Technological adaption and innovative activities foster small and medium enterprises (SMEs) growth, especially women-owned SMEs in Pakistan, However, the impact of technological adaption and innovative activities on SMEs growth in the context of Pakistan has been examined by very researchers. This study aims to identify the effect of technology and open innovation policies on the growth of women-owned SMEs and the present trends and management challenges for successful full implementation of open innovation. The study considered a sample of 693 women enterprises located in different cities in Pakistan. Open innovation is measured through eight innovative practices, reflecting the exploration and exploitation of technology in SMEs. Study findings revealed that women enterprises were involved in several open innovation policies during the last five years. Moreover, the study indicated no significant differences between manufacturing and service SMEs regarding open innovation practices; however, women enterprises are more impressively engaged in open innovation practices. Findings also reveal that women-owned SMEs follow open innovation, mainly for market-related intentions, to compete with competitors and meet customers' demands. Thus, it is suggested that government policy relating to thriving SMEs owned by women should be innovation-oriented. The study contributes to the theoretical and practical implications. Further, the study is helpful for SMEs, researchers, practitioners, and decision-makers.

Ketamine is an anesthetic with hypertensive effects, which make it useful for patients at risk of shock. However, previous ex vivo studies reported vasodilatory actions of ketamine in isolated arteries. In this study, we reexamined the effects of ketamine on arterial tones in the presence and absence of physiological concentrations of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and norepinephrine (NE) by measuring the isometric tension of endothelium-denuded rat mesenteric arterial rings. Ketamine little affected the resting tone of control mesenteric arterial rings, but, in the presence of 5-HT (100~200 nM), ketamine ($10{\sim}100{\mu}M$) markedly contracted the arterial rings. Ketamine did not contract arterial rings in the presence of NE (10 nM), indicating that the vasoconstrictive action of ketamine is 5-HT-dependent. The concentration-response curves (CRCs) of 5-HT were clearly shifted to the left in the presence of ketamine ($30{\mu}M$), whereas the CRCs of NE were little affected by ketamine. The left shift of the 5-HT CRCs caused by ketamine was reversed with ketanserin, a competitive 5-$HT_{2A}$ receptor inhibitor, indicating that ketamine facilitated the activation of 5-$HT_{2A}$ receptors. Anpirtoline and BW723C86, selective agonists of 5-$HT_{1B}$ and 5-$HT_{2B}$ receptors, respectively, did not contract arterial rings in the absence or presence of ketamine. These results indicate that ketamine specifically enhances 5-$HT_{2A}$ receptor-mediated vasoconstriction and that it is vasoconstrictive in a clinical setting. The facilitative action of ketamine on 5-$HT_{2A}$ receptors should be considered in ketamine-induced hypertension as well as in the pathogenesis of diseases such as schizophrenia, wherein experimental animal models are frequently generated using ketamine.

최근 우리나라에서 활발하게 도입되고 있는 공인인증서 기반의 오픈 뱅킹은 표준 통신 프로토콜과 웹 호환성 지원을 통해 기존 공인인증서 기반의 폐쇄형 뱅킹의 갈라파고스화 문제를 상당 부분 해소할 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 있다. 그러나 새로운 오픈 뱅킹이 기존 폐쇄형 뱅킹에 대해 제기되어온 안전성 문제와 사용자 편의성 문제를 어느 정도 해소할 지에 대해서는 의문으로 남아있다. 본 논문은 기존의 공인인증서 기반의 폐쇄형 뱅킹과 오픈 뱅킹의 구현 방식 차이를 분석하고, 오픈 뱅킹이 폐쇄형 뱅킹이 안고 있는 보안성과 편의성 문제를 어느 정도 해소하고 있는지 분석하는데 초점을 맞추고자 한다. 이 분석은 기존 폐쇄형 뱅킹이 15년 이상 서비스를 제공하는 과정에서 제기된 보안성 취약점, 보안성 강화를 위해 적용된 대응책, 대응책의 편의성에 대한 영향을 먼저 분석하고, 폐쇄형 뱅킹과 오픈 뱅킹의 구현 방식 차이를 통해 오픈 뱅킹의 보안성과 편의성을 추론하는 방식으로 진행되었다. 분석 결과 오픈 뱅킹이 여전히 안고 있는 보안성과 편의성 문제를 해소하기 위해 향후 오픈 뱅킹이 어떻게 개선되어야 하는지에 대해서도 간략하게 논의하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 2005년 iSchool Caucus(iCaucus) 결성 이후 현재 전 세계 16개국 52개 대학으로 확산된 iSchool 운동의 발전과 이로 인한 문헌정보학 분야의 교육 및 연구 변화를 조사하고 미래의 문헌정보학 교육 및 연구 동향을 전망하는데 있다. 이를 위해 iSchool 대학 중 ALA 인증을 받은 21개 대학을 King(2006)이 제시한 iSchool 대학의 3가지 유형으로 구분하여 각 그룹의 시대별 발전형태 및 교과과정을 비교 분석하였다. 아울러 2012년부터 북미를 중심으로 급속히 전파되고 있는 오픈공개강좌교육(Massive Open Online Courses: MOOCs)의 iSchool 교육과정에의 적용사례를 통해 향후 문헌정보학 교육에 MOOCs의 파급 가능성에 대해 진단해보고자 하였다.

원통 모양의 선형 유도 전동기를 구성하고 코일의 밖에 위치한 코일에 전류가 유도되며 이때 코일의 축방향과 이에 수직인 방향으로 힘이 유도되며, 이때 힘의 특성이 유도 전동기의 특성을 지님을 밝혀 내었다. 이 힘은 두 코일의 축이 어긋나서 생기는 힘과, 드라이브 코일의 open slit의 정도에 따라 다른 것을 밝혔다.

본 논문에서는 RSSI 기반의 위치 추정 시스템에서 위치 오차를 보정하여 정확도 향상을 위한 방법을 제안한다. 다중 노드의 RSSI값을 이용하여 삼변 측량을 사용하여 위치를 추정할 때, 추정 좌표들 집합의 외곽선을 이은 다각형의 무게중심 알고리즘을 활용할 경우 상대적으로 큰 오차가 발생되는 특이점을 제거하여 무게중심을 구하여 정확도를 향상하는 방법을 제안한다.

We Present a B and V band time-series CCD photometry of the Delta scuti stars, BV Cnc, BN Cnc, BU Cnc, BS Cnc, in the open cluster M44. The observation was carried out for 36 nights between February, 2020 and February 2021 with a 0.6m telescope equipped 2K CCD camera at Gyeonggi Science High School for the Gifted(GSHS). To detect pulsational frequencies, we wuse Discret Fourier Transformation(DFT) method. We have detected resonable pulsational frequencis compare to previous study.

The multipurpose auditoriums in schools are the center of local community and the places of their life-long education. The multipurpose auditoriums are to be open and made available for use by local public as far as it does not interfere with the education of the schools. However, most of them are not open to public on the pretext of management problems while demands of local communities for the opening of the facility is rising. The role of the multipurpose auditorium as the place of physical training and its maximum availability to local community have be taken into account of from its design stage. The location of the auditorium itself has to be close to the main entrance of the school for easy access, its facilities located in one common area, their management and maintenance scheme adopted appropriately but legally, and then security and safety measurement have to be devised. Also, more studies are necessary to propose detail regulations for local sports facilities and to develop their interrelationship and network, in connection with sophistication of school facilities and BTL system.
