 발생함에 따라 기업의 제품 출시 시기 및 개발 투자에 대한 어려움이 증가되고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 국내 평가 서비스와 해외의 평가 서비스 제도를 비교 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 비용과 시간적 측면의 효율성을 제공하는 간소화된 정보보호제품 평가 방안을 제안한다.

Digital transformation(DT) is about reinventing the enterprise, completely changing its vision, strategy, organizational structure, processes, capabilities, and culture. Therefore, companies preparing or embarking on DT must be able to identify their current status and assess their level for successful DT. In this study, we developed indicators to diagnose and evaluate the current level of a company for successful DT. The current level was actually evaluated by using the evaluation indicators developed for the financial industry (insurance, securities, etc.), an industry where DT is currently being successfully introduced. The most important aspect of this study is that it provides metrics to evaluate the adoption an progress of digital transformation when reinvention a company, rather than a partial view.

The development of Airside Vehicle Control System(AVCS) at Gimpo Airport aims to reduce ground safety accidents in movement area and improve airport operation efficiency and safety management service quality. The vehicle is controlled by a brake controller RTK-antenna and On-Board Diagonostics(OBD) module. Location data is transmitted to a nearby communication base station through a Wi-Fi router and the base station is connected to the AVCS by an optical cable to transmit location data from each vehicle. The vehicle position is precisely corrected to display information using the system. The system allows airport operators to view registered information on aircraft and vehicles and monitor their locations speeds and directions in real time. When a vehicle approaches a dangerous area alarm warnings and remote brake control are possible to prevent accidents caused by carelessness of the driver in advance.

최근 공개되어진 네트워크 인프라를 활용한 서비스 집약 솔루션인 Cloud Computing에 대한 공격은 개발 플랫폼과 웹 기반 제공 소프트웨어, 자원 서비스 등을 무력화시키는 침해 사고와 서비스 장애를 발생시키고 있다. 따라서 불법적인 서비스 차단에 대한 공격으로부터 Cloud Computing 시스템이 지원하는 3가지 서비스 (3S' : laaS, PaaS, SaaS)의 운영정보와 생성된 자료에 대한 보안연구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 Cloud Computing 서비스에 대한 공격과 방어 실험을 단계별 4-Stage 기반의 방어기법으로 최적의 서비스가 가능한 시스템 구축에 관한 연구이다. 최초 네트워크에 대한 접근을 관제하고 가상화 서비스 제어와 지원 서비스 분류, 다중화 경로 선정 등의 순차적이며, 단계적인 4-Stage 접근 제어를 실시하는 방어정책으로 공격을 분산시키고 각 Stage별 접근 제어를 위한 모니터링과 분석을 통해 방어정책 구현과 분석을 시행함으로써 공격 유형별 방어를 실험하고 연구 결과는 Cloud Computing 서비스 기반의 방어정책 구현을 위한 실무적인 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

정보통신 기술이 발전함에 따라 기업의 IT 의존도가 높아지고 효율적인 IT 거버넌스에 대한 기업들의 관심도 증폭되고 있다. 또한 IT 부문의 운영비 절감 및 업무 효율성 극대화를 위해 매니지드 서비스를 도입하는 기업들도 증가하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 매니지드 서비스와 기업의 IT 서비스 효율성 혹은 IT 거버넌스 등과의 상관관계에 대한 학문적 또는 실증적 연구는 극히 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 IT-BSC (Balanced Scorecard) 성과지표 모델을 기반으로 매니지드 서비스가 기업의 IT 거버넌스에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 전문가 FGI(Focus Group Interview)와 설문 등을 통해 분석된 연구결과는 매니지드 서비스가 IT 거버넌스 효율성을 제고할 수 있는데 특히, 기업의 사용자 지향성과 운영 우수성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 비즈니스 프로세스 표준화를 통해 매니지드 서비스를 도입하면 IT 거버넌스 효율성과를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 매니지드 서비스를 도입하고자 하는 기업들의 의사결정 시 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
