This study covers the basic information of the small libraries nationwide, holding materials, facilities/equipment, human resources, budget, usage/users, and service etc. The survey is divided into 4 steps to produce accurate statistical data and analyze it. As a result, total 3,349 small libraries meet the criteria of the Library Act in 2010. Their holding materials, facilities/equipment, human resources, budget, usage, service program are lack of providing the knowledge information and reading culture service, which is defined in the Library Act. In particular, the majority of small libraries(80%) are in poor condition to operate library facilities/equipment, budget, and their operation. This study proposes some suggestions to overcome the poor condition and to make small libraries prosperous in the near future.

Today, there has been a decrease in international shipping because of the weakening in global economies. Therefore, shipowners are thinking more about Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO), which can perform functions related to the transporting, storage, and tracking of crude oil from oil wells. Given the huge expense of these special ships, shipowners require workers who can solve problems quickly and secure sustainable production functions in this age of globalization. Furthermore, it is important to design, construct, and maintain facilities so that a ship remains in operation over a long term. This paper discusses a system that uses knowledge-based AR to help workers improve their understanding and deal with pipeline equipment problems safely. In addition, it displays a 3CAD model and status information for products to improve their recognition on the FPSO that they intend to inspect. At the same time, the system works quickly and offers solutions for dangerous circumstances or malfunctions. It thus helps to maintain the functionality of the FPSO throughout its life-cycle.

The aim of this study was to analyze effects of a blended learning program based on case study approach and to suggest implications in appropriately evaluating blended learning in practices for corporate education and training. In order to achieve the goal, issues such as the ones related to blended learning including development and status quo of blended learning programs in the field of corporate education and training and operation models for the blended learning were reviewed. Then, the outcomes of a blended learning program were completely analyzed through systems approach. The methodology of the study was a mixed research method which was comprised of quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results of quantitative analysis showed that blended learning itself seemed to have significant effects on the leadership capability in general assessment and self assessment. The most viable effects of blended learning in leadership training are said to be actual change of actions and activities in leadership capability of the participants followed by changes in their job tasks contributing to improving the managerial performance of the company, good transfer to current job tasks, and implementation of the practice plans.

In recent years, major security data such as research data and confidential documents have been leaked to the outside due to the carelessness of the companies and research institutes performing IT related services such as information technology projects and research and development of financial institutions, companies and public institutions is. Leakage cases are caused by leakage of personal information due to lack of security management of information system maintenance companies, such as unauthorized leakage or storage of related materials in outsourcing service process. In this paper, we analyzed the types and management status of service business through the environmental survey of corporate informatization business and analyzed the problems in development and maintenance using external service companies. Furthermore, in this paper, we provide an information system service that focuses on the business activities based on the items considered, and at the same time, it provides the informatization service for companies that can prevent infiltration of viruses and hacking from the outside. This paper presents a methodology for enhancing security for the system construction.

This study explores the application aspect of The detailed rules of Census (1896) through the change of Kan numbers in Gyeonpyeong-bang. Although Gyeonpyeong-bang was a high-priority area because of its location, it was difficult to trace the operation of the urban situation due to lack of data. This study is focusing on restoring space and society in the Gyeonpyeong-bang using the information on the type of houses and the number of Kan listed in the family register of Hanseong-bu. The detailed rules of Census sets out provisions for the family registry and the rules of making Tong. Especially when it comes to the rules of making Tong, this rule deals with the code of making ten Hos into one Tong. This study was conducted by dividing the status of the Tong into three types: uncompleted Tong, exceeded Tong without vacant Ho number, and exceeded Tong with the vacant Ho number. Since these three types of Tong are in the process of change towards the complete Tong with 10 Hos, they were thought to be able to demonstrate the specific application of the rules. This study will be meaningful as a case study that expands the point of existing research on the Tong making rules, which was not focused relatively on restoring urban conditions at that time, by looking at the changes in exceptions that deviated from the Sipgajaktong rule.

The representative concept of the future war is NCW. The main point of NCW is that it is connected by networ ks and gathers the battlefield status in real time, managing and controlling it. This is most needed in the navy. Operations of the navy are carried out in wide areas, individually or together. During this process, sharing information between each warship should be essential. Furthermore in the case of the American navy, they see the entire world as the operation area so it is a representative example of NCW. The C4I system of the Korean army is separated a ccording to the difference of each army's tactics and weapon system, being developed and managed differently. The refore there is a problem of interoperability lacking in each system. This paper analyzes the developed C4I system of the American navy to analyze the problems of C4I system of the Korean army, and propose the future direction of its development.

The targets for the traditional IT management solutions has been mostly systems (server) and networks. Such that management system for system and network, SMS and NMS respectively, used be the IT management solutions. Now the speed of hardware improvement is faster than ever, the performance improvement scope is shifting from hardware towards software. Therefore, it is not arguable that the business success depends on the efficient and optimized application performance management. There are many different approaches are developed in the application performance management, but in this study, API-based logging system that most efficiently visualizes the correlation of call and response between Components and enables active performance management for monitoring real-time applications operation status and resolving the problems and failures quickly.

u-City is next generation city which can innovate functions of city. It can realize increase of convenience, improvement of life quality and safety guarantee by convergence of information technologies and ubiquitous service with urban space. Market of u-City is in range of rapid growth and u-City can make enormous synergy effects by accompanying construction technologies with spatial information, sensor technologies, communications network and related equipments. In this study, we analyzed the domestic/abroad status, researches and element technologies involved in u-City. And, we suggested overseas expansion strategy of u-City such as selection and analysis of target nations, packaging method of u-City service models and application of BIM/GIS connection technologies in terms of u-City construction and operation.

Public library is established on impartial accessibility of any distinction as their sex, age, financial status, etc. The function of public library is not only to accumulate materials and offer information but also minimize gulf between the rich and the poor by knowledge possession, which is realized by important means to intercept exclusive possession and power in knowledge pose-industrial society. As it is judged that most public library is established to individual building with thousands of cost, it is judged of obstacles to Increase library buildings. The purpose of this study is try to find the way to Increase In number of public library In Seoul by interaction local education-cultural facilities. The result from this study, the user rate of public library is influenced by number of buildings and accessibility of traffic and public library can improve efficiency by substantial operation by basic function for all age group. The target population of Seoul public library sizes by decuple of advanced countries because of difficulty of accessibility, so it needs to make it small scale and also can offer self-regulation learning, materials and life-long learning programs because generally public library's utilization purpose is different by age. As school in Seoul amounts to 25 times of public library by about 1,200 buildings and can function of lifelong education center with a school library, cultural center and other composition buildings, so school facilities may use as a public library for local residents.

This study examines the status of websites operation among libraries affiliated to the Korean Medical Library Association, compares and analyzes website menu organization and information service contents of 29 medical libraries that currently run websites. The followings are results of this study. 1) the main menu of medical library websites is arranged with 'Search for Library Materials, Electronic Resources, Library Service, My Library, Library Guide, and the Bulletin Board.' 2) 15 services were selected as the main information service provided from the medical library website. 3) the information service that was provided from the most institutions was 'Document Copy/ Interlibrary Loan,' followed by 'Loan Reservation/Renewal, Request Library Purchase Book, Off-campus Access, User Education, Reference Resources, Q&A Board, Our Library Pubmed, and Dissertation Submission' in this order.
