수질오염총량관리 단위유역 유량자료와 하천유량 측정망 자료의 연계성 분석 (Relationship between the Flow data on the Unit Watersheds and on the Stream Flow Monitoring Network)

  • It is very difficult to apply stream flow data directly to the management of Total Maximum Daily Loads because there are some differences between the unit watershed and the stream flow monitoring network in their characteristics such as monitoring locations and its intervals. Flow duration curve can be developed by linking the daily flow data of stream monitoring network to 8 day interval flow data of the unit watershed. This study investigated the current operating conditions of the stream flow monitoring network and the flow relationships between the unit watershed and the stream flow monitoring network. Criteria such as missing and zero value data, and correlation coefficients were applied to select the stream flow reference sites. The reference sites were selected in 112 areas out of 142 unit watersheds in 4 river basins, where the stream flow observations were carried out in relatively normal operating conditions. These reference sites could be utilized in various ways such as flow variation analysis, flow duration curve development and so on for the management of Total Maximum Daily Loads.

  • Reliability Prediction using MIL-HDBK-217F has some restrictions due to its one modeling basis. One of the restrictions is caused by selecting one operating environment of a system, which is chosen regardless of its detailed conditions, e.g., external impact and vibration. Especially, an equipment, which is installed on a mobile vehicle though its movement is quasi-static, is controversial to designate its environment as ground mobile($G_M$), rather than ground fixed($G_F$). In this paper, failure rates were compared, which are computed using several moving time rates to total operating time. RiAC-HDBK-217Plus was used as the basic calculation model. In addition, $G_F$ conditioned failure rate was evaluated by comparing with that under $G_M$ environment but fixed state.

  • 위성 열 설계의 시작은 운용궤도의 열 환경 분석을 통한 최악의 운용 환경을 예측하는 것이다. 위성은 주어진 임무에 맞는 다양한 형태의 운용궤도를 가지기 때문에 노출되는 열 환경 또한 다르다. 따라서, 위성의 궤도조건을 고려한 외부 열 환경 분석이 필수이며, 이를 통해 선정된 위성의 최악의 조건에 대해 열적 안정성을 보장하는 설계를 수행하게 된다. 궤도 열 환경 분석을 위해서는 궤도역학은 물론 우주 열 환경과 위성체 사이의 열 교환 관계에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지구궤도 내 우주 열 환경에 관한 기초자료를 제공하고, 위성체에 유입되는 우주 열 유입량을 계산하는 열 관계식을 서술함으로써 궤도 열 환경 분석의 이해를 돕고자 하였다. 또한, 가상의 위성 예제를 통해 임무기간 중 궤도 열 환경을 분석하는 전반적인 과정을 보였다.

  • For making high-functional illumination environment and pleasantness to human beings, it is needed to analyze optical characteristics from lightsource as well as to analyze and examine emotional characteristics which respond to optical characteristics systematically. Also, it is Possible to classify lightsource according to function and use based on optical and emotional characteristics systematically and these results can be applied to practical data for professional illumination design field. The aim of this study is to develop technique for evaluating sensibility as well as to accumulate sensibility database through measuring and evaluating emotional reaction to optical characteristics from lightsource. Final aim of this study is to develop simulation and evaluation technique for interior illumination environment, the outline of this paper : 1) operating simulator for various illumination environment 2) developing evaluation methodology for evaluating illumination environment 3) preparing sensibility index through evaluation and analysis The process of this study is as follows. 1) Developing optical evaluation item of lightsource 2) Developing emotional evaluation item of lightsource 3). Analyzing, correlation between optical evaluation item and emotional eveluation item 4) Classifying and selecting object for evaluation 5) Optical measuring and evaluating for lightsource 6) Operating Simulator for illumination environment 7) Emontional measuring and evaluating lightsource and color 8) Developing estimative formula and sensibility index of emotional reaction The results of this study are as follows. 1. Simulator is operated for various illumination environment, and it is proved to be applicable to actual environment. 2. Evaluation and Analysis Techniques is developed for emotional measurement about illumination environment. 3. Estimative formula and sensibility index are prepared, which can estimate the characteristic of lightsource and emotional reaction to interior color

  • Reliability means that a product maintains its initial quality and performance at certain period of time(time, distance, cycle etc) under given condition without failure. Given conditions include both environmental condition and operating condition. Environmental condition means common natural environment such as temperature, humidity, vibration, and working condition means artificial environment such as voltage, current load, install place, hours of use, which occurs during using the product. In the field of railway vehicles, although components of railway vehicles with reliability are the trend of mandatory as persisting period of railway vehicles is extended, using components of railway vehicles is insufficient for the practical reliability assessment. but the meaning of the first railway operating agnecy to acquire the parts in the field, the data suggest the reliability of products if you can and can show the reliability of modular units and modular units can provide the reliability of if you can present reliability of the entire system is thought to be here. In this study, lifespan of micro-switch for master controller is analyzed and prediction is performed based on its field data considering the special circumstances of railway vehicles operating agency, such as a large number of trains operates on the same line.

  • The internal temperature of an operating room had to keep within $20^{\circ}C$. However, the doctor who is wearing operating gown and mask caused to rise temperature because of the thermal occurrence of dental LED light source. At first, the surgery environment is getting worse. And then last, it would increase bleeding rate by the expansion of patient's exposured blood vessel. A surgical operator can distribute the patient's tissue through such surgery environment, exactly. It can do accurate surgery. So, it gave to effect that surgical operator's eye condition is getting better and it could keep a mutual assistance system. For this research, we develop the LED dental light source module of high color rendition. It performed simulation for replacing established the method of Halogen lamp and Plazma lamp of light source. We analyzed intensity of illumination and the change of viability by changing the height of light source module.

  • 분산 환경에서 이기종 시스템 간의 독립적이고 표준화된 환경을 지원하기 위해 RT-CORBA(Real-Time Common Object Request Broker Architecture) 기반의 오픈소스 TAO(The ACE ORB) 통신 미들웨어에 대한 연구가 활발해지고 있다. 실시간성 측면에서 TAO는 Windows나 Linux와 같은 범용 운영체제에서는 실시간성을 지원하지 않으며, VxWorks, LynxOS 등과 같은 실시간 운영체제에 의존하여 실시간성을 지원한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 실시간 운영체제인 VxWorks에 TAO 통신 미들웨어를 이식함으로써 TAO가 쓰레드 레벨의 실시간성을 지원할 수 있는 환경을 구축한다. 또한 TAO를 탑재한 범용 운영체제 Windows 및 Linux와의 통신을 통해 VxWorks로의 TAO 이식을 검증한다.

  • According to the increasing demands of supercomputer, an exclusive supercomputer building is requested to install a supercomputer for promoting high-end R&D as well as creating the public service infrastructure in the national level. KISTI, as a public supercomputer center with the 4th supercomputer (capacity of 360Tflops), is experiencing shortage of infrastructure systems, caused by increased capacity. Thus, it is anticipated that the situation will be growing serious when the 5th and 6th supercomputers will be installed. On this study, analyzed on the 5th supercomputer system through projecting performance level and optimal operating environments by assessing infra-capacity. Explored way to construct optimal operating environments through infrastructure-capacity analysis of supercomputer center. This study can be of use for reviewing KISTI's conditions as the only supercomputer center in Korea. In addition, it provides reference data for planning the new exclusive supercomputer center in terms of feasibility, while analyzing infrastructure systems.

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the reforming characteristics and maximum operating condition for the hydrogen production by methane reforming using the compression ignition engine induced partial oxidation. An dedicated compression engine used for methane reforming was decided operating range. The partial oxidation reforming was investigated with oxygen enrichment which can improve hydrogen production, compared to general reforming. Parametric screening studies were achieved as $O_2/CH_4$ ratio, total flow rate, and intake temperature. When the variations of $O_2/CH_4$ ratio, total flow rate, and intake temperature were 1.24, 208.4 L/min, and $400^{\circ}C$, respectively, the maximum operating conditions were produced hydrogen and carbon monoxide. Under the condition mentioned above, synthetic gas were $H_2\;22.77{\sim}29.22%,\;CO\;21.11{\sim}23.59%$.
