대장균 발효공정에서 흐름주입분석을 이용한 글루코스와 초산의 온라인 모니터링 (On-line Monitoring of Glucose and Acetate by Flow-Injection Analysis in Escherichia coli Fermentation Process)

  • 글루코스와 초산을 온라인 모니터링 하기위한 흐름주입분석기 술이 개발되었고 대장균발효공정에 이용되었다. 또한, Epoxy 고 분자 담체에 고정화된 GOD와 SOD 를 이용한 GOD-FIA와 SOD-FlA의 특성을 연구했다. 즉, FIA 의 조작온도, 운반용액 속의 첨 가제 (Triton, EDTA, natrium azid 등), 분석 시 료에 용 해된 신진대사물의 농도, pH, 초산측정시 사코진 농도 등에 따 라 고정화된 GOD와 SOD의 활성도, 즉 검출신호의 높이변화를 고찰했다. 최소배양액 과 복합배양액을 사용한 대장균 발효공정 에서 달루코스와 초산을 동시에 온라인 모니터링 하였으며 그결 과는 오프라인 분석결과와 잘 일치 하였다,

  • In this paper, criterion and algorithm for on-line dissolved gas of a Power transformer are studied. For the initial diagnosis of a power transformer, the on-line dissolved gas analysis is one of the most important and acceptable item to preventively diagnose a power transformer. But the criterion and algorithm of this item are not established yet in korea. In this paper, criterion and alarm level of the on-line dissolved gas analysis are based on the analysis of on-line data of operating transformers, Korea industrial standard and operation manual for a power transformer as well as accumulated data of the preventive diagnosis systems which have been operated at nine substations of Korea Electric Power Co.(KEPCO) since 1997, Therefore, the criterion and alarm level proposed in this paper are to be well suitable and are adaptable for the domestic operational environments and conditions of the power transformer. Considering that the conventional diagnosis system is capable only of accumulating and monitoring data of the power transformer operation, the criteria and the algorithms make it possible to accomplish an ultimate goal of the preventive diagnosis system. It is expected, therefore, that they will have a beneficial effect on broad applications of the preventive diagnosis system and the achievement of manless substation system in the future.

  • Korean High Speed Train (KHST) has been tested on high speed line in JungBu site since it was developed in 2002. The data acquisition system was developed to accomplish successfully this on-line test for proving the dynamic Performance of KHST. This system was consist of the personal computers based on National Instrument PXI modules and the test programs based on Labview 6i. This paper shows that this system is efficient to acquire the test data through the multi-channels connected the accelerometers which located in long distance places and flexible to change and add channels for data acquisition. The dynamic analysis of an on-line test is very complicate because the environmental conditions, as examples radius of curve, inclination of the track, tunnels, bridges, and so forth, and running conditions, as examples driving, braking, the number of working motors, and so forth, have an effect on the results. Therefor, the analysis method is important and this paper proposes the efficient procedure graphically, showing the proposed method simplify the accelerations of 5th bogie frame acquired during the on-line test for KHST.

온라인 웹기반 원전 터빈 사이클 열성능 분석 시스템 (Web-Based On-Line Thermal Performance Analysis System for Turbine Cycle of Nuclear Power Plant)

  • We need to develop a on-line thermal performance analysis system for nuclear power plant to determine performance status and heat rate of turbine cycle. We have developed PERUPS(PERformance Upgrade System) to aid the effective performance analysis of turbine cycle. Procedures of performance calculation are improved using several adaptations from standard calculation algorithms based on PTC(Performance Test Code). Robustness in the on-line performance analysis is increased by verification & validation scheme for measured input data. The system also provides useful web interfaces for performance analysis such as graphic heat balance of turbine cycle and components, turbine expansion lines, automatic generation of analysis report. The system was successfully applied for YongGwang nuclear plant unit #3,4.

  • 본 논문에서는 브로드캐스트를 수행할 수 있는 m개의 서버가 존재하는 경우에 마감시간이 있는 요청들을 만족시키는 스케줄링 문제를 다룰 것이다. 서버가 어떤 페이지를 브로드캐스트하면 이 페이지를 요구한 모든 요청들은 만족된다. 스케줄링 알고리즘은 매 시간에 서버에서 브로드캐스트 할 페이지를 결정한다. 알고리즘의 목표는 마감시간 안에 만족된 요청들의 가중치 합을 최대로 하는 것이다. 온라인 알고리즘의 성능은 입력을 미리 다 알고 결정을 내리는 최적 오프라인 알고리즘의 성능과 비교된다. 일반적으로 최적 오프라인 알고리즘의 성능이 월등히 뛰어 나기 때문에 온라인 알고리즘이 보다 많은 자원을 이용할 수 있는 자원추가 분석 방법을 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 알고리즘이 보다 많은 서버를 사용하는 경우를 다룰 것이다.

  • Railload line design of the railroad construction project should be planed considering the variety of quantitative and qualitative factors, and needs to be selected the optimum altinative weighing from VE/LCC analysis of the planned design. The purpose of this research is for showing selecting plan of the optimum railload line and railway bridge applying VE/LCC analysis in selecting the optimum altinative of railroad construction based on quantitative and qualitative factors, such as initial construction cost, maintenance cost, owner and user's requirements. In this research showed the application plan by each stage using data analysis, function analysis, and alternative evaluation of VE/LCC analysis with AHP and LCC analysis program for the selection. This research is proved the rationality and application of the course of selecting the optimum alternative through case application

  • In this paper, utilizing the line balancing algorithm proposed to deal with various situations of automated assembly line, the optimal solution can be derived by the branch and bound method of analysis. By the application of line balancing algorithm to telephone assembly line, thoughput is improved by 3.38%. Therefore, in the proposed line, blicking phenomena were reduced and smooth line-flow was achieved, and uniform distribution of utilization rate of each machine is obtained.

  • Most of battery industries are growing explosively as a core strategy industry for the development of the semi-conductor, the LCD, and the mobile communication device. Dynamic characteristic analysis consists of dynamic behavior analysis and finite element analysis and is necessary for effective design of machines. In the dynamic behavior analysis, the displacement, velocity, applied force and angular velocity of each components are simulated according to each part. In the FEA, stress analysis, mode analysis, and frequency analysis are performed far each part. The results of these simulations are used for the design specification investigation and compensation for optimal design of cell manufacturing line. Virtual Engineering of the separator inserting machine on the automatic cell assembly line systems are modeled and simulated. 3D motion behavior is visualized under real-operating condition on the computer window. Virtual Prototype make it possible to save time by identifying design problems early in development, cut cost by reducing making hardware prototype, and improve quality by quickly optimizing full-system performance. As the first step of CAE which integrates design, dynamic modeling using ADAMS and FEM analysis using NASTRAN are developed.

재무적 송전권의 전력시장에의 영향 분석 (Analysis of the Competitive Effects of Financial Transmission Rights on Electricity Markets)

  • In a deregulated electricity generation market, the sufficient capacity of transmission lines will promote the competition among generation companies (Gencos). In this paper, we show that Gencos' possession of rights to collect congestion rents may increase the competition effects of the transmission lines. In order for concrete analysis on this effect, a simple symmetric market model is introduced. In this framework, introducing the transmission right to the Gencos has the same strategic effects as increasing the line capacity of the transmission line. Moreover, the amount of effectively increased line capacity is equal to the amount of the line rights. We also show that the asymmetric share of the financial transmission rights may result in an asymmetric equilibrium even for symmetric firms and markets. We also demonstrate these aspects in equal line rights model and single firm line rights model. Finally, a numerical example is provided to show the basic idea of the proposed paper.

  • Line capacity calculation has been used to determine optimum efficiency and safe train service for train scheduling plan and investment priority order throughout detecting bottleneck section. Because of some problems of Yamagisi and UIC methods for line capacity calculation, developing of the method of line capacity caculation and evaluation for the Korea circumstance is important. This paper deals with the reliability improvement on the integrated system of TPS(Train Performance Simulator), PES(Parameter Evaluation Simulator), LCS(Line Capacity Simulator) and simulation and sensitivity analysis for line capacity.
