This study aims to investigate the influence of online entrepreneurship education on first-time entrepreneurs in western China. The research employed an online self-management survey method to collect data from participants involved in online entrepreneurship education and first-time entrepreneurs. The data was analyzed using SPSS and AMOS statistical software. The research findings indicate that online entrepreneurship education has a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. There is a positive correlation between online entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial execution capability. Entrepreneurial intention effectively promotes entrepreneurial execution capability, which is critical for successful entrepreneurship. Online entrepreneurship education also emphasizes the development of innovative abilities and thinking patterns, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of entrepreneurs. Additionally, entrepreneurial support plays a direct positive role in entrepreneurial success by providing resources, guidance, knowledge sharing, and confidence, thereby increasing the likelihood of success.

Malicious rumors often emerge online. However, few studies have examined why people spread online rumors. Recognizing that spreading online rumors is not only rational, but also emotional, this paper provides insights into the behavior of online rumor spreading using the cognitive emotion theory. The results show that perceived credibility of online rumors enhances both positive and negative emotions. However, positive emotions affect neither attitude nor behavior, whereas negative emotions affect both aspects of the spreading of online rumors. The results also indicate that prior positive attitude toward object influences negative emotions. Issues involvement moderates the relationship between attitude and behavior.
Purpose: More and more marketers use social media platforms to create and spread information called Marketer Generated Content (MGC) to inform consumers of products. MGC often embeds product purchase links, thus directing consumers to online distribution channels for online purchases. This study examined the effect of social media MGC on consumers' willingness to buy online in the anchor of consumers' perspective to answer the question of "how social media generated content support corporate online distribution". Research design, data, and methodology: According to the means-end-chain theory, we introduce perceived value and continuous following intention as chain mediators to explain the mechanism of MGC influence on consumers' online purchase intention and consider product type to discuss boundary conditions. Two experiments were designed to test hypothesizes. Results and Conclusion: First, emotional MGC (vs. informational MGC) has lower (higher) perceived utility (hedonic) value. Second, perceived value has a significant mediate role in the effect of MGC on continuous following intention. Third, perceived value and continuous following intention significantly and sequentially mediated the effect of MGC on online purchase intention. Through the sequential mediations of perceived utility value and continuous following intention, Informational MGC of search products significantly increase online purchase intentions. Another parallel sequential mediation, including perceived hedonic, emotional MGC of experience products, partially enhanced online purchase intentions. Finally, this study gives implications for how corporates can use social media MGC to promote product sales online.
The current study examined the Indian young consumer online shopping self-efficacy in an integrated model. Authors tested the study model (antecedents and consequences of online shopping involvement) with the help of 225 sample data by using first order structural equation modeling. Online shopping enjoyment was found most important predictor of online shopping involvement followed by online accessibility. Further, the impact of online shopping involvement on online shopping self-efficacy was quite high in comparison to online technical self-efficacy. We strongly recommend that the marketers must use internet strategically in establishing dialogue between seller and online shoppers.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of 'delivery service quality' of online fresh food shopping malls on 'e-satisfaction' and 'repurchase intention' of online customers. Research design, data, and methodology - To demonstrate the relationship between the delivery service quality of online fresh food shopping mall and the e-customer satisfaction and repurchase intention, the research model was designed with 5 sub-factors (promptness, accuracy, economy, safety, information) based on the contents of previous studies. The data collection is conducted with sampling survey. The participants are customers who have visited, purchased and received their orders within the last 6 months in online fresh food shopping malls. This study analyzed collected data, then confirmed and finalized the hypothesis by using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 statistical program. Results - Hypothesis 1: The service quality of online fresh food shopping mall will have a statistically significant effect on online customers' e-customer satisfaction. Hypothesis 2: The service quality of online fresh food shopping mall will affect the repurchase intention of online customers. Hypothesis 3: The e-customer satisfaction of online fresh food shopping mall will have a statistically significant effect on repurchase intention. Among the 5 sub-factors (promptness, accuracy, economy, safety, information) of delivery service quality, three factors such as promptness, accuracy, and safety have stronger influence on e-satisfaction and repurchase intention of online customers. Conclusions - This study has proven the feasibility and viability of the hypotheses that 1) The excellent delivery service quality of an online fresh food shopping mall primarily affects e-customer satisfaction; and that 2) Ecustomer satisfaction will secondarily serve to improve repurchase intention.

Research design, data and methodology: This study used a non-probability sampling technique. The questionnaire was distributed through an online platform and obtained 225 respondents. The data acquired from the respondents used SPSS 23 and AMOSS 21 to process the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results: The results of this study stated that attitudes and intentions toward online purchases were influenced by delivery speed and trust. The results also stated that the perception of web quality positively influenced trust. On the other hand, shipping tracking, people's importance to consumers, and online reviews had no significant effects on online purchasing attitudes. Online food delivery and food delivery apps have continued to grow exponentially in Malaysia. Fundamental aspects in entrepreneurship of the food and beverage industry, such as knowledge and attitudes towards online food delivery services being outsourced, have yet to be extensively recognized. The present study intends to explore this area of subject matter within the Malaysian context by using behavioral reasoning theory. The actual interview for this study took place in May 2020, and 14 interviews had been carried out. All interviews were audio-recorded with the consent from the respondents for reference purposes and subsequently transcribed verbatim. The transcripts were then checked against audio records. Content analysis was used to analyze the transcripts by focusing on n frequency counts and coding of themes. A qualitative method has been adopted by employing an interview to elicit the perspectives of entrepreneurs from Sarawak on the determinants and barriers in outsourcing online food delivery services. Results indicate that high potential in revenue, broad exposure to reach customers, convenience, and provision of job opportunities are the four factors that determine to outsource. In contrast, food quality maintenance, trustworthiness, high cost incurred, and consumer technology resistance are four factors that serve as barriers towards outsourcing third-party online delivery.

The Korean online gaming industry has seen rapid growth since the boom of information technology (IT) related industries, especially Internet and PC-bang or local area network (LAN) use, throughout the country. Online games are real-time games in which two or more players meet, compete, and cooperate in the same game space using the same communication network. Even though the growth rates of IT-related industries have recently slowed, the growth of the online gaming industry has increased, and Korean firms are expanding their businesses to countries all over the world. However, the online gaming industry is becoming an oligopoly, in which 4-5 leading companies occupy most online gaming markets. This situation presents a disadvantage to the Korean online gaming industry, since online players usually seek a diversity of online gaming contents and high quality online game services. Therefore, small- and medium-sized game developers must survive in this market by upgrading the quality of their online gaming services in an effort to provide differentiated goods and services in monopolistic competition markets. However, most venture companies in the online game industry, whether new or previously existing, are not able to obtain adequate financing. The objective of this paper is to examine the management environment for medium- and small-sized game developers in the Korean online gaming industry. By introducing the case of Grigon Entertainment, we try to identify the source of difficulty obtaining external financing for Korean venture firms in the online gaming industry.
