AHP분석을 활용한 일방통행 선정기준 정립에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Criteria Establishment for One-way road using AHP)

  • 도시계획상 도로로 지정되지 못한 구도심의 이면도로에 있어서 교통혼잡 해소 등의 교통문제 해결을 위해서는 국내에 맞는 일방통행 선정기준의 정립이 절실히 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 일방통행제의 효율적인 운영을 위해 교통체계관리기법 중 가장 효과가 큰 일방통행의 선정기준을 재정립하고, 이면도로를 대상으로 이용효율 및 일방통행 지정 확대를 위한 선정기준을 제시하고자 한다. 일방통행제 선정요인을 도출하기 위해 교통관련 전문가 집단을 대상으로 계층분석법(AHP)을 수행한 결과, 보행량 및 보행교통 사고요인의 중요도가 높게 분석되었다. 세부 평가항목과 평가척도를 조합한 발생가능한 모든 시나리오 중 10,000개를 임의 추출하여 시나리오별 분석 결과를 그래프화 한 결과, 변곡점을 갖는 3개 구간($1{\leq}$A구간<1.91, 1.9$1{\leq}B$구간 <2.08, $2.08{\leq}C$구간<3)으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 수행을 통해 제시된 이면도로 일방통행 선정기준은 향후 일방통행 지정 및 재정비 시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

한국전통마을에 있어서 갈림길의 유형과 형태에 관한 연구 (A Study of Types and Forms of Branch-road in Traditional Korean Villages)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse types and forms of branch-road in traditional korean villages. To do this, this study has selected and measured 87 branch-road cases of five traditional villages. An analysis of the case study has revealed the following results : 1. Branch-roads have four formations : 3 way, 4 way, multi-way and others. 2. Branch-roads comprise 64 percent of 3 way, 18 percent of 4 way, 8 percent of multi-way and 9 percent of others, respectively. 3. Topographic conditions have mostly affected the formation of branch-roads. 3 way of branch - roads are easily found in flat village. 4 way are multi-way of branch-road are found in semi-hilly and hilly village 4. 3 way of branch-roads have three types: T-type, Y-type, and y-type. 5. T-types are easily found in flat village, but Y-type and y-type are found in semi-hilly and hilly village. 6. Each angle of T-type is 171,99,90, respectively. It has turned out 8 degree is slightly deviated form the square. 7. Y-type of branch-road has an asymmetric form, comprising 145, 128, 87 degree of the angle, compared to 150, 150, 60 degree of symmetric one. 8. Average angles of y-type that are mostly found in hilly village are 175, 113, 72. Angle differences from each spot are 62 and 41 degree. It is assumed that 39 degree is a slope of least effort to walk. 9. 4 way of branch-roads have not only "+" type but various types of K, Y and Y, Y and y, T and y and a foot of bird. 10. It is assumed that multi-way of branch-roads, mostly found on the middle and bottom of the hilly slope, has naturally formed to connect up and down, left and right.and right.

기계화(機械化) 집재작업(集材作業)을 위한 노망정비(路網整備)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)(II) - 적정임도간격(適正林道間隔) 및 임도밀도(林道密度) - (Studies on the Design of Forest Road Network for Mechanized Yarding Operations (II) - Optimal road spacing and density -)

  • 본 연구는 강원도 춘천군에 위치한 임업진흥촉진지역(林業振興促進地域)을 대상으로 총수확비용(總收穫費用)(임도개설비(林道開設費)+집재비(集材費))을 최소화하는 양방향(兩方向)-단계집재(段階集材) 및 이단계집재(二段階集材)를 위한 적정임도간격(適正林道間隔) 및 임도밀도(林道密度)를 산출하였다. 이때의 임도개설비(林道開設費)는 km당 천만원부터 6천만원까지이다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 양방향(兩方向)-단계집재(段階集材)에서는 케이블 크fp인이 적합하며, 적정임도간격(適正林道間隔)은 1,698m~4,192m,평균 3,087m이며, 임도밀도(林道密度)는 3.44m/ha~8.44m/ha, 평균 5.12m/ha로 산출되었다. 양방향(兩方向)-이단계집재(二段階集材)에서 중지형(中地形)은 중형집재기와 로깅부기의 조합기종이 적합하며 임도간격(林道間隔) 1,483m~3,481m, 평균 2,589m로서, 임도밀도(林道密度)는 4.05m/ha~9.46m/ha, 평균 5.90m/ha로 산출되었다. 또한 급지형(急地形)은 중형집재기와 진성윈치의 조합기종이 적합하며, 임도간격(林道間隔) 1,693m~3,982m, 평균 2,960m로서, 임도밀도(林道密度)는 3.68m/ha~8.64m/ha 평균 5.38m/ha로 산출되었다.

한국의 식재료 중 채소, 과일류의 유입과 실크로드 (The Relationship between the Introduction of Vegetables and Fruits into Korea and the Silk Road)

  • The author examined the origins, the course and the period of introduction of 94 types of vegetables and fruits mainly used in Korea. Then, based on it, the author looks into the relationship between food culture in Korea and those in the Silk Road. Among the vegetables and fruits, 57 types are not originated from Korea 17 types of stem and leaf vegetables, 9 types of root and fruit vegetables. 7 types of fruits, 6 types of seed, 6 types of pomes, 2 types of berries and grapes, and 1 type of nut. Their origins are spread in Europe, Southwest and South Asia but interestingly, they are located near or along the Silk Road. Therefore, it can be presumed that the vegetables and fruits were introduced into Korea from its neighboring countries by way of the Silk Road even before the Three Koreas Period and they were eaten widely in the Joseon Dynasty. Thus, the Silk Road helped some of the vegetables and fruits used in Korea to be introduced into Korea and eventually, contributed to diversifying Korean food culture. The cultural exchange is not one-way but two-way communication and the cultural exchange through the Silk Road is no exception. It is certain that by way of the Silk Road, foods and recipes were introduced into Korea from other countries but at the same time, Korean foods and recipes were propagated to other countries. In the future, more researches and studies should be conducted to find out how the foods and recipes are exchanged among the countries by the way of the Silk Road.

Studying the Transmission of Epidemics via the Maritime Silk Road in the Novel Nights of Plague

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the descriptions of the transmission of plague along the Silk Road in Orhan Pamuk's 2022 novel Nights of Plague. Pamuk won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2006, the first prize for Turkish literature. Pamuk's vast knowledge of epidemiological history, which has long fascinated him, comes to life in this novel as he describes the characters' battles against the plague in the East and West and how the plague was brought to the islands and spread along the Maritime Silk Road. One of the most important trade routes in human history, the Silk Road was not only a link between East and West trade and cultures but also a route for the transmission of bubonic plague during the medieval period onwards. It was this epidemic that contributed to the decline of the Silk Road. In the novel, a plague originating in China strikes the Ottoman coastal cities of Smyrna and Mingheria on its way to Europe via India. The epidemic is contained in Smyrna but the death toll spirals out of control when the plague reaches the island of Mingheria by sea. The spatial setting of the novel is an island, which means that it communicates with the outside world by sea. The only way the plague could have spread to an isolated island was by ship. Rats from different ports and ships would have traveled to other parts of the world or even countries to spread the plague. In Nights of Plague, the fact that the plague reached Mingheria via the maritime Silk Road is also proven by the route of the ships and various narratives. The novel confirms what many scholars have argued, that the Silk Road brought various goods from the East to the Roman Empire, along with deadly diseases, and that the sea routes were an important way for the plague to travel and spread.

로짓모델을 이용한 고령운전자 고속도로 교통사고 특성 분석 연구 (The Analysis of Older Driver's Traffic Accident Characteristic at Express-way using Logit model)

  • 고령화가 진행될수록 고령운전자의 수 역시 증가될 것으로 예상되어 향후 고령운전자에 의한 교통사고는 급증할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 고속도로 교통사고 발생시 고령층과 비고령층의 구분에 따른 교통사고 특성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 비고령층에 비해 고령층에 작용하는 영향요인이 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 로짓모형을 통해 비고령층과 고령층의 Odds Ratio를 분석하여 사고영향요인에 따른 차이점을 알아보았으며 고령운전자의 사고 분석 모형을 개발하였다. 비고령층에 비해 곡선구간 및 절토구간, 노면의 습기상태일 때 고령운전자의 사고위험이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

  • Image detection system for road traffic data analysis is a real time detection system using image processing techniques to get the real-time traffic information which is used for traffic control and analysis. One of the most important functions in this system is to match the coordinates of real world and that of image on video camera. When there in no way to know the exact position of camera and it´s height from the object. If some points on the road of real world are known it is possible to calculate the coordinates of real world from image.

  • 중국의 신(新)실크로드 구상인 일대일로(一帶一路) 전략은 중국 내륙지역을 중심으로 한 육상 실크로드와 연해지역을 중심으로 한 해상 실크로드로 나뉜다. 육상 실크로드는 대외교류 확대를 위해 주변 인접국가와의 인프라 연결 및 무역원활화 추진에 더욱 역점을 두고 있다. 해상 실크로드는 해상 인프라 구축과 해양 협력 강화를 일대일로 전략의 핵심으로 제시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일대일로의 오통 중에 경제협력과 가장 관련이 깊은 인프라, 자금, 무역 부문의 일대일로 진행상황에 대해 데이터를 기반으로 평가를 개괄하고, 아시아 국가와 특히 중국의 경제에 의존도가 심화되고 있는 북한의 일대일로 전략의 진행상황을 분석하였다. 중국은 일대일로 전략을 아시아 국가들과 인프라 연결을 위한 협력 체계 및 계획을 수립하고 협력 프로젝트를 추진해왔다. 그러나 아직까지 관련 프로젝트의 실행은 초기 단계에 머물러 있는 것으로 파악된다. 자금융통은 그 수준이 높지 않으며 지역별, 국가별, 항목별 격차가 크고 앞으로도 빠른 발전은 어려워 보인다. 무역창통 수준은 인프라 연결이나 자금융통보다 활발하게 무역교류와 투자협력이 이루어지고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 최근 글로벌 경기 침체에 따라 중국의 전체 무역량은 감소하였지만 일대일로 아시아 국가들과 무역규모는 크게 증가하였으며, 투자협력도 직접투자규모가 크게 증대되고 있음을 파악하였다. 아울러 일대일로 추진에 있어서 중국의 ICT 기업의 활약이 두드러지면서 중국의 디지털 일대일로가 아시아국가로 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 중국의 ICT기업은 일대일로의 인접국가인 동남아를 공략하면서 기술 수출과 콘텐츠 수출 등의 방식을 통해 현지에 서비스와 기술 지원을 제공하고, 문화 융합을 추진하는 등 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 주도하고 있다.

모션 라이더를 위한 시각 시뮬레이션 시스템의 개발 (Development of a Visual Simulation System for the Motion Rider)

  • In this paper, we propose the visual simulation system for virtual reality motion rider system. The visual simulation system can apply verity virtual reality system. This paper deals with programs on 3D automatic creation of terrain, road design, and a realtime rendering program for the virtual reality system. For the 3D automatic creation of terrain, DEM data and rectangular grid method are applied. We can make two different road object with the road design program. One of them includes road definition, and the other is obtained by using 'NURBS curve.' Visual simulation is consisted by additional modeling and real-time rendering. We can apply the programs made in this way to visual system of driving simulator.

The application of neural network system to the prediction of pollutant concentration in the road tunnel

  • In this study, it was purposed to develop the new method for the prediction of pollutant concentration in road tunnels. The new method was the use of artificial neural network with the back-propagation algorithm which can model the non-linear system of tunnel environment. This network system was separated into two parts as the visibility and the CO concentration. For this study, data was collected from two highway road tunnels on Yeongdong Expressway. The tunnels have two lanes with one-way direction and adopt the longitudinal ventilation system. The actually measured data from the tunnels was used to develop the neural network system for the prediction of pollutant concentration. The output results from the newly developed neural network system were analysed and compared with the calculated values by PIARC method. Results showed that the prediction accuracy by the neural network system was approximately five times better than the one by PIARC method. ill addition, the system predicted much more accurately at the situation where the drivers have to be stayed for a while in tunnels caused by the low velocity of vehicles.
