This study was aimed to investigate management conditions and dietitians' perception for improvement of school milk programs. Using an online sampling method, collected data from 1,723 dietitians nationwide were analyzed. The results show that 44.4% of respondents carried out the cyclic school milk program, providing various types of dairy products either weekly or monthly. Further, 80.3% of respondents answered that preference survey results were a determining factor in their choice of school milk provider, and 55.9% said that a school steering committee made the decision on relevant facts of the school milk program. For diversification of school milk type, 60.5% of respondents wanted to maintain the current system, and 39.5% answered that milk type needed to be diversified. The respondents preferred fermented milk products, functional milk, and processed milk, in order, if school milk type is diversified. To improve perception and knowledge about milk, 66.0% of respondents thought that nutrition education by a nutrition teacher would be the most effective, and parent's letters or a nutrition newsletter would be helpful. More than half of respondents (55.0%) disagreed with a merged program for school foodservice and milk.

In this paper, WBI tool is designed and implemented to meet the level teaming requirements. The system is composed of management part for teacher and user part for students. The management part supports the teacher to upload the lecture notes and the testing sheets, and to evaluate the testing results. The students can study the lecture notes and examine the online tests based on their teaming level. The students can evaluate their achievement by themselves after test and can study deep learning or supplementary learning. By applying the level teaming concept, the implemented can provide the interest to the students and enhance the degree of achievement.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the edition of 21 of the Dewey Decimal Classificatin. Edition 21 includes major revisions of three schedules : 350-354 Public administration, 370 Education, and 560-590 Life sciences. The aim of Edition 21 was user convenience, Regularization, Faceting, Terminology, International needs and Cooperative development and Changes in the database. The Dewey Decimal Classification is preparing for the future in a number of ways. Editorial work is supported by a UNIX-based system and access to online bibliographic databases. Two edition of Electronic Dewey have been published and a Windows version have been published.

This is an exploratory study to verify the impact of applying SNS to lecture on the professor trust and students achievement. The subject of the study is two groups which consist of SNS applied class and the group using legacy online class supporting system and the contents, material, activities of class are same. We verified the differences between two groups with the professor trust divided into 4 constructs such as intimacy, expertise, teaching ability, leadership based on the literature review and students achievement classified into midterm and final. The results shows that intimacy and final evaluation are statistically significant between two groups.

Many Korean children have difficulty learning English vowels. The gestures inside the oral and pharyngeal cavities are hard to control when they cannot see the gestures and the target vowel system is quite different from that of Korean. This study attempts to collect children's acoustic data of twelve English vowels published by Hillenbrand et al. (1995) online and to examine the acoustic features of English vowels for phoneticians and English teachers. The author used Praat to obtain the data systematically at six equidistant timepoints over the vowel segment avoiding any obvious errors. Results show inherent acoustic properties for vowels from the children's distribution of vowel duration, f0 and intensity values. Second, children's gestures for each vowel coincide with the regression analysis of all formant values at different timepoints regardless of the vocal fold and tract difference. Third, locus points appear higher than those of American males and females. Their gestures along the timepoints display almost similar patterns. From the results the author concludes that vowel formant trajectories provide useful and important information on dynamic articulatory gestures, which may be applicable to Korean children's education and correction of English vowels. Further studies on the developmental study of vowel formants and pitch values are desirable.

Purpose: This descriptive research study aimed to investigate the effect of social networks and information literacy competency on the job competency of community health practitioners. Methods: The participants of this study were 170 community health practitioners working in the southern and northern regions of J, Korea. Data collection was carried out from March 6, 2018, to April 17, 2018, using a structured self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the SPSS / WIN 23.0 statistical program. Results: Information literacy competency showed 45.5% explanatory power for job competency. However, there was no significant relationship between social networks and job competency. Conclusion: It is helpful to establish a systematic education system for job training and to expand educational opportunities using varied methods like online or mobile-based teaching to increase the job competency of community health practitioners.

The development of ICT technology has created new channels for product sales and promotion, which not only make information accessible to customers as easy as possible, but also provide consumers with much more absolute and comparative information. Modern consumers are exposed so many shopping channels currently, especially mobile-based channels have grown significantly and have become the center of the market. It is true that mobile shopping has led the growth of overall online shopping with the recent development of mobile devices such as smartphones and related software. The importance of strengthening corporate competitiveness and mobile-based management strategies through on line channels continues to increase. At this point, this study attempted to investigate the influencing factors by focusing on the entire distribution channel and mobile shopping channels. As most of previous studies were focused on Internet shopping malls or specific channels, So the research on mobile channels can be judged to be timely and appropriate. Furthermore, it can be said that mobile shopping channels are now presenting empirical implications. In conclusion, it provides practical implications to examine the management strategy of mobile shopping channels from the perspective of consumer value.

최근 온라인 교육 서비스 시장은 코로나 19 로 인해 수요가 급증하였다. 또한, 이동통신 기술의 발달로 그 규모가 확대되었고, 사용자는 시간과 장소에 구애 받지 않고 원하는 강의를 시청할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 온라인 교육 환경에서는 아이디 공유를 통해 강의를 부정 시청하는 사례가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 특히나 하나의 계정을 다수의 사용자가 공유하거나 타인에게 양도함으로써 온라인 교육 서비스 업체가 손해를 입거나 사용자의 개인정보가 유출될 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 온라인 강의 플랫폼에서 본인 인증을 강화하고 강의 부정 시청을 방지할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

Web science, a general discipline of learning is presently at high demand of expertise with ideas to develop software-based WebApps and MobileApps to facilitate user or customer demand e.g. shopping etc. electronically with the access at their smartphones benefitting the business enterprise as well. A worldwide-computerized reservation network is used as a single point of access for reserving airline seats, hotel rooms, rental cars, and other travel related items directly or via web-based travel agents or via online reservation sites with the advent of social-web, e-commerce, e-business, from anywhere-on-earth (AoE). This results in the accumulation of large and diverse distributed databases known as big data. This paper describes a novel intelligent web-based electronic booking framework for e-business with distributed computing and data mining support with the detail of e-business system flow for e-Booking application architecture design using the approaches for distributed computing and data mining tools support. Further, the importance of business intelligence and data analytics with issues and challenges are also discussed.

Recently, the distance education has been rapidly proliferated with the rapid growth of the Internet and high speed networks. There has been relatively much research with regard to online lecture (teaching and studying) tools for the distance education, compared to the virtual laboratory tools (for self-study and experiments). In this paper, we design and implement a web-based simulation tool, named as SimDraw, for the virtual laboratory in the distance education. To apply the web-based simulation technology into the distance education, some requirements should be met; firstly, the user interface of the simulation should be very easy for students. Secondly, the simulation should be very portable to be run on various computer systems of remote students. Finally, the simulation program on remote computers should be very thin so that students can easily install the program onto their computers. To meet these requirements, SimDraw adopts the client/server architecture; the client program contains only model development and animation functions so that no installation of a client program onto student's system is required, and it can be implemented by a Java applet in Web browsers. The server program supports client programs by offering the functions such as remote compiling, model storing, library management, and user management. For the evaluation of SimDraw, we show the simulation process using the example experimentation of the RIP(Routing Information Protocol) Internet routing protocol.
