고등학교에서 학생의 진로교육에 대한 기본 자료는 교육과학기술부에서 지원하는 NEIS의 교무업무시스템과 담임교사 중심의 진로교육 자료가 오프라인 형태로 관리 및 운영되고 있어, 학생들의 진로교육을 위한 실질적 의사결정 시스템으로서 활용하기에 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 학생들의 맞춤형 진로교육을 위한 e-포트폴리오, 성적 및 상담자료 등을 DB로 구축하여, 인터넷 웹 기반의 학생관리통합시스템(SMTS: Student Management Total System)을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 결과 교사들은 학생의 소질과 적성을 고려한 맞춤형 진로교육을 실시하여, 건전한 직업관을 가진 미래의 국가자원으로 성장시키고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Needs for public healthcare have recently increased. This paper proposes education topics for competency development in public healthcare in line with the needs of the times. In Korea, various lifelong education providers have already provided public health-related education. For example, the Research Institute for Health Policy (RIHP) under the Korean Medical Association provided an "executive course for physicians' public health care competencies" in 2019 and 2020. At the end of the course, the RIHP published a comprehensive report, entitled "Curricular development and evaluation for doctors' public healthcare competencies." This article is based on a summary of that report. To develop a curriculum for public healthcare, the RIHP adopted the following methodologies for a needs analysis; reviewing already-existing education subjects, evaluating end-of-course reports, and conducting in-depth focused group interviews and questionnaire surveys with doctors at public healthcare-related institutions. The results from the needs analysis can be categorized into two domains of education topics for public healthcare. The first domain includes education subjects related to the theory and practice of public healthcare, as follows: a general overview, community or population health, organizational administration, planning and evaluation, budget and finance, responses to disasters such as infectious diseases, health policy, and the legal system. The second domain contained education topics related to general professional competencies: leadership, communication, cooperation, teamwork, and professionalism. In conclusion, the curricular content for public healthcare will be an appropriate combination of competencies specific to public healthcare and core competencies for health professionals.

Most of ubiquitous computing devices such as stereo camera, ultrasonic sensor based MIT cricket system and other wireless sensor network devices are widely applied to the 2 Dimensional(2D) localization system in today. Because stereo camera cannot estimate the optimal location between moving node and beacon node in Wireless Personal Area Network(WPAN) under Non Line Of Sight(NLOS) environment, it is a great weakness point to the design of the 2D localization system in indoor environment. But the conventional 2D triangulation scheme that is adapted to the MIT cricket system cannot estimate the 3 Dimensional(3D) coordinate values for estimation of the optimal location of the moving node generally. Therefore, the 3D triangulation scheme based on the space segmentation in WPAN is suggested in this paper. The measuring data in the suggested scheme by computer simulation is compared with that of the geographic measuring data in the AutoCAD software system. The average error of coordinates values(x,y,z) of the moving node is calculated to 0.008m by the suggested scheme. From the results, it can be seen that the location correctness of the suggested scheme is very excellent for using the localization system in WPAN.

Recently, there is the trend that online and reuse have been focused via digitalization of information and business process that individuals, government and firms own. This study, by designing and implementing a system, has the aim to provide on-line information about the classes and related classes to students on real time. Furthermore, with this system, the students can easily search the necessary class information and understand the curriculum structure. Thus he or she can make a decision about classes and moreover his and her career development. Also this system has been designed to be managed with ease and has more expandibility. Thus this is expected to affect the effort of universities and research centers that the online systems and digital contents have been more applied in order to adapt toward rapidly changing education environment.

웹을 활용한 다양한 수업전략으로 정보의 수집을 통하여 지식을 구성하고 학습의 효율성을 높이는 개별학습과 타인과의 의사교환을 통해 책임감과 문제 해결력을 기를 수 있는 협동학습이 활발히 개발되고 있다. 그러나 현재 개발되어 있는 개별학습자료는 대부분 자료의 제시형태로 학습이 진행되어 학습자의 흥미를 유발하고, 문제에 대한 호기심을 자극하기에 적합하지 않다. 또한 협동학습자료는 현장의 교육과정과 연계성이 부족하여 수업 현장에서 적용이 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 사고력을 신장시킬 수 있도록 흥미있는 조작활동 위주의 자기주도적 학습을 적용하였다. 또한 의사 결정력과 ICT 활용능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 온라인 프로젝트학습을 함께 연계하여 운영이 가능하도록 사회과 교수-학습 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 다양한 수업환경에 맞춰 융통성있는 운영이 가능하고, 형성평가를 통하여 수준별 학습이 이루어지며 평가결과는 피드백하여 활용할 수 있도록 개발하였다.

Recently, interest in traditional medicine has increased steadily. Nations having traditional medicine system have been attempting to change it institutionally for the purpose of public application boost in use of traditional medicine. But there are not too many countries which have established the modern system of education and licensing system for traditional medicine with it maintained as a part of a national health care system. The best known examples of nations utilizing traditional medicine are the People's Republic of China, Republic of Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. These countries follow different patterns in the relationship with western medicine according to different social and historical backgrounds. Taiwan has dual medical system as Korean. In this study, we looked through history and the current state of affairs of national health care system in Taiwan, and also found out the licensing system, the educational system, and the curriculum in several universities. thoroughly. Furthermore, we looked into the direction of the policy of Taiwanese health care system which has been becoming an integrated medical system between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. With findings based on this study, we deduced implications of a future policy line about the integrated medical system in Korea to minimize conflicts between the concerned parties.

이 논문에서는 멀티에이전트 기반 지능형 웹기반 이러닝 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템 구현을 위해 사용자들의 취향검사를 수행하였고, 결과 사용자 그룹에 맞는 적절한 이러닝 커뮤니티를 형성하였다. 제안하는 시스템인 IMAS는 신경회로망에 의해 이러닝 커뮤니티를 학습하였고, 새로운 분산기반 멀티에이전트 프레임워크를 이용하여 에이전트를 생성한다.

온라인 사이버 교육 시스템에서 수강생들에게 파일을 안정적으로 전송하는 것이 필수적이지만, 사용자의 요구가 일시적으로 많아질 경우, 처리부하가 집중되는 과부하 현상으로 시스템이 중지될 수도 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 P2P 기반의 소프트웨어적 해결책을 사용한다. 하지만, 이러한 해결책은 피어의 자율성을 고려할 경우, 서비스 지연 현상을 초래하거나 심지어는 부분적으로 서비스를 할 수 없는 결과를 초래하여 오히려 시스템의 효율성이 떨어지는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 P2P 네트워크 환경 하에서 피어의 자율성이 고려한 콘텐츠 전송 시스템에 적합한 효율적인 부하 분산 정책을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 인접한 피어들의 서브네트워크를 구성하여 서버의 부하를 분산시켰다. 또한 서브네트워크 내에서 서버 역할을 수행할 피어들이 다수일 경우, 각 피어들의 성능과 사용 패턴 정보를 기반으로 피어의 자율성으로 인한 서비스 지연을 최소화하는 서버 선정기법을 제안하고 기존의 방법에 비해 우수함을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 보였다.

본 논문에서는 온라인 프로젝트 학습 경험이 없는 초등학교 4학년 학생들이 효과적으로 학습을 수행하기 위하여 구체적 학습과정을 안내해주는 온라인 프로젝트 학습 시스템을 개발하여 적용한 후 온라인 프로젝트 학습이 초등학생의 정보활용능력 신장에 어떠한 효과를 미치는지 알아보았다. 이를 위해서 초등학교 4학년 교육과정을 분석하여 정보 활용 능력을 신장시킬 수 있는 요소를 추출한 후 프로젝트 학습 주제 12개를 선정하였다. 온라인 프로젝트 학습방을 구축하여 선별한 6개 주제로 온라인 프로젝트 학습을 실시 하였다. 그리고 학생들의 정보 활용 능력을 파악하기 위하여 초 중등 학생 ICT 활용 능력 기준에 따라 '정보수집', '정보 가공', '정보 교류' 항목으로 나누어 온라인 프로젝트 학습 전후에 평가를 실시하여 학생들의 정보 활용 능력 신장 여부를 분석하였다.

본 연구에서는 e-러닝 기반 교육과정이 확대되면서 점차 확대되고 있는 정보보호 교육과정에 대해 분석하였다. e-러닝 분야는 정보화 기술의 발전과 더불어 급속도로 대학 전공 교육 분야에 적용되고 있으며 사이버공간을 통한 교육방식으로 그 적용 범위는 점차 확대되고 있다. e-러닝을 통한 교육과정 중에서 정보보호 전공은 정보통신부에서 추진하고 있는 IT839 등 차세대 신성장동력 유망분야 중에서 전문인력 양성을 위한 교육과정 분석이 시급한 분야이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 e-러닝 현황에 대한 분석을 기초로 오프라인 형태의 정보보호 전공을 e-러닝에 기반한 교육 과정에 적용하는 과정에서 필요로하는 전공 교과과정 구성 및 운영 방안 등에 대해 고찰하였다.
