이 연구는 외국의 공공도서관에서 '도서관의 친구'가 어떻게 시작(설립) ,되었고 어떻게 발전해 왔는지를 살펴보고, 이를 통해서 우리나라 공공도서관에 '도서관의 친구' 모임을 만드는데 필요한 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 외국 공공도서관에서 '도서관의 친구' 모임은 지역주민들에 의해서 처음 조직되었다. 우리나라의 경우 공공도서관의 자원봉사자 모임을 활용하여 '도서관의 친구' 모임을 만들 수 있겠다. 공공도서관에서 '도서관의 친구'모임을 만들어 활용하는 데는 사서와 도서관협회가'도서관의 친구'에 대한 중요성 및 필요성을 인식하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다.

Failure code system must include data of maintenance history, classification of failure, affective range and situation when failure occur. But the present failure code system have used a simple code system for classification to include only merchandise and tools. Advantageously, expansional standard code system that will be developed, it make that users can take steps of standardized overhaul and inspection as proposal maintain contents when failure occur or something wrong in vehicle of urban transit. Standardized failure codes must be developed and used that manufacturing companies and urban transit operating companies in order to give effect to maintenance works.

Knowledge plays a more important role in promoting entrepreneurship in the current information-led society than it did during the age of industrialization. Many recent studies found that entrepreneurship stimulates and generates innovation and economic growth. In response to the issues of long-term low growth, the Japanese government implemented several policies to encourage universities initiate entrepreneurial activities. This paper examines Japanese policies since 2014 that support universities in providing various programs for developing global entrepreneurs. Thirteen academic institutes were beneficiaries of three-year funding since the fiscal year of 2014. Each university designed its own educational programs according to their own contexts, built various forms of innovation ecosystems with domestic as well as international partner organizations, and offered entrepreneurship training courses or innovation workshops for companies to sustain its programs through broadening their funding bases. Due to the interdisciplinary nature and short history in operating the programs so far, it is difficult to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs. However, each participating university accumulated knowledge and experience while carrying out their various programs, suggesting important new directions for policymakers and education program designers in facilitating entrepreneurship and innovation.

A general approach to the dynamic time-history analysis of the reactor core is presented in this paper as a part of the fuel assembly qualification program. Several detailed core models are set up to reflect the placement of the fuel assemblies within the core shroud. Peak horizontal responses are obtained for each model for the motions induced form earthquake. The dynamic responses such as fuel assembly deflected shapes and spacer grid impact loads are carefully investigated. Also, the sensitivity responses are obtained for the earthquake motions and the fuel assembly non-linear response characteristics are discussed.

As the IT service environment grows, it is critical in terms of IT service quality to minimize the occurrence of failures due to changes in applications and to diagnose and recover in a short period of time how failure will affect the business. Thus, the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) has been building and operating ITSMs to implement IT service management in a leading manner. Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) is divided into events, obstacles, changes, versions and setup management to ensure flexibility and stability in service delivery. It is also operated separately from service level, availability, capacity, financial and IT service continuity management to ensure service quality and cost efficiency. Based on ITSM military service history, this study looks at the impact of quality of service on value, satisfaction, and trust. The results of the analysis are highly valuable for future ITSM implementation and operation.

Check valves playa vital role in the operation and protection of nuclear power plants. Check valves failure in nuclear power plants often lead to a plant transient or trip. An overview of the failure history of check valves needs to identify key area where resources can be best applied to further improve their reliability, and provide cost effective means for failure reduction. The analysis of historical failure data gives information on the populations of various types of check valves, the systems they are installed in, failure modes, effects, methods of detection, and the mechanisms of the failures. The results presented are based on information derived from operating records, nuclear industry reports, manufacturer supplied information. A majority of check valve failures are caused by improper application. Failure modes are identified for swing and lift check valves. Failures involving improper seating and valve disc stuck comprised the largest percentage of failures.

Diesel particulate filter (DPF) has been developed to optimize engine out emission, especially particulate matter (PM). One of the main important factors for developing the DPF is estimation of soot mass being accumulated inside the DPF. Evaluation of pressure drop over the DPF is a simple way to estimate the accumulated soot mass but its accuracy is known to be limited to certain vehicle operating conditions. The method to compensate drawback is adoption of integrating time history of the engine out PM and burning soot. Present study demonstrates current status of the soot estimation methods including the results from the engine test benches and vehicles.

비전기 뇌관은 전기뇌관의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 개발한 뇌관이다. 외부전기로 인한 기폭위험으로부터 전기뇌관보다 더욱 안전한 뇌관으로 각광을 받고 있으며. 또한 정밀한 시차, 발파진동, 소음의 감소효과와 노천 및 터널 발파에서 다량발파에 이용되고 있는 비전기 뇌관의 기폭시스템 및 기본적인 사용방법과 설계 및 시공사례를 소개함으로써 국내발파 기술향상에 도움이 되고자 한다.

When evaluating the general subgrade states such as geology, stiffness, underground water, compaction and deformation in the Gyeongbu high speed railway, some applicable testing methods should be selected because lots of trains are currently running. The applicable methods includes not only non-destructive tests such as GPR test, electricity resistivity test, MASW proving, but also standard penetration test (SPT), core test, elastic wave tomography through drilling boreholes and measurements using settlement measuring system or inclinometer, etc. In order for evaluating the subgrade states in the Gyeongbu high speed ralway, this study performed GPR test in several sections and drilling boreholes whose locations were chosen after comparing GPR test results and track maintenance history. Furthermore, the progress of subgrade deformations was analysed by comparing previous and this time GPR test results. The results of this study shall be used to understand the general states of currently operating Gyeongbu high speed railway.

Many kinds of rolling-stocks that have various control methods are being operated by Seoulmetro which is a history of a city railroad rolling-stock. Seoulmetro is being faced with a wheel management comparing of other lines with a perpendicular wear of wheel and a side damage, and so on, by operating several cars at a loop line. This is causing maintenance expenses increase and deteriorating a fusibility of rolling-stock, for it has an effect on a rolling-stock using. A cutting pattern of wheel and a wear form affect the expected span of a wheel. A wheel cutting cause is classifed into cutting for reprofiling of a flange wear of wheel and for removing every kind defect which originates from wheel wear. In this study, Seoulmetro exhibit a stable rolling-stock use method and a reasonable management method of wheel, analysing wheel exchange condition and cutting management of wheel.
