대학에서 관광교육제도의 OJT 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study On the OJT Program deveopment of the tourism educational institution in the University)

  • At present, the students majoring in tourism approach theoretically and practically target human resource development which is balanced between creativity and specialty. and yet, the initial step of on-the-job training has not been worked and the area of tourism and experience in this field are known as a begining stage. this study is focusing on the on-the job training in the area of tourism major in university. To solve the problems and to get rid of these weakpoint, the cooperative institution controling the tourism educational institution in the University. On top of that, some useful measures should be taken. The improved educational programs, appropriate curriculum, proper supervision for the trainees, correlation with school learningand on-the-job training, and flow of human resources between input levels and output levels. Hereafter finer and better study of this subject will be hopefully continued.

DACUM을 활용한 기계설비유지관리자 직무분석 및 교육훈련 프로그램 개발 (Development of Education and Training Programs and Job Analysis on 'Mechanical Facilities Maintenance Manager' Using DACUM)

  • 이 연구는 기계설비유지관리자 양성을 위한 교육훈련 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 DACUM 기법을 활용하여 직무분석을 실시하고 전문가 협의회를 통해 교육훈련 프로그램(안)을 개발하였다. 직무분석은 10명으로 구성된 데이컴 위원회를 중심으로 기계설비유지자 직무정의, 직무모형, 직업명세서, 작업명세서를 도출하였다 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 기계설비유지관리자는 기계설비에 대한 운용, 점검, 진단, 보수를 통하여 최상의 성능과 효율적인 운영을 할 수 있도록 하며 안전하고 쾌적한 환경을 제공하고 에너지 절감과 설비수명 연장을 위한 업무를 수행하는 자로 정의하였다. 둘째, 직무모형에 분석된 기계설비유지관리자의 책무는 기계설비운영 종합계획, 기계설비 에너지관리, 기계설비 운영관리, 기계설비 정비관리, 기계설비 안전환경관리, 기계설비 보수공사관리, 기계설비 고객지원관리로 구성되어 있다. 책무 특성 및 내용을 고려하여 하나의 책무(duty)당 4~11개의 작업(task)이 도출되어 총 33개 작업을 직무모형으로 제시하였다. 셋째, 기계설비유지관리자 교육과정은 기계설비 관리실무I과 기계설비 관리실무II의 2개 과목으로 설정하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 교육훈련프로그램 적용 및 활용시 고려사항과 정책 제언을 제시하였다.

코칭에 대한 간호사의 인식, 행동수준 및 직무특성 (Nurses' Awareness, Behavior on Coaching and Job Characteristics in a Hospital)

  • Purpose: This research was conducted to investigate the nurses' awareness and behavior on coaching and its relation with job characteristics in a hospital. Methods: Total 300 nurses in a university affiliated hospital were surveyed with questionnaires between April and May, 2008. The data was analyzed using SAS 9.1. Results: The data showed that 88.9 % of nurses responded the need of coaching training program while only 80.9% of general nurses and 75.7% preceptor nurses would like to participate in the training. The current level of knowledge for coaching was not different by the age, education level, and career. However, coaching behavior and job characteristics were significantly higher in the nurse managers than in general nurses or preceptors. The correlation between coaching behavior and job characteristics were identified. Conclusion: The gaps between the perceived necessity of coaching program implementation and willingness to participate in the coaching program were due to worry about the burden of extra hours needed to participate the program. To introduce coaching program to a nurses' organization successfully, the efforts should be made to develop the coaching training program for nurses based on the results and to support them systematically.

한국과 영국의 청소년 고용증진정책 비교연구 : 직업훈련 중심 (A Comparative Study of Vocational Training Schemes for Youth Employment Promotion in the United Kingdom and Korea)

  • The present study is designed to trace the successful reform steps taken within the vocational training system in the UK and to extract a set of instructive implications for Korea's future reform path towards an efficient vocational training system conducive to youth employment. To this end, this study focuses on three major aspects of the youth vocational training system: the government's role and partnerships between training and industry, the vocational training system, and the employment support system. Implications drawn from the comparative analysis are as follows. Vocational training reform should be made within the broad paradigm of youth employment promotion. All aspects of the youth vocational training system, such as the training program structure, program content, provider, management, so on, should be reformed, step by step, within a long-term plan. In addition to the vocational training reforms. employment support programs should be enlarged, and the service delivery system should be well structured in order to enhance the effects of the training reforms. For these reforms, it is essential to make fundamental changes in the following areas: integration of youth employment policy making and its administrative structures, reinforcement of partnerships between training and industry, nation-wide standardization of job skins, and the introduction of standardized job certificate classification on a national level.

중소기업의 자격부여형 일학습병행제 참여가 근로자의 직무능력 향상에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Participation in Work and Learning Dual System of Small Businesses on Employees' Job Competency Enhancement)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업의 자격부여형 일학습병행제 참여가 근로자의 직무능력 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 일학습병행제의 교육형태 중 수행평가가 근로자의 직무능력 향상에 유의한(p<.001, ${\beta}=.514$) 영향을 미쳤으며 직급에 따른 일학습병행제 효과 인식에 차이가 나타났다. 결론적으로 중소기업의 자격부여형 일학습병행제 참여 시 수행평가가 근로자의 직무역량 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으므로 기존 학습과정에서 대표적으로 운영되는 집체식 교육훈련이나 현장훈련만큼 수행평가의 효과성을 중요하게 인식하고 프로그램에 적극적으로 포함시킬 필요가 있다고 제안할 수 있다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 자격부여형 일학습병행제 참여가 근로자의 직무능력 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 일학습병행제 참여의 성과 분석에 관한 연구의 폭을 넓히고 학습형태에 따른 효과성을 규명한 데 연구의 의의가 있다.

패션수입업체의 내부마케팅 요인이 판매원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Internal Marketing Factors in Import Apparel Company on Job Satisfaction)

  • The main purpose of this research is to investigate the present circumstances of internal marketing in domestic apparel-import company and study if the internal marketing activities in import apparel company have a significant effect on salespersons' job satisfaction. As a preliminary investigation, the interviews with 6 expert salespersons of imported apparel company were taken to develop a practical measuring tool. As a result, 21 categories which effect on internal marketing and 6 factors which influence on job satisfaction were extracted. Next, a survey with the salespersons who work in apparel-import company was taken, and 186 collected data were used in this study. To analyze the data, factor analysis, frequency analysis, and multiple regression analysis are executed by a statistics package, SPSS v12.0. The results are as follows. First, five factors which effect on internal marketing activities in have been identified as welfare, incentives, employment & training, communication, empowerment. Among them, four factors of welfare, incentives, employment & training, and communication have been come out as statistically significant factors which influenced on salesperson's job satisfaction. Second, the internal marketing activities of import apparel company according to salesperson's demographic factors - payment, working periods, and marriage have been demonstrated significant difference on salespersons' job satisfaction. When the marriage is examined, the job satisfaction of the single mostly depends on incentives while that of the married does on welfare. On the consideration of working periods, the less does the group have working experience, the more does it have a dependence on incentives. On the other hand, the group which has much payment and experience mostly relies on welfare. The middle class show to be dependent on communication and employment&training as well as welfare and incentives.

6시그마 성공요인이 직무만족과 품질성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Success Factors of Six Sigma on Job Satisfaction and Quality Performance)

  • This study is an empirical study on the relationships among success factors of six sigma(support of top management, education and training, performance-based reward, customer and quality focused thought), job satisfaction, and quality performance. In particular, mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between success factors of six sigma and quality performance is empirically analysed to find causes and impacts among these variables. A survey was conducted on the employees working in 'H' company which is applying six sigma at Ulsan City. The survey questionnaires were sent to 300 people and 216 of them were returned. Data obtained was analyzed with SPSS 18.0. The study results are as follows: First, there were positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and job satisfaction. Second, there was also a positive relationship between job satisfaction and quality performance. Third, there were also positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and quality performance. Finally, job satisfaction were full mediating effects on the relationship between critical success factors of six sigma(education and training, performance-based reward) and quality performance. Critical success factors of six sigma(customer and quality focused thought) had a partial mediating effect on quality performance. On the other hand, support of top management had no mediating effect on quality performance.

국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄 재직자 교육훈련 만족에 영향을 미치는 변인 탐색 (Exploring Factors Affecting Satisfaction of Education and Training for Consortium for HRD Ability Magnified Program)

  • 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄은 중소기업 재직근로자의 전략분야 인력양성사업의 일환이며, 공동훈련에 필요한 인프라, 훈련비, 인건비 및 일반운영비 등을 국가에서 지원하는 사업이다. 본 연구의 목적은 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄 재직자 교육훈련 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄 교육훈련 재직자 과정에 참여한 707명의 자료를 SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 컨소시엄 교육훈련 참여자의 성별, 강사 만족, 교육시설 및 서비스 만족 요인이 교육훈련 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 강사 만족, 교육시설 및 서비스 만족, 성별 순으로 교육훈련 만족에 미치는 영향이 높았다. 성별의 경우 남자가 여자보다 교육훈련 만족에 더 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연령, 직위, 직군은 교육훈련에 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시하면, 첫째, 강사 만족이 교육 훈련 만족의 가장 큰 영향 요인이라는 점에서 강사의 역량을 강화하고, 강사에 대한 지원을 체계적으로 실시하는 것이 중요하다. 둘째, 교육훈련 참여자가 교육훈련에 효과적으로 참여할 수 있고, 현업에서 교육훈련전이를 높일 수 있는 교육훈련의 환경 조성 및 시설 제공이 필요하다. 셋째, 여성 재직자의 교육 훈련 참여를 높이고, 여성 재직자의 특성을 고려한 교육훈련 교육과정의 설계 및 시행이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 넷째, 교육훈련 내용의 적절성, 교육훈련 시간의 적정성, 직무의 연관성, 직무의 기여도 면에서 질적 수준을 높이는 데에도 보다 많은 노력이 요구된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the present conditions and problems of the joint education between industry and the academic world in the field of dental technology which were identified by the department of dental technology with the related industries and to meet their expectations for the cooperative education. The results of this study will be able to be furnished as basic data in deciding the direction of policy toward skillful dental technicians with a view to improving job employment rate of college graduates. The questionnaires for data were done by the dental technicians working in Daegu City and Kyeongbuk Province and students studying at the department of dental technology, Daegu Health College. The questionnaires of this study were processed by SPSS program. We could confirm through the investigation that on-the-job training as one of the joint policies between industry and the academic world is closely related to all the college education and that the results of on-the-job training can be expected under the close cooperation and the complementary relationship between industry and the academic world. Therefore, this study indicates the directions of policy toward skillful technicians through the cooperation between industry and the academic world as follows : 1. The cooperative systems among industry, academic world, and government are needed for the improvement of efficient job employment rate. The continuous training programs are needed to be built up for the maintenance and development of the technicians'specialty after employment. 2. The all-in-one educational programs both education and employment are needed for the on-the-job training through the cooperation between industry and the academic world, and the activation of the organizations which fully operate them is also needed. That's because the sufficient on-the-job training as one of the joint policies between industry and the academic world and the education of the whole man and the improvement of sociality for the expectant graduates in the academic world can be the methods which reduce the jobless rate and the job-change rate.

Staff Motivation, Self-efficacy and Job Performance of Library Personnel in Public Libraries in Kwara State, Nigeria

  • A person's job performance is the result of their efforts, influenced by their skills, personality, and perceptions of their role. Job performance is the execution of statutory obligations or functions based on the area of expertise of library personnel that are directed toward achieving the library's goals. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of staff motivation and self-efficacy on the job performance of library personnel in Kwara State, Nigeria. The descriptive survey approach of correlational type was used in this investigation. To cover all the library personnel at the participating public libraries in Kwara State, Nigeria, total enumeration or census survey methodologies were used. Eight objectives are used to steer this investigation. The findings demonstrated a significant correlation between staff motivation and job performance, while self-efficacy and job performance have a significant negative relationship. The authors recommend that library personnel who receive training, particularly training focused on providing them with development chances, may perceive that the organization values them as individuals, which increases their sense of self-worth and, as a result, helps them create stronger job performance.
