대규모 지하공동의 파괴거동 예측 및 지반제어를 위한 종합시스템 (Comprehensive Monitoring System for the Prediction of Failure Behavior and the Ground Control of Large Scale Underground Excavation)

  • Comprehensive monitoring system for the safe and economical excavation of underground opening has been established by employing the 3 independent models each of which can i) predict the ultimate convergence, ii) assess the in-situ stresses and the elastic modulus of excavating rock, iii) calculate the time-dependent opening behavior with respect to the face advance rate and support pressure at the equilibrium state. Accuracy of each model has been verified through illustrative examples. The step-by-step procedures of comprehensive monitoring system for analyzing the rock behavior and the optimum support installation has been explained. The capability and applicability of this system to the practical excavation also has been discussed.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is aimed to examine the Free Trade Agreement and its General Agreement on Trade in Services, especially, the healthcare service and the prospect of the system. Methods: This study was based on fourteen literature reviews from 2001 to 2014. Results: Free Trade Agreement and the General Agreement on Trade in Services were examined and Japan, China, and the United States's examples were shown. Healthcare market opening issues are the tendency of this era with the concept of globalization. Conclusion: This study highlights the tendency of healthcare market opening with all the pros and cons. The healthcare system along with the medical and nursing fields need to modify their system based on the globalization.

  • The ventilation in greenhouse have been important for such as adjustment of temperature, supplying of the oxygen, prevention of the overhumidity, density adjustment of $CO_2$, discharge of harmfulness gas, etc. However, the general ventilation which had been used the quantitative control method in discharge of a property of air mechanism in greenhouse, and caused mainly in waste of the heating energy and growth obstacle of the vegetable. Therefore, this study was peformed to obtain more scientific ventilation method using by analysis and measurement of the isothermal lines according to opening of window ventilation in greenhouse, and the results are summarized as follows. 1. The ventilating amount was more influenced by rather opening amount of window than the ventilating time. 2. In window ventilation, the temperature in greenhouse was mostly changed within 5 minutes after ventilating not regard to the spot of opening, after about 10 minutes temperature became to equilibrium state under the respective ventilating conditions. 3. In opening of the skylight only, isothermal lines were complicated, therefore, a tall vegetable may be possible to damage by a cold-weather from the lower central port in greenhouse. 4. Isothermal lines were a tendency to simply in opening of a side window that may be more effective ventilation in kinds of the short vegetable. 5. In conditions of internal temperature>setting temperature>external temperature, a skylight can be suitable to open 10~20cm in order to the optimum ventilation in greenhouse. 6. In conditions of internal temperature>external temperature>setting temperature, opening of all the windows or both the side windows that can be suitable in order to obtain the optimum ventilation in greenhouse. 7. An effect of ventilation was the most excellent to open of all the windows or both the side windows, and it were also found orderly excellent to open of the side window and the skylight or the skylight only, to open of the side window only. 8. Temperature was varied as the equation of T=Tc+ (To-Tc)e-at, and the ranges of (a) values were limited within 0.34~0.68. 9. A variations of humidity were similar to that of temperature, s.

다단연소사이클 엔진 파워팩 시동해석 (Startup Analysis of Staged Combustion Cycle Engine Powerpack)

  • 본 연구에서는 다단연소사이클 액체로켓엔진 파워팩에 대해 시동과정에서의 동특성 변화를 예측하였다. 시동특성과 관련된 주요 인자 중 밸브 개방시점에 대해 분산값을 정의하고 몬테카를로 방법을 적용하여 이들이 시동특성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 해석 결과, 연소기 연료 밸브 개방시간 및 시동터빈 종료시간이 시동특성과 관련된 주요 변수임을 확인하였다. 연소기 연료 밸브 개방시점과 시동터빈 종료시점을 분리하여 해석한 결과, 연소기 연료 밸브 개방시점이 시동특성과 매우 밀접한 관련이 있음을 확인하였고 안정적 시동을 위해서는 시동터빈 작동이후 약 1초 이전에 밸브가 개방되어야함을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 안정적 시동을 위한 시동 시퀀스 설정이 가능함을 확인하였다.

악관절음 환자의 하악 비틀림회전운동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mandibular Rotational Torque Movement in Subjects with Temporomandibular Joint Sounds)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the magnitude of mandibular rotational torque movements in subjects with TMJ sounds, and to analyse correlation between quantitative characteristics of TMJ sounds and mandibular rotational torque movement. Twenty dental college students with TMJ clicking and twenty students without any TMD signs and symptoms were examined by mean of SonoPak and Rotate program of BioPAK system(Bioresearch Inc. MilWaukee, wisconsin, USA) in this study. Mandibular rotational torque movements were recorded and analysed during maximum mouth opening, protrusion, and lateral excursion in frontal and horizontal planes. The obtained results were as follows: 1. On maximum mouth opening, mandibular rotational angle and distance of clicking group were significantly greater than those of control group in frontal plane. (P<0.05). 2. During maximum mouth opening closing, maximum mandibular rotational angle and distance of clicking group were significantly greater than those of control group in frontal plane. (P<0.01). 3. On protrusion, mandibular rotational angle and distance of clickin group were significantly greater than those of control group in horizontal plane. (P<0.05). 4. On lateral excursion, there was no significant difference in mandibular rotational angle and distance between clicking group and control group in frontal and horizontal planes. 5. There were significant correlations between peak amplitude of TMJ sounds and maximum mandibular rotational distance during maximum mouth opening (r=-.481) and mandibular rotational distance on maximum mouth opening (r=-.455) in horizontal plane. 6. There were significant correlations between Above 300/(0-300)Hz ratio of TMJ sounds and mandibular rotational angle (r=-.499) and distance (r=-.457) on maximum mouth opening in frontal plane.

출입문 개폐에 의한 전동차 객실 CO2 저감효과 분석 (Quantitative Analysis of CO2 Reduction by Door-opening in the Subway Cabin)

  • The guidelines for indoor air quality of public transportations such as subway, train and bus was presented by Korean Ministry of Environment last end of year 2006 based on the great consequence of indoor air quality in daily life. Two main parameters, carbon dioxide($CO_2$) and particulate matters smaller than $10\;{\mu}m(PM_{10})$, were selected as index pollutants for the management of indoor air quality. The former pollutant, $CO_2$, is regarded as index of ventilation status and the major source of $CO_2$ in the train or subway is the exhalation of passengers. It is publically perceived that the high $CO_2$ concentration in a crowded subway will be reduced and ventilated with outdoor air by door-opening taken every 2 or 3 minutes when the train stops each station. However, there has not been any scientific proof and quantitative information on the effect of door-opening on the $CO_2$ reduction by ventilation with outdoor air. In this study, $CO_2$ concentration and number of passengers were measured at each station on the 3 lines of Korail metropolitan subway. In order to evaluate the effect of $CO_2$ reduction by door opening, the theoretical approach using the $CO_2$ balance equation was performed. By comparing the predicted data with monitoring one, the optimum $CO_2$ dilution factor was determined. For the first time, it was quantified that about 35% of $CO_2$ concentration in the subway indoor was removed by the door-opening at each station.

  • The suitable pressure regulator modeling at each opening ratio and pressure ratio is very important to obtain reliable results, especially in small scale pipeline network analysis such as a pressure regulator system. And it is needed to confirm both whether temperature recovery is achieved after passing by the pressure regulator's narrow neck and how much amount of low temperature area that can cause condensate accumulation is distributed by various PCV models and driving conditions. In this research, the numerical model resembling P company pressure regulator that is used widely for high pressure range in commercial, is adopted as the base model of CFD analysis to investigate pressure regulator's flow characteristics at each pressure ratio and opening ratio. And it is also introduced to examine pressure regulator's critical flow characteristics and possibility of condensation or freezing at each pressure ratio and opening ratio. Additionally, the comparison between the results of CFD analysis and the results of analytic solution obtained by compressible fluid-dynamics theory is attempted to validate the results of CFD modeling in this study and to estimate the accuracy of theoretical approach at each pressure ratio and opening ratio too.

부수적 서비스 제공에 따른 양수발전소 수차의 캐비테이션 및 피로에 대한 가속효과 평가 (Evaluation of Acceleration Effect of Ancillary Services on Cavitation and Fatigue of a Water Turbine in Pumped-Storage Plants)

  • 런너, 흡출관 등 양수발전소 수차 부속기기들에 캐비테이션 침식과 피로 균열 등의 손상 발생과 관련하여 많은 정비 사례들이 보고되고 있다. 양수발전소는 급전, 전력계통 안정 등과 같은 부수적 서비스를 제공한다. 이러한 부수적 서비스는 가이드 베인을 작게 열고 운전하는 저개도율 운전을 반복적으로 자주 수행하게 한다. 이러한 저개도율 운전은 수차 부속기기의 손상을 가속시키는 것으로 경험적으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 양수발전소의 가이드 베인 저개도율 운전이 수차의 캐비테이션과 피로를 가속시키는 효과를 유한요소 유동/응력 해석 및 피로 해석을 통해 정량적으로 평가한다. 평가 결과, 가이드 베인 개도율이 작을수록 캐비테이션 발생 가능성과 수차 효율 저하 가능성이 증가하며, 런너 블레이드 루트부에 최대 응력값을 증가시킴에도 불구하고 저개도율 운전이 피로수명에 미치는 영향은 미미함을 확인하였다.

의료법상 의료기관 개설제한의 위반유형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Type of Violations of Medical Law Regulations Which Restrict Opening a Medical)

  • Because the health care or medical sector has such characteristics as publicity, professionality, and exclusivity, it cannot be left to the free market system. As a consequence, the state has restricted the establishment of medical institutions in order to protect the life and health of people. Also, the medical law has regulated to permit the establishment of medical institutions by only medical personnel and a few corporate bodies and to ban the establishment of medical institutions under disguised ownership as well as double opening of medical institutions by medical personnel. Nevertheless, there are still many cases that non-medical personnel have dominantly established medical institutions under disguised ownership of other medical personnel or nonprofit corporation. Because they are willing to recover their investment costs as soon as possible, these illegally established medical institutions are likely to make patients undergo unnecessary tests or to perform the excessive treatments and, as a result, are likely to cause infringement on the health and lives of the people. In addition, even if the misconduct is uncovered, the rate at which the costs already paid is very low and, as a result, the damages are straightly connected to the people's loss. On the other hand, there are also increasing number of cases that medical personnel or nonprofit corporations are establishing medical institutions against the medical law regulations. The examples of this illegality are also the double opening of medical institutions and the establishment of medical institutions under disguised ownership by medical personnel or nonprofit corporations. And the damages in these cases may not differ from those in the above cases. In this study, regarding medical law regulations restricting opening a medical institution, I will review the intent of those regulations, the type of violations and criminal punishments, and the possibility of recovery from unlawful profit by the National Health Insurance Act. And then, I would like to find a way for rational improvement of each.

학교도서관의 지역사회 개방을 위한 평가 지표 개발에 대한 연구 (A Study on Developing Evaluation Indicators for School Library Opening to Local Community)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 단위 학교에서 학교도서관의 지역사회 개방에 필요한 기본 여건을 자체적으로 판단할 수 있는 평가 지표를 제공하는 것이다. 학교도서관의 지역사회 개방은 학습공동체 형성에 기여할 수 있는 중요한 운영 전략이다. 그러나 학교도서관의 운영 자원과 지원 체제는 지역사회 개방을 위한 충분한 조건을 갖추고 있지 못한 실정이다. 지역사회 개방 경험을 가진 사서교사들은 주요 운영 자원 중에서 사서교사 배치를 가장 중요한 성공 요인으로 지적하였다. 그리고 안정적이고 체계적인 서비스 제공을 위한 인건비 확보, 지역주민의 접근성을 보장할 수 있는 시설과 자료의 확보가 중요하다고 보았다. 마지막으로 학교도서관의 교육적 역할 가운데서 지역사회에 제공하기에 가장 적합한 것은 독서 프로그램인 것으로 나타났다.
