This paper suggests a method for predicting a box-office success of the film. Lately, as the growth of the film industry, a variety of studies for the prediction of market demand is being performed. The product life cycle of film is relatively short cultural goods. Therefore, in order to produce stable profits, marketing costs before opening as well as the number of screen after opening need a plan. To fulfill this plan, the demand for the product and the calculation of economic profit scale should be preceded. The cases of existing researches, as a variable for predicting, primarily use the factors of competition of the market or the properties of the film. However, the proportion of the potential audiences who purchase the goods is relatively insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, in order to consider people's perception of a movie, Twitter was utilized as one of the survey samples. The existing variables and the information extracted from Twitter are defined as off-line and on-line element, and applied those two elements in machine learning by combining. Through the experiment, the proposed predictive techniques are validated, and the results of the experiment predicted the chance of successful film with about 95% of accuracy.

Agricultural research and development (R&D) investment has contributed not only to agriculture but also to the overall economic growth of the country. The recent arrival of the fourth industrial revolution has raised the need for agricultural R&D as a preparation. Agriculture R&D is directly related to the fourth industrial revolution in the agricultural and livestock sectors that utilize big data, robots, artificial intelligence and cloud. Meanwhile, subsidies or grants are considered the most widely used means of policy. Therefore, in light of the current situation in which Chinese agriculture values R&D investment, this study attempted to analyze the dynamic relationship between variables by establishing a model of agricultural environment subsidy representing the role of government, agricultural technology progress representing existing agricultural R&D investment, agricultural income representing agricultural development and total agricultural output. The analysis results showed that each variable's reaction to the rise in China's agricultural R&D investment has a positive effect on agricultural development, in line with the theory that the investment in science and technology in the agricultural sector has a positive effect. In addition, the response of each variable to China's rising agricultural environment subsidy is shown to have a positive relationship, which can also be said to be in line with the theory that the government's market-friendly intervention is beneficial to economic development.

The real estate portal has grown into a successful e-Business model that is combined on and off line. Although IT technologies have shown rapid growth, the real estate portals have failed to satisfy the expectations of the Internet users. Based on Michael Porter's competitive forces framework, this study proposes five competitive strategies for continuing growth of the real estate portals. First, to strengthen bargaining power against supplier, buyer and potential new entrants, the real estate portals need to construct a basic network that is cost efficient and maintains real estate goods and makes profits by collaborative deals. Second, strengthen brand value and endeavor to escape from dependency on the Internet portals. Third, develop services to consider changed circumstances and give a lot of sources to make profit to real estate agencies. Fourth, concentrate on marketing to draw in the Internet users and adapt strategies that have been successful in other fields. Finally, real estate fields can seek out ideas for developing new business models from other successful e-Business models and should benchmark them to reduce expenses to a minimum and increase benefits to a maximum.

The purposes of this study were to segment consumers by on-line word of month and to find the differences among the segmented groups in regard to fashion involvement, internet perceived risk, and internet purchase behavior. The subjects of this study were female consumers who were members of online cafe in Korea. The data were collected during October, 2004. The respondents returned the questionnaires through internet and 480 questionnaires were finally used in the data analysis. The statistical analyses used for the study were factor analysis, cluster analysis, t-test, and $X^2-test$. The results showed that word-of·mouth communication on internet(e-WOM) is composed of two factors, word-of-mouth transmission and word-of-mouth acceptance. These two factors were put under cluster analysis and were classified into two groups of the word-of·mouth communication: WOM group and non-WOM group. T-test showed that word-of-mouth communication groups were significantly different in regard to fashion involvement, internet perceived risk, and internet purchase behavior. For example, WOM group was more uncertain of their clothing choices, put more weight on the internal factors of clothing selection, and was a frequent purchaser of internet fashion products. Internet fashion business needs to implement the proper marketing strategies based on the results of the study.
