The FAA, along with the ICAO and other members of the civil aviation community, has recognized that a GNSS will provide the primary stand-alone navigation system in the 21st Century. FAA has initiated plans to transition from its present ground-based navigation and landing system to satellite-based using signals generated by the GPS. In spite of some risks, GPS users are increasing rapidly. About 52 aircraft equipped with various GPS in their system and wide spread of GPS may be expected in Korea. However, the regulations concerning with CPS implementation were not established by the government. Another problem is GPS receiver's interface. The user interface, operating method and capability vary with GPS class and model. As a direct operator for the system, pilots have to ensure these limitations and rules for efficient adaptation and safety. The issues identified by the study are highly interrelated, and are evidence of aviation system problem. To treat one issue in isolation may improve certain aspects of the aviation system, but will ultimately fail to fundamentally increase the safety and efficiency for the system.

Recently, there has been growing interest in Gyongin Line demand estimation, because SMRT(Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation) Line 7 will be extended west by 9.8km from Onsu to meet the Gyongin Line at Bupyeong-gu Office. This study was designed to estimate the change of traffic demand in Gyongin Line before and after the completion year 2011, also provide against the economic loss caused by the derived demand from Gyongin Line to SMRT Line 7. In this paper we give preliminary results for the strategic plans for traffic demand estimation and train operating plan in Gyongin Line by analyzing transport performance of Seoul metropolitan subway, and an additional study on the transportation market and the urban development plan is needed for more accurate results.

This study compared and analyzed middle and high school's homebase and media space which are installed along with the introduction of subject classroom system operation method, with regard to the position of arrangement, the type of arrangement, and the change of area, etc. which were changed and applied per the phase of project. For this, design competitions were implemented since 2006 targeting the cases which participated in design directly-indirectly in the researcher's architectural firm, present construction documents among the selected BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) were completed, and the examples of 10 schools(design competitions 2 schools, BTL selected plans 8 schools) were analyzed, which were operating variation type.

This paper presents a concurrent design approach that deals with manufacturing cell formation and cellular layout in Cellular Manufacturing System. Manufacturing cell formation is to group machines into machine cells dedicated to manufacture of part families, and cellular layout problem determines layout of the manufacturing cells within shop and layout of the machines within a cell. In this paper, a concurrent approach for design of machine cell and cellular layout is developed considering manufacturing parameters such as alternative process plans, alternative machines, production volume and processing time of part, and cost per unit time of operation. A mathematical model which minimizes total cost consisting of machine installation cost, machine operating cost, and intercell and intracell movements cost of part is proposed. A hybrid method based on genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the manufacturing cell formation and cellular layout design problem concurrently. The performance of the hybrid method is examined on several problems.

This paper concerns with the decision maker has the job of forecasting capital investments and operating expenses to aid the decision making in choosing and evaluating present annual and future alternatives. The cost estimating function eventually analysis, evaluates and choose the alternatives. And also, the marginal analysis performed originally from a preliminary design of some sort, and eventually plans are made to investigate investment possibilities. This paper provide the discounted net cash flows and the present, annual and future worth methods. In despite of any choice for an analytical methods, there remains the problems of predicting and assessments certain future events. Therefore, these models dealing with the optimal plant sizing, equipments replacement, and lease or buy will be discussed.

This paper introduces Korea Airport Corporation's own research and development contents and plans for navigation aids check using drone which is actively research and developed mainly in advanced countries. The hardware, algorithm, operating program of the drone system, the drone flight trajectory setting, and real-time measurement results were analyzed and verified. By securing domestic technology for the latest technology utilizing drone, we plan to promote more thorough aviation safety and advanced technology in related field and commercialized it in domestic and overseas.

In addition to enabling access, database accounts play a protective role by defending the database from external attacks. However, because only a single account is used in the database, the account becomes the subject of vulnerability attacks. This common practice is due to the lack of database support, large numbers of users, and row-based database permissions. Therefore if the logic of the application is wrong or vulnerable, there is a risk of exposing the entire database. In this paper, we propose a Least-Privilege Account Separation Model (LPASM) that serves as an information guardian to protect the database from attacks. We separate database accounts depending on the role of application services. This model can protect the database from malicious attacks and prevent damage caused by privilege escalation by an attacker. We classify the account control policies into four categories and propose detailed roles and operating plans for each account.

In this study, we provide trends on alternative fuel vehicles promoted by postal agencies in 10 countries in North America, the EU, and Asia. It describes the specifications of most EV vehicles in operation, plans, and strategies to replace existing internal combustion engines with new vehicles in the future and provides the current status of alternative vehicle charging networks in each postal agency. This paper will help postal agencies, logistics companies, automobile companies, motorcycle companies, and even individuals who want to use vehicles with alternative fuels, such as electric vehicles, on strategies to establish and implement before introducing and operating the vehicles.

Objectives: The aims of this study are to derive the characteristics of diesel exhaust gas emissions generated during vehicle checking in the garage of fire stations and of the related improvement plans for proper air quality management. Methods: The researcher measured changes in the air quality inside garages according to the operating conditions of the exhaust facility and before and after vehicle checking at three fire stations. Results: During the checking of fire engines, a large volume of hazardous substances exceeding management standards were generated, and improvement of the discharge facilities was required for proper air quality management. Conclusions: It is necessary to study the hazard evaluation of firefighters' exposure to exhaust gas, to operate exhaust gas ventilation facilities, and to prepare technical standards for proper indoor air quality management.

Thanks to China's economic development, the food service industry and franchise industry have combined to serve a huge market, and alterations continue to take place, such as the changing tastes of Chinese people and the changing food culture. Global franchise companies centered in the US are rapidly making inroads into the market, and Chinese local companies are also making efforts to expand their influence. In particular, in this situation where trends are gradually changing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we look at the trends of franchise headquarters, franchisees, employment, and operating profits for the past 10 years using information published by the National Statistical Office of China. As we examine the information, possibilities push through. In addition, we will look at the cases of domestic companies that have entered China, the conditions and plans for their activities there, and what companies planning to enter China in the future need to prepare for.
