  • Nowadays liquid manure can no longer be regarded as a waste product, but as a compound fertilizer, which should be used as efficiently as possible, especially on the farm. Additionally, there is the intensified public discussion about environmental issues. With respect to the ecological effects of the proper application of liquid manure, administrative regulations in the form of guidelines, decrees and ordinances have been established in region. It is questionable though, if such quantifying restrictions bring a reduction of ground water pollution, or if not through these measures new problems will be created, i. e. be temporarily postponed. Moreover, in this Study, possible Operation and technical Improvement are presented.

  • A decision support system, Daily Irrigation Network Operation Simulation model (DINOPS) was developed that can adequately describe the physical behavior of an irrigation system. The model is to depict the physical features of complex water allocation schemes of the irrigation system and to simulate the response of the system to different irrigation schemes. The model was validated on the Banweol irrigation district by comparing the simulated canal discharges and paddy water levels with the field data. The operation of the DINOPS model was demonstrated on the irrigation district where several irrigation management practices were evaluated with computing irrigation efficiencies and rainfall effectiveness respectively. The model sensitivity with respect to heights of bund and block diversion rates were analyzed and discussed.

  • The formulated mechanization packages for grain maize production have performed to the expected limit generating encouraging information. Besides physical feasibility , management factors viz ; production operation sequence, operations scheduling and machinery matching with respect to environment can still limit system suitability. A new production operation sequence was introduced to overcome weed problems and limitations of available working days. Proper operations scheduling will improve the initial soil-crop environment for better seedling establishment, and reduce the (). been identified as key factors to reduce capital investment and cost of proudction .

  • This paper presents a framework for determining control strategies against unwanted tripping actions of relay operation that plays a very important role in cascading events leading to voltage collapse. The framework includes an algorithm for quick identification of possible zone 3 relay operation during voltage instability. The proposed approach comes up with control strategy of load shedding at the selected location with active power and relay margin criteria. In addition, Quasi Steady-State (QSS) simulation is employed to obtain time-related information which is valuable for both the timing and amount of control. The methodology is demonstrated through the modified New England 39-bus system.

  • By a near ${\lambda}$-lattice is meant an upper ${\lambda}$-semilattice where is defined a parti binary operation $x{\Lambda}y$ with respect to the induced order whenever $x$, $y$ has a common lower bound. Alternatively, a near ${\lambda}$-lattice can be described as an algebra with one ternary operation satisfying nine simple conditions. Hence, the class of near ${\lambda}$-lattices is a quasivariety. A ${\lambda}$-semilattice $\mathcal{A}=(A;{\vee})$ is said to have sectional (antitone) involutions if for each $a{\in}A$ there exists an (antitone) involution on [$a$, 1], where 1 is the greatest element of $\mathcal{A}$. If this antitone involution is a complementation, $\mathcal{A}$ is called an ortho ${\lambda}$-semilattice. We characterize these near ${\lambda}$-lattices by certain identities.

  • E-Commerce constitutes an important part of all commercial activities. Online Alternative Dispute Resolution(Online ADR) or Online Dispute Resolution(ODR) is a new method of dispute, resolution which, is provided online. Most Online ADR services are alternatives to litigation. In this respect, they are the online transposition of the methods developed in the ADR movement such as negotiation, mediation and arbitration. But there are also online courts which are really normal courts in which the contesting parties communicate essentially online. This paper deals with the current operation of Online ADR and the ways to, activate it. They include (1) die establishment of legal stability regarding Online ADR, (2) the enhancement of system security in providing Online ADR services, (3) the introduction of Online ADR service platform for providing the various services through single window on a national, or global basis, and (4) the introduction of Online ADR online monitoring system for systematic dispute resolution services.

  • Chomsky (2001) and Kitahara's (2002) suggestion that object shift occurs prior to movement of the νP-subject to SPEC-T is not on the right track with respect to the Merge operation. According to the Merge operation, TP is necessarily created earlier than CP. Chomsky (2001) suggests that the probe-goal relation between T and SUBJ is evaluated in the CP after it is known whether the position of as has become a trace losing its phonological content. However, the FocP is not a phase (CP). So, Chomsky (2001) and Kitahara's (2002) suggestion is not correct in the case of the movement of OBJ to the spec of Foc in English, either. The aim of this paper is to show that the νP-subject must move to SPEC- T prior to the consecutive movement of the wh-object to SPEC-C via object shift in English. This derivation obeys Chomsky's (2001) so-called probe-goal matching condition.

  • In this paper, a mathematical engine model based on the actual engine operation is formulated to be adapted for the evalution and development of engine control system. In the model the classification of fuel paticle siza is considered. The model is simulated through the mathematical interpretation of intake manifold in the rapidly-accerated state. The spark-timing is analyzed with respect to engine r.p.m. The result shows that the model behaves similar performance to the actual engine operation and the spark-timing is very important to the characterization of engine r.p.m..

  • To reduce two preprocess operations to one in the surface grinding operation the laminated grinding wheel was introduced and its availability has already been investigated in the cylindrical grinding process. Thus in this study the experiment was carried out to attempt to prove that the laminated grinding wheel can be used in the surface grinding process with respect to the roughness and grinding force.

  • This paper deals with the characteristic analysis of the flux damper with respect to the load, and the stability of Ag/Bi-2223 tapes in a high-Tc superconducting (HTS) synchronous motor. To find out the magnetic field distribution in a detailed model of the actual motor, the experimentally measured currents of the armature and the field windings are used as input parameters. The simulation results show that the flux damper shields the time varying field up to 10%, reduces armature reactance during the motor operation and during load changes, improving the stable motor operation. And it was observed that the flux damper generates loss by means of leakage flux, but this is not significant and it doesn't degrade the performance of the TS synchronous motor.
