유연생산시스템의 기계와 AGV의 동적 작업배정규칙 비교연구 (A Comparative Study of Dynamic Dispatching Rule for Machine and AGV of Flexible Manufacturing System)

  • We suggest and evaluate a dynamic scheduling rule of machines and material handling systems for on-line operation in job shop type Flexible Manufacturing System. Alternating status should be able to take operation scheduling procedures and without delay in dynamic industrial environments effectively. The interaction(SPT-NS, SPT-QSNS, SPT-NUJ, EDD-NS, EDD-QSNS, EDD-NUJ, CR-NS, CR-QSNS, CR-NUJ) between machine operation scheduling and AGV dispatching rule were also studied in this research. The performance evaluation which was obtained from DSS compares the performance of Flow time, and Empty to loaded travel ratio. It is Compared with the best rules & two system.

  • This paper discusses a strategy and status for development and operation of durability mock-up test facilities for offshore structures. The strategy is examplified and facilitated using an offshore transmission tower crossing the West sea and the Shihwha lake, which was designed and constructed 345kV T/L lines transmitting power from Yeong-Heung fossil power plant to Seoul metropolitan area. Various data for corrosion protection, aging, life-prediction of concrete and steel offshore structures can be obtained using the proposed mock-up test facility. Acquired data will be used for further research on durability, life-prediction, and retrofit of structures. It is important to maintain the safety of 345 kV Yeong-Heung transmission line crossing the Shihwha lake because the offshore structure is one of the critical electric facilities transmitting large power to the metropolitan area. Operation of the offshore transmission tower mock-up is expected to make a significant contribution to stable power supply.

  • The Mission environment of UGV(Unmanned Ground Vehicle) has a complexity and variety, and the status of system and sensor is dependent on the environment factors such as operation time, the weather and road type. It is necessary for UGV to cope adaptively with the various mission types, operation modes and operation environment as human operators do. To satisfy this necessity, we present an autonomy manager based on the autonomous architecture. In this paper, we design a path planning software architecture and LPP manager by using open autonomous architecture which is previously designed by ADD. Field test is conducted with UGV in order to verify the performance of LPP Manager based on the Autonomous Architecture with scenarios.

  • In railway signalling system, there are several kinds of signal system such as signals, signs, marker. The signals allows train to go or not, the signs permit to communicate between railway men, and the marks indicate status of railway lines. In KNR, the application of the signal systems are defined in railway operational regulations, operational related regulation, Operation safety critical system manipulation manual, and so on. In this paper, we extracted regulations for signalling system operation from related regulations, reviewed compatibility and contradiction for signalling system operations. We tried to check logical integrity of informal signalling operation regulation using formal method.

Cooperation Schemes of the LTC and SC for Distribution Volt/Var Compensation

  • In this paper, the on-line volt/var control algorithms of the Load Tap Changer (LTC) transformer and Shunt Capacitor (SC) are proposed for distribution volt/var compensation. In the existing volt/var control of the distribution substation, the feeder voltage and reactive power demand of the distribution are mainly controlled by the LTC transformer tap position and on/off operation of the Sc. It is very difficult to maintain volt/var at the distribution networks within the satisfactory levels due to the discrete operation characteristics of the LTC and SC. In addition, there is the limitation of the LTC and SC operation times, which affects their functional lifetimes. The proposed volt/var control algorithm determines an optimal tap position of the LTC and on/off status of the SC at a distribution substation with multiple connected feeders. The mathematical equations of the proposed method are introduced. A simple case study is performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

집진장치용 지능형 솔레노이드 밸브 제어기의 개발 (Development of Intelligent Solenoid Valve Controller for Dust Collecting System)

  • In this study, an intelligent solenoid valve controller has been developed for efficient maintaining of filters in a dust collecting system. This controller has automatic controllability of solenoid valves' ON/OFF time depending on the clogging status of filters, and then it can extend the filters' lifetimes, decrease the power consumption, and make effective operation of the system possible. This controllability has been executed by the fuzzy theory that utilizes the workers' experimental knowledges, the control expert's knowledges and the differential pressures between the inlets and outlets measured by the sensors. The system's operation is under the continuous surveillance by using a current transformer, which warns the operators and lets them take necessary actions in case of abnormal operation.

노인장기요양보험 급여 주야간보호사업소의 운영현황 (Current Management Status of 'Day and Night Care Facilities' for Long-Term Care Insurance Benefit)

  • 본 연구는 노인장기요양보험제도 도입 이후 주야간보호사업소 운영현황을 파악하고 가동률 관련 요인을 탐색하고자 하였다. 전국 주야간보호사업소에 2010년 7월 14일에서 7월 28일까지 설문지를 우편 발송하여 설문에 성실히 응답한 277개소의 조사지를 분석하였다(응답률 24.5%). 사업소의 운영주체는 법인이 219개소(79.1%), 개인이 48개소(17.8%), 국공립 등이 10개소(3.6%)이었으며, 평균 가동률은 국공립 등은 79.08%, 법인은 72.49%인 반면, 개인운영 사업소는 57.58%로 낮았다. 사업소 운영주체별로 전체 인력 수에는 차이가 없었으나, 국공립 사업소는 간호사 수가 1.07명인데 비해 개인 사업소는 0.08명으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 법인 및 국공립사업소가 개인사업소보다 프로그램 실시율이 높았고, 신체활동, 음악활동, 물리치료, 레크레이션, 작업치료 등에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구결과에 기초할 때, 개인운영 사업소와 2008년 이후에 설립된 사업소에 대해 대상자 평가 및 모니터링, 프로그램 실시에 대한 교육훈련 및 서비스 질 관리를 강화할 필요성이 제기된다. 또한, 주야간보호서비스 이용자의 가족에 대한 실효성 있는 지원을 강화하여 주야간보호서비스에 대한 수요를 확대해야 할 것이다.

국내 체험환경교육 프로그램의 운영 현황 및 개선 방안 연구 (Site-Based Environmental Education in the Republic of Korea : Current Status and Needs)

  • This article describes the current status of site-based environmental education (EE) in the Republic of Korea. Implications for site-based EE program development and operation are presented and recommendations for an improvement are provided. Questionnaires were mailed to 205 schools and organizations where site-based EE programs operated in 2002 with funding from the Korean Ministry of Environment. The questionnaire was designed and used to examine the scope, operation, and needs of site-based EE programs. The response rate was 27.3%. The results of the survey indicated that 'awareness', 'participation', and 'attitude' were addressed by the program goals and objectives more than 'knowledge' and 'skills'. The survey also indicated that activities in the programs were not variable and most were teacher/instructor-centered. Most of the programs reflected the 'connection with everyday life, direct experience and sensitivity'. There were some difficulties in motivating students and finding a good location and qualified instructional staff. Needs included well-designed program development and dissemination, professional development, increased funding support, and more effective program evaluation.

  • This paper proposes the allocation method for capacitor-reactor banks in a distribution system with dispersed generators to reduce the installation costs, the maintenance costs and minimize the loss of electrical energy. The expected lifetime and maintenance period of devices with moving parts depends on the total number of operations, which affects the replacement and maintenance period for aging equipment under a limited budget. In this paper, the expected device lifetimes and the maintenance period are included in the formulation, and the optimal operation status of the devices is determined using a genetic algorithm. The optimal numbers and locations for capacitor-reactor banks are determined based on the optimal operation status. Simulation results in a 69-bus distribution system with the dispersed generator show that the proposed technique performs better than conventional methods.
