In this paper, we propose to improve the designation examination criteria of agencies that provide personal identity proofing based on the resident registration number (RRN), a 13-digit number uniquely assigned by the government to identify Korean citizens. In online commerce, etc., the personal identity proofing agency (PIPA) is a place where online users can prove their personal identity by presenting an alternative means instead of their RRN. The designation examination criteria for PIPAs established in 2012 is a revision of the relevant current laws, and there is a problem in applying the designation examination for alternative means of RRN as the current examination standard. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method to make the current examination criteria applicable to the newly designated examination of the personal identity proofing service provider based on the current RRN alternative method. According to the current designation examination criteria, only those who satisfy all the examination criteria are designated as the PIPA. However, in reality, it is not in line with the purpose of regulatory reform to require that all examination criteria be satisfied. In the proposed method, it is proposed to apply the standard score system for designation of PIPAs, to make the law current, to secure legal compliance, and to establish a new examination standard to provide a new alternative means of personal identity proofing service. By applying the proposed method to the PIPA designation examination, various alternative means of RRN can be utilized in the online commerce service market.

Background: This research evaluated the effectiveness of an online education model in teaching breast self-examination to university staff and students. Materials and Methods: 1,679 women participated in a breast self-examination online training program. Breast self-examination knowledge evaluation forms developed by Maurer (1997) were used in the research and were evaluated on a 100 point scale. Paired t-test and McNemar's Test statistics were employed. Results: The participants scored an average of 46.5 (14.0%) on knowledge on breast self-examination before training, but 77.4 (11.0%) one month after education and 76.7 (9.52%) after six months. There was a clear significant difference between these knowledge levels (p<0.05). Similarly, while the rate for systematic practice of breast self-examination among women was 30.8% before training it increased to 47.8% afterwards. Again the difference was significant (p<0.05). Conclusions: Online education is an effective method for teaching breast self-examination to women.

이러닝은 교실에서 수업이 이루어지는 전통 수업 방식과는 달리 학생들이 각자의 장소에서 온라인으로 수업에 참여 할 수 있는 수업방식이다. 그리고 시험도 온라인에서 이루어지는 경우가 많아 이 경우 시험감독이 어렵다. 감독이 어려운 온라인 시험도 성적에 포함되므로 공정한 학사관리가 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 카메라를 이용한 온라인 시험 공정성 강화 시스템을 제안한다. 온라인 수강생은 매 강의를 학습한 후 출석확인을 위해 카메라로 얼굴을 촬영하고 촬영된 영상은 저장된다. 그리고 시험을 치는 동안 시험 장면을 촬영하고 얼굴을 검출하여 대리시험 등의 부정행위를 방지하고자 한다. 촬영된 영상은 시험이 종료된 후 시험 답안지와 함께 사이버 학사관리 시스템에 전송시키고 시험 성적표와 함께 사진을 인쇄하여 본인을 인증하고 시험 부정을 방지하고자한다.

현재 수많은 서비스가 인터넷을 통해서 제공되며 이러한 추세는 계속해서 심화될 것으로 보인다. 전통적인 시험 방식 또한 인터넷을 이용한 시험으로 대체되고 있으며, 미국 ETS의 IBT TOEFL이 그 대표적인 예로 볼 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 IT와 관련한 많은 시험들이 인터넷 기반으로 진행되고 있으며, 이와 관련한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 인터넷을 이용한 시험은 수험생들의 접근성을 높일 수 있으며 경제적이기 때문에 기존 출석 방식의 시험에 비해서 많은 장점을 가질 수 있다. 본 논문은 인터넷 기반의 자동 시험 플랫폼을 위한 브라우저 및 서버 프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목표로 하고 있으며, 기존의 2-계층 시스템들과는 달리 3-계층 기반으로 구현하였다. Visual Studio.Net 2005와 SQL Server 2000 개발 도구를 사용하였으며, ASP.NET 2.0 개발 플랫폼을 기반으로 하였다. ADO.NET을 사용하여 데이터베이스에 접근하였으며, 프로그램 언어로는 C#을 사용하여 구현하였다.

온라인 시험은 시간과 공간에 제약이 없다. 수험자의 시험 장소가 별도로 필요하지 않고, 시험 장소로의 이동에 필요한 시간과 비용이 들지 않는다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 온라인 시험은 개별적 환경에서 시험을 진행하기 때문에 다양한 부정행위가 가능하다는 단점이 있다. 그리고 시험 감독 방법이 부족하여 부정행위 탐지에 어려움이 있다. 또 시험 과정과 결과 데이터가 디지털 데이터로만 존재하여 시험 결과 위조 여부 확인을 위해 매건 해당 시험 결과가 저장된 서버에서 직접 확인해야 하는 번거로움이 있고 악의적으로 시험과 관련 데이터를 변경한 경우 진위 확인이 불가하다. 본 연구에서는 부정행위 탐지를 위해 시험 진행 관련 데이터를 블록체인에 저장하는 블록체인 기반 온라인 시험 부정행위 탐지 시스템을 개발하여 온라인 시험의 신뢰도를 높이고자 하였다. 실험을 통해 시험 결과 위변조 부정행위가 탐지됨을 확인하였다.

This paper develops and builds an Integrated Assessment System for National Competency Standard Professional Basic. The integrated evaluation system for basic job competency in the National Competency Standards is developed to conduct examination by means of computers, smartphones and tablet PCs. The system can be used for the basic job competency test, examination for online cyber universities, job competency examination for enterprises, and the listening, reading, and speaking test in the foreign language proficiency examination and is even better in terms of facility investment and saved operating costs as well as efficient use of spaces in comparison with conventional evaluation schemes. Even greater synergy effects can be achieved by providing support for the integrated evaluation system for basic job competency in connection with the NCS qualification system. The evaluation system has been tested and practiced at a specialized high school and can be applied to the NCS education evaluation of the college and four-year college and to the selection examination of new employees of the company.

Research related to Web-based learning (WBL) has grown exponentially in the last decade. Scholars have explored a variety of areas related to WBL, including techniques, strategies and best practices. One area of particular interest to scholars is the potential of WBL to support and facilitative collaborative learning. Despite the continued exploration, there continues to be a concern related to the theoretical foundations of WBL. The purpose of this article is to explore how different theories may be used to guide research and inform practice in online collaborative learning. We integrate the major points drawn from current research and theory from a variety of perspectives so as to gain a better understanding of how learning is enabled by asynchronous modes of online collaborative learning. We then use this understanding to identify opportunities and challenges for theory development and research in WBL.

본 연구의 목적은 방문간호사를 위한 국가 건강검진에 관한 온라인 보수교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위함이다. 연구 기간은 2016년 11월부터 2017년 12월까지 시행되었다. 교육 프로그램은 래피드프로토타입 방법을 활용하여 단계적으로 개발하였다. : 1) 관련 문헌 검토와 이해관계자 및 전문가의 포커스그룹 면담(FGI)을 통해 학습자의 요구도를 확인하였다. 2) 방문 간호사의 건강 검진에 관한 상담 전략을 포함하는 교육내용의 개요를 작성하였다. 3) 온라인 교육자료 개발자와 연구자가 회의를 거쳐 온라인 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 학습자에게 모의 조사를 실시하였다. 4) 확정된 교육내용을 8개의 모듈로 구분하여 온라인 교육 자료 초안을 개발하여 파일롯 과정을 실행하였다. 5) 학습자의 피드백을 반영하여 교육 프로그램을 확정하여 지역사회 간호사를 위한 건강검진 온라인 보수교육 프로그램을 최종적으로 개발 및 운영하였다. 개발 된 온라인 보수교육 프로그램은 방문 간호사가 건강검진에 관한 상담을 수행하도록 돕는 데 효과적이었다. 따라서 온라인 보수교육 프로그램은 간호사의 실무역량을 향상하는데 효과적인 교육적 접근이라 할 수 있겠다.

본 연구는 국내 대학도서관 웹사이트를 조사하여 온라인 주제가이드의 현황을 분석하고 개선 방안을 제언하였다. 조사된 100개 대학 중 14개 대학만이 온라인 주제가이드를 제공하고 있는 것으로 나타나 국내 온라인 주제가이드의 구축은 초기 단계인 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 주제가이드들은 내용 구성면에서 볼 때 접근성, 포맷의 일관성, 자원통합성 영역은 우수한 것으로 평가되었으나 주제 다양화, 이용자 교육, 검색 영역에서 낮은 수준에 머물러 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 온라인 주제가이드가 지향해야 할 방향은 신속한 정보자원으로의 접근, 주제 특화된 이용자 교육, 사서와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 제공하는 원스탑(one-stop) 서비스가 되어야 할 것이다.

The growth of the internet shopping mall has led to a critical mass of consumers and firms participating in a global online marketplace. This study is devoted to providing a conceptual framework for describing and analyzing the characteristics of internet shopping mall. We proposed a model which classifies internet shopping mall into four types, including (1) general intermediary (2) general direct-sales (3) specialized intermediary (4) specialized direct-sales. Our framework facilitates greater understanding of the internet shopping mall as commercial medium and allows examination of internet shopping mall in terms of the opportunities and challenges firms facing online business.
