This paper describes a corner matching technique for automatic relative orientation. Automatically matched corner points from stereo aerial images are used to a data set and help to improve automation of relative orientation process. A general corner matching process of overall image to image has very heavy operation and repetitive computation, so very time-consuming. But aerial stereo images are approximately seventy percent overlapped and little rotated. Based this hypothesis, we designed a sectional corner matching technique calculating correlation section by section between stereo images. Although the overlap information is not accurate, if we know it approximately, the matching process can be lighter. Since the size of aerial image is very large, corner extraction process is performed hierarchically by creating image pyramid, and corners extracted are refined at the higher level image. Extracted corners at the final step are matched section by section. Matched corners are filtered using positional information and their relation and distribution. Filtering process is applied over several steps because the thing affecting to get good result-good relative orientation parameter- is not the number of matched corner points but the accuracy of them. Filtered data is filtered one more during the process calculating relative orientation parameters. When the process is finished, we can get the well matched corner points and the refined Von-Gruber areas besides relative orientation parameters. This sectional corner matching technique is efficient by decreasing unnecessarily repetitive operations and contributes to improve automation for relative orientation.

Shear-induced damage of Red Blood Cell (RBC) is an imminent problem to be solved for the practical application of artificial organs in extra corporeal circulation, as it often happens and affects physiological homeostasis of a patient. To design and operate artificial organs in a safe mode, many investigations have been set up to correlate shear and shear-induced cell damage. Most studies were focused on hemolysis i.e. the extreme case, however, it is important as well to obtain a clear understanding of pre-hemolytic mechanical damage. In this study, the change in deformability of RBC was measured by ektacytometry to investigate the damage of RBC caused by shear. To a small magnitude of pre-shear, there is little difference, but to a large magnitude of pre-shear, cell damage occurs and the effect of shear becomes significant depending on both the magnitude and imposed time of shearing. The threshold stress for cell damage was found to be approximately 30 Pa, which is much less than the threshold of mechanical hemolysis but is large enough to occur in vitro as in the extra corporeal circulation during open-heart surgery or artificial heart. In conclusion, it was found and suggested that the decrease of deformability can be used as an early indication of cell damage, in contrast to measuring plasma hemoglobin. As cell damage always occurs during flow in artificial organs, the results as well as the approach adopted here will be helpful in the design and operation of artificial organs.
Today the design is recognized as indispensible part in business activities and it is demanded as one of the management strategies. since the ultimate goal of a hotel lines in the pursuit of profit, it is important that the design of a hotel faithfuly reflects the demands of management at the time of its construction planning. Furthermore, hotel planning undergoes a complicated design phases on a large scale, thus, utilization of a design process that accomodates retional approaches scientific and structural design activities, which will further reduce errors in design steps and pave a way for effective attainment of the target. Especially the management and designers review and confirm the design in relation to the strategic manegiable objective sat the early basic stage. The baseline set here will serve as a direction for the detailed design. In this context, this thesis formulates a reference baseline in dividing the space in view of the overall profitability and is based upon a survey conducted on the correlation between the operation of food and beverage section and the space. First, downtown hotels now take on the role of a public facility to a great extent and the number of Koreans who visit the autxiliary facilities of hotel increases. Second, recently revenue from a food and beverage section is in downtown and the trend is especially obrious at western restaurant, buffet and bar. This necessitates the reevaluation of the business space allocation. Third, sales promotion plan includes diversification, dessection and scaling down of the food and beverage section areas, Fourth, a proper number of seats must be determined in regard to the average area of one seat shown in the survey. Fifth, dense seat arrangement would entail a curtailment rather than a hike in revenue. Sixth, the installation of private dining room is on the rise and in particular, in Japanese and Chinese restaurants. Seventh, business space with declined revenue tends to induce the integration of similar businesses.
Microbial community shifts, associated with performance data, were investigated in an anaerobic batch digester treating high-solid food waste under mesophilic conditions using, a combination of molecular techniques and chemical analysis methods. The batch process was successfully operated with an organic removal efficiency of 44.5% associated with a biogas yield of 0.82 L/g $VS_{removal}$. Microbial community structures were examined by denaturing gel gradient electrophoresis. Clostridium and Symbiobacterium organisms were suggested to be mainly responsible for the organic matter catabolism in hydrolysis and acidogenesis reactions. The dynamics of archaeal and methanogenic populations were monitored using real-time PCR targeting 16S rRNA genes. Methanosarcina was the predominant methanogen, suggesting that the methanogenesis took place mainly via an aceticlastic pathway. Hydrogenotrophic methanogens were also supported in high-solid anaerobic digestion of food waste through syntrophism with syntrophic bacterium. Microbial community shifts showed good agreement with the performance parameters in anaerobic digestion, implying the possibility of diagnosing a high-solid anaerobic digestion process by monitoring microbial community shifts. On the other hand, the batch results could be relevant to the start-up period of a continuous system and could also provide useful information to set up a continuous operation.
Seven male Himalayan tahrs were strongly assumed to have accidently fed on foreign bodies in 2007. At the time, zoo caretakers witnessed missing fence padding, such as carpet, plastic awning, and ropes. The incident occurred the morning after the items had been set up to protect indigenous, wild long-tailed gorals from self injury caused by head butting the steel fence. Adult male Himalayan tahrs were obviously suspected of mostly eating the paddings mainly composed of carpet, thin and long plastic awning, and ropes. Even though they had not shown digestive problems, surgery was determined necessary in order to remove any indigestible foreign bodies. Left flank rumenotomy was conducted on seven male Himalayan tahrs from April to May, 2011. After anesthesia with xylazine, rumenotomy was performed on a concrete floor, with legs and head secured by ropes. No access to water and hay prior to operation for two days was needed to make the surgical procedure done quickly. Two sheets of small hand towels protecting against inflow of ruminal contents were beneficial during surgery. Antibiotics were administered intramuscularly for seven days. No abscesses at the surgical site were found after surgery. Like domestic ruminants, wild ruminants also ingest metalic or non-metalic, indigestible foreign bodies by accident. Therefore, simplified rumenotomy must be developed to apply to those wild animals to lengthen their longevity and to advance the quality of life in captivity. This case report is the first showing how to perform rumenotomy of Himalayan tahr, a wild ruminant, in Korea.
This paper addresses a new method for constructing surface representation of 3D structures from a sequence of tomographic cross-sectional images, Firstly, we propose cell-boundary representation by transforming the cuberille space into cell space. A cell-boundary representation consists of a set of boundary cells with their 1-voxel configurations, and can compactly describe binary volumetric data. Secondly, to produce external surface from the cell-boundary representation, we define 19 modeling primitives (MP) including volumetric, planar and linear groups. Surface polygons are created from those modeling primitives using a simple table look-up operation. Comparing with previous method such as Marching Cube or PVP algorithm, our method is robust and does not make any crack in resulting surface model. Hardware implementation is expected to be easy because our algorithm is simple(scan-line), efficient and guarantees data locality in computation time.

As the paper industry consumes much water in process and discharge wastewater containing suspended solid and COD(chemical oxygen demand), relevant law against this discharge has been set up to limit the total containment of COD in discharge. This study has been carried out to improve the treatment method for the soluble COD in wastewater produced during the process of paste-board production, which is made of semichemical pulp and waste paper. Applicated methods are, O$_2$AS : O$_2$ activated sludge process DAS : Deep well activated sludge process SAS : standard activated sludge process and proper combination of DAS and SAS 1) As a result of this experiment, we get the following conclusion between in COD sludge loading "X" and COD removable rate in the process of treating waste-water. COD removable rate(%)=(0.778+0.0146/X)${\times}$100(%)……(7) 2) In case that the COD sludge loading is high, it has been cleared out that the COD removable rate shall become low due to unknown unsoluble substances contained in the process. Meanwhile, to increase the efficiency rate of treatment, it is thought to be necessary, to provide long-time contacts with activated sludge. 3) Once the COD of original waste-water and the target COD of treated water are decided, COD sludge loading is obtained from equation(7), and capacity of aeration tank in the effective systems such as O$_2$AS, DAS, to bet the required COD removable rate can be decided. Therefore the choice among SAS, O$_2$AS, DAS methods is made in consideration of required COD removable rate and allowable installation area. 4) In the sedimentation tank with sludge bulking, it is possible to increase the COD removable rate by 3~7% but still there exist many obstacles to manage this operation.
The case which it contracts with the dynamic result measurement system when actual outsourcing evaluation measurement is composed and then one result standard between the service supplier and the user is set, which owns jointly the expense which is reduced from that or the benefit which is created from that is increasing In the conclusion, for outsourcing management strategy of domestic foodservice industry in order to succeed, first it is accurate and examined that for what and how outsourcing should be introduced and as a result, what kind of result can be raised from that result\ulcorner Food service industry should be outsourced if you want to make more many investment in better humane resources, food & beverage-goods-security and education to provide eating-out service out of various business in food industry. When considering the actuality of the domestic foodservice industry that time it is appropriate, it sees. The foreign-brand goods which is introduced in the country are being executing in the 1ink of part management strategy. One of the most influential factor of domestic foodservice industry's management pressure is overspent management expenses, Does the namely expenses preparation effect reach which degree\ulcorner what kind of method can most decrease these expenses\ulcorner Doing grows the success and failure of the Korean foodservice industry controls result with the fact that it will operate with a big variable sees. The background which the domestic foodservice industry should introduce inevitably the outsiurcing system is to develop continuously nation foodservice industry in the way of cost curtailment of food-material, a labor cost curtailment with efficient application and synergic effect like specialty manpower utilization. The kindred competitive enterprises gradually concentrate management resource to the point ability from the present point of view which is increasing and a strategy position they secure, to prepare a competitive power, what sees it is important national industry must prepare a new paradigm. It is important to measure the result based on sales accomplishment in operation system dimension, and it is more important to appropriately apply regard of the evaluation measurement
In this study, how to instruct the computational estimation of addition and subtraction was considered from the perspective of a 'intended-written-implemented' multi-dimensional curriculum. To this end, the 2015 revised elementary school mathematics curriculum as a intended curriculum and the 2015 revised first~sixth grade textbook as a written curriculum were analyzed with respect to how to instruct the computational estimation of addition and subtraction. As an implemented curriculum, a research study was conducted in relation to the method of instructing teachers about the computational estimation of addition and subtraction. As a result, first, it is necessary to discuss how to develop the ability to estimate and set it as a teaching goal and achievement standard in a separate curriculum to instruct it with learning content. Second, it is necessary to provide an opportunity to learn about various estimation methods by presenting specific activities so that students can learn the estimation itself in a separate operation method. Third, in order to improve the computational estimating ability of addition and subtraction, contents related to the computational estimation need to be included in the achievement criteria, and discussions on the expansion of the areas, and the diversification of the instructing time will be needed.
Waste office paper, photocopied or laser printed, has recently increased along with office automatization. In waste office paper, toner ink is used as the printing medium in place of conventional oil ink. Since toner ink cannot be saponificated by alkali and be decolored by bleaching, different from the case of oil ink, toner remains on regenerated paper as black specks. Although cascade recycling of waste office paper is compelled at present, the demand for low-grade paper is limited. From such circumstances, a new separation process for waste office paper is demanded to achieve parallel recycling. At the first stage of separation studies, the sharpness of separation is evaluated using small separators to obtain fundamental data. In a lab-scale separator, the sample amount of one feed is generally a few grams. However, the sample amount used for brightness, ERIC, and image analysis that are generally used to evaluate the efficiency of deinking are not small for lab-scale tests of these analyses. This paper describes an investigation of a sheet preparation method by a small amount of sample under 0.5g and compares the precision of toner content determination of spectroscopic analysis and image analysis from the viewpoint of separation evaluation. The easiness and convenience of the operation using only general-purpose equipments has also been set as a principle purpose. From the viewpoint of an analysis that yields high precision with a small amount of sample in short time, the method calculating the absorption coefficient from diffuse reflectance in the visible region is the most rational method in this study.
