선박운항자의 조종부하경감을 위한 일방통항형 항만에 관한 연구 (One-way Through Port from the Viewpoint of Reduction of Ship′s Maneuvering Stress)

  • 일반적으로 거의 모든 항만들은 출입구가 하나뿐인 폐쇄형태로 설계되어 있다. 선박이 대형화됨에 따라서 선박의 조종곤란성, 선회수역의 크기, 추가적인 예선사용료 등의 문제가 발생한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 폐쇄형태의 항만에서 선박의 출입구가 각각 존재하는 일방통항형 항만형태로의 발상을 전환할 필요가 있다. 따라서 이와 같은 일방통항형 항만의 장점을 선박운항자의 조종부하경감 관점에서 검토하기 위해서는 정량적이고 시스템적인 분석절차가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 각각 다른 세가지 출항방식에 대한 조선자의 선호도를 퍼지적분 모델을 이용하여 평가하였다.

  • Ship Pilotage is one of the most important parts in the construction and development of Shanghai International Shipping Center as it has the fundamental function for the promotion and speed-up of the ship navigation and cargo operation. Recently, Shanghai Maritime University and Shanghai Harbour Pilotage Administration Station had carried out a research project of 'Study on Ship Safety Pilotage in the Shanghai Harbour by Way of FSA (Formal Safety Assessment)'. The aim of this project is to put out some proposes of the decision-making for the improvement of the safety pilotage in Shanghai habour through the way of the FSA. Now these proposes of the decision-making have been adopted and conducted in practice and satisfactory results have been achieved. In the paper, some detailed information, methods and ideas about this research project have been introduced and explained for improving the safety pilotage in Shanghai Harbour.

  • The -advent of electronic navigation equipment and trustworthy computer which provides people with convenience made the management system by one-man bridge operation or the least people who are needed possible through the integration of communication network with various navigation equipment and related institution. One of the most needed ultra-modem navigation device for a mate, ECDIS is a core equipment for navigation in ENS that notifies peril to mate as well as supervises all tasks in hydrographical chart, voyage planning, course monitoring and voyage recording. We should make coast and ocean voyage planning first, for the secure navigation which is considering the course circumstances and next, for the reduction of voyage dates in economical aspect. There needs a thoughtful consideration about the feature of the ship itself and the course with weather condition in taking up the course and also we have to take into accounts about appropriate distance between ships. Considering the essential conditions of ECDIS the indispensable device in the future, it was developed the basic principle for voyage planning algorithm for officer and programmed to real implementation available. In this paper including most of the requirements in ECDIS performance standard I mentioned about such a basic and a core Principle with real application by using the Visual C++ programming language. The voyage plan includes the function that indicate and modifies all the way points in the course from department port to arrival port with erasing the wrong way points. Also, it provides in a document form that shows ETA at glance in average speed sailing.

원양어업 전용부두 개설 앞두고;-원양업 거듭나기 구상 - (The Revitalization of Deep-sea Fishery Through the Construction of Fish-Pier)

  • Pusan is the largest fishing port in Korea, and deals with more than I million ton of fish catches annually, including catches of coastal and off-shore fisheries as well as those of deep-sea fishery. However, it hen had no fishing port facilities specialized fer deep-sea fishery since it started 30 years ago. Economic and physical losses resulting from this have teen enormous. Although fishing port facilities are a part of infra-structures built by Governments, the construction of them has been delayed due to financial difficulties of Central or local governments. To overcome this harsh situation to which deep-sea fishery cooperations faced, some cooperations have decided to construct fishing port facilities including fish-pier specialized for deep-sea fishery in Gamcheon port. The construction expenses of these facilities were financed by private funds to which they themselves jointly contributed. As a result, a fish-[pier, which has the capacity of serving one fishing vessel of 10, 000 ton or four of 5, 000 ton or four of 1, 000 ton at the same time, will be opened in here by 1994. The paper examines the master plan to revitalize the deep-sea fisheries industry in a deep depression with the opening of these physical facilities. The framwork of the plan is pursued in two different aspects, which are both hardware and software. In a hardware aspect, the plan in to develop Pusan into a city which is suitable for one of the best fishing ports in the world. That is, it is to develop the city into a place famous for sightseeing as well as the distribution and processing of fish-products centering around fish-piers. On the other hand, in a software aspet, it is regarding improvement of the distribution system of fish-products. One way to do that is to make up some deficiencies of the current system of a producers' joint sale. And the other is to establish an exchange of fish-products futures. Through these institutions, we could abrsorb speculative funds, which would otherwise be invested in speculation on fish-products, into productive investment opportunities, We believe that if the plan is realized, the deep-sea fishery in Korea will revive from a long-tasted depression and make progress to become one of the mai industries of Korea.

  • Collision avoidance is the most important part of a small vessel. Small and mediurn sized ships are surprisingly poor targets for radar reflection and are frequently in danger of being overrun by large vessels, even under good condition of visibility. One of the best way to prevent collisions at sea is to use as large and well designed a radar reflector. Thus, RCS(Radar Cross Section) increase is key element in the design of radar reflector. Radar Reflectors are normally classified into active-type and passive-type. In this paper, the RCS increase methods for passive-type reflector through shaping are explained, and analyzed with RCS performance test by computer simulation. As results from analysis, It is shown that the effective diameter of radar reflector is over 10 λ to provide a return above the threshold RCS of 25m$^2$, lower limit of detectability using X-band radar in a moderate sea.

ND-K-S를 적용한 항로 통항분포와 통항패턴 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Traffic Distribution and Traffic Pattern on Traffic Route using ND-K-S)

  • 항로는 선박의 통항이 빈번하여 사고의 위험이 높은 지역이지만, 선박의 통항분포에만 초점을 맞춘 연구가 다수였으며, 항로의 특성과 선박의 크기별 통항패턴에 대한 연구는 부족하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 3개의 주요 항로에서의 통항분포와 통항패턴을 분석하기 위해서 3일간의 선박의 통항현황을 조사하였다. 통항현황을 바탕으로 항로를 10개의 Gate line으로 구분하고 각 Gate line을 통과하는 선박크기를 소형선, 중형선, 대형선으로 세 분류하여 분석하였다. 각 항로의 통항분석을 바탕으로 각 Gate line에서의 통항분포에 대하여 ND-K-S(Normal Distribution-Kurtosis-Skewness)를 적용하여 평가하였다. ND 평가 결과 통항분포에서 대형선은 정규분포를, 중형선은 편도항로에서만 정규분포를 만족하고, 소형선은 정규분포를 만족하지 않는 것으로 평가되었다. K-S 평가 결과 통항패턴은 왕복항로와 편도항로에서 뚜렷한 구분을 보였다. K 평가의 결과 편도항로에서는 고루 항로를 이용하는 통항패턴을 가지지만, 왕복항로에서는 항로의 한 부분에 집중하는 통항패턴을 가지는 것으로 평가되고, S 평가의 결과 편도항로에서는 항로의 중앙을 따라 항행하는 통항패턴을 가지지만, 왕복항로에서는 항로의 우측에 치우치는 통항패턴을 가지는 것으로 평가되었다. 다만 본 연구는 3개의 주요 항로를 비교한 만큼 향후 다양한 환경에서의 항로분석이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

1D-CNN을 이용한 항만내 선박 이동시간 예측 (Prediction of Ship Travel Time in Harbour using 1D-Convolutional Neural Network)

  • 해상교통관제사는 항로폭이 협소한 항만에서 선박 충돌사고 예방을 위해 one-way로 항해하도록 선박의 입·출항 대기 지시를 한다. 현재 해상교통관제사의 입·출항대기 지시는 과학적이고 통계적인 데이터를 기반으로 하지 않고 해상교통관제사의 개인 역량에 따라 편차가 크다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 항만에서의 선박 입·출항 대기 지시를 위한 정확한 이동 시간을 예측하기 위해 선박 및 기상 데이터를 수집하여 1d-합성곱신경망 모델을 구축하였다. 제안한 모델이 다른 앙상블 기계학습 모델보다 4.5% 이상 개선된 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 다양한 상황에서도 선박 입·출항 소요시간 예측이 가능하여 해상교통관제사는 선박에게 정확한 정보 제공 및 대기지시 판단에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

900MHz대 FDD방식을 이용한 선내용 Tranceiver에 관한 연구 (A Study on the 900MHz FDD Tranceiver for the Vessel)

  • The portable two way radio telephone amongst GMDSS equipment in the vessel is very important portable wireless one for search and rescue in distress situation. Although the portable two way radio telephone must be equipped with in the vessel by IMO & RR, other kinds of wireless tranceivers are widely used to communicate with crew members who are separately appointed at bridge forecastle and poop in leaving or arriving at the port, passing through a narrow canal or voyaging in the foggy weather, Most of those wireless tranceivers except portable two way radio telephone are allocated at 27MHz band with PTT simplex system that makes crew members difficult to work effectively in the vessel. In this research 900MHz band FDD(frequency duplex division) tranceiver system is studied to help crew members in the vessel to communicate with themselves freely and to work easily meanwhile with simple operation. 900MHz band FDD tranceiver system uses one chip FM frontend IC to realize the miniaturization and downsizing of tranceiver and small size head set attached to helmet. The credibility of this research's result is highly evaluated by circuit analysis with computer aided simulation, and partly modified 900MHz band cordless phone circuit.

  • 해운 시황이 악화함에 따라 해운선사는 컨테이너선의 대형화를 촉진함으로써 규모의 경제 를 실현하고자 한다. 이에 컨테이너터미널 운영사는 신속한 서비스를 제공하며 많은 물동량을 유치하고자 자동화 장비와 시스템 도입을 통하여 허브항만으로 자리 잡고자 한다. 이처럼 선진 컨테이너터미널은 자동화 도입과 개발의 증가로 생산성과 효율성을 향상하며 경쟁력을 강화하고 있지만, 국내는 반자동화에 머물러있는 실정이다. 따라서 관련 주체별을 대상으로 설문 조사를 통한 인식 차이 분석을 위하여 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 향후 컨테이너터미널 자동화의 원활한 도입을 위한 이해관계자 간의 인식을 확인하고자 한다.
