수산물 시장의 유통단계별 가격전달의 비대칭성에 관한 실증 분석 (An Empirical Study on Asymmetric Price Transmissions in the Distribution Channels of Fisheries Market)

  • This paper tries to apply the asymmetrical price transmission(APT) behavior observed in the agricultural industry to supply chains of the domestic fishery industry by a statistical manner. The fore mentioned asymmetrical price transmission refers to when price movements in the later stage of the supply chain do not move in a normal or symmetrical manner corresponding to price movements in the earlier stage of the supply chain. Therefore, when the earlier stage price increase and the later stage price increases to a larger degree, it is called positive(+) asymmetry and the opposite behavior is called negative(-) asymmetry. The study examines the data from domestic producers of three fresh fish types, hairtail, mackerel, and cuttlefish, and tries to examine the price asymmetry between the producer or farm, wholesaler, and retail prices via an APT test utilizing unit root, cointegration, and error correction model. The study found, hairtail wholesale and retail pricing bas a negative asymmetric relationship while mackerel has a negative asymmetric pricing relationship at the producer and retail levels of the supply chain. In the case of cuttlefish, all levels of the supply chain showed negative asymmetrical behavior in the supply chain price transmission, meaning the earlier stage price changes are more rapidly and greatly inputted in the later stage of the supply chain pricing. We believe that the reason why the analysis results show negative price asymmetry is due to the uniqueness of fishery products having an important variable such as freshness. If price increases are greater and quicker than price decreases, then consumer demand, which is sensitive to price increases will decrease and subsequently result in the increase of inventory levels, reducing profits for retailers. Also, frozen hairtail, mackerel, and cuttlefish will act as substitute goods to fresh fishery products. Therefore, fresh fishery products have a high demand of price elasticity. When prices increase, demand quickly decreases. Therefore the profit of wholesalers and retailers to decrease, I think this is the main reason of APT in the supply chain of Korea' s fisheries industry.

트랙터 견인형 원형 베일 랩퍼의 개발(I) -랩핑 작업공정 분석 및 작업 시스템의 개발- (Development of a Tractor Attached Round Bale Wrapper(I) -Analysis of wrapping process and development of operating system-)

  • One of the major obstructing factors against managing dairy farm in Korea has been a shortage of roughage supply, which resulted in excessive abuse of concentrate feed. In order to solve this problem, production of the wrap silage by the winter cereal forages raised in the fallow paddy field is strongly recommended in Korea. The main objective is to develop a tractor attached round bale wrapper which can process the silage by wrapping the round bales with thin plastic films. This is the first half of the study which is divided by two parts. In this first part, bale wrapping process was analyzed, and based on this results the followings were designed, developed and tested. 1. Bale wrapper which haying the maximum capacity of 1 ton bale with various functions such as loading, wrapping, discharging the round bales and supplying and cutting wrap films was designed. 2. An actuator and its hydraulic circuit of each process were developed and tested. 3. Also, the variations of hydraulic pressure and engine speed were investigated by operating bale wrapper developed. In this test, maximum pressure of the hydraulic circuit for the bale wrapping was 130 kg/㎠ when it raised the bale, which was quite below the relief pressure of 170 kg/㎠ of hydraulic circuit. In the engine speed test, speed drop was 20∼67 rpm, which meant that there was no over-load operation. Therefore, the experiment proved that developed hydraulic circuit and mechanism is stable in bale wrapping operation

  • 미생물 제제의 실내 pot 실험을 통한 효능 실험에서 선발된 Monacrosporium thaumasium을 이용한 KBC3017 제제의 실외 포장 실험을 통해 최적의 구성과 효능 조건을 찾았다. 선발된 균주의 미생물제제 제조를 위해 첨가한 첨가제 중 무기증량제로 Diatomite와 유기증량제로 생옥분이 효과적이었으며, 처리량별 선충 밀도 억제효과는 처리량이 많을수록 효과가 높았으나, 적정 처리량은 2%의 diatomite와 옥가루가 포함된 KBC3017 제제를 이용하여 방제하였을 때 71%의 선충 방제 효과가 나타났다. 이 방제가는 대조구와 비교하였을 때 뿌리와 줄기에서 보다 좋은 효과가 있었다.

  • In the present study, the incidence of bovine tubeculosis (bTB) and brucellosis in Hanwoo (Korean native cattle) and dairy cow in Gyeongsangnam-do was investigated for three years from 2020 to 2022. The incidence bTB tested by tuberculin skin test with purified protein derivative (PPD) and gamma interferon (γ-INF) test with a commercial enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. From 2020 to 2022, the incidence of bTB showed a decreasing trend in Hanwoo, while an increasing trend in dairy cow. In the case of Brucellosis, the positive rates for Hanwooe gradually increased. However, no brucellosis was found in dairy cow from 2020 to 2022. The increase in the incidence of these diseases is presumed to be related the small scale and poor sanitation facilities of livestock farms in Gyeongsangnam-do, and easy access of wild animals. Therefore, in order to suppress the incidence of the diseases, it is necessary to the farm scale from small to large and to strengthen sanitary facilities on farms.

플랜트팜용 3원계 (Zn-Al-Mg) 합금도금 강판의 국부손상에 따른 부식 메커니즘 (Corrosion Mechanism According to Localized Damage of Zn-Al-Mg Alloy Coated Steel Sheet Used in Plant Farm)

  • This study aimed to evaluate corrosion resistance of steel coated with GI and Zn-Al-Mg alloy using cyclic corrosion test (CCT) with electrochemical polarization and impedance measurements. Results showed that the Zn-Al-Mg alloy coated steel had a much higher corrosion rate than GI coated steel in early stages of corrosion. With prolonged immersion, however, the corrosion rate of the Zn-Al-Mg alloy coated steel greatly decreased, mainly owing to a significant decrease in the cathodic reduction reaction and an increase in polarization resistance at the surface. This was closely associated with the formation of protective corrosion products including Zn5(OH)8Cl2·H2O and Zn6Al2(OH)16CO3. Moreover, when the steel substrate was locally exposed due to mechanical damage, the kinetics of anodic dissolution from the coating layer and the formation of protective corrosion products on the surface of the Zn-Al-Mg alloy coated steel became much faster compared to the case of GI coated steel. This could provide a longer-lasting corrosion inhibition function for Zn-Al-Mg alloy coated steel used in plant farms.

Mix LPS-ELISA법을 이용한 살모넬라균 복합감염항체 동시 모니터링 (Application of mix LPS-ELISA for monitoring of antibodies to major serogroups of Salmonella in animal)

  • Salmonellosis caused by a number of serotypes of Salmonella is an infectious, acute or chronic, zoonotic disease and characterized by enteritis and diarrhea, septicemia in animal. In these studies we investigated the prevalent serotypes of Salmonella causing animal salmonellosis in Korea and the 71 strains of Salmonella spp. were isolated from materials such as mesenteric lymph nodes, fecal samples from slaughtered animal. With the identification test results, the most prevalent serotypes were, in order, S stanley 31 strains (43.7%), S typhimurium 19 strains (26.8%) and S montevideo 11 strains (15.5%), respectively. And we could establish the method for detection of antibodies to broad variety of Salmonella serotypes. Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) antigen extracted from Salmonella was more sensitive and specific than outer membrane protein antigen from that for detection of Salmonella antibody by using an indirect ELISA. The optimal concentration of antigen was 100ng/ml of LPS, the dilutions of conjugate and serum were 1 : 1,000~2,000 and 1 : 200~400, respectively. The mix LPS-ELISA which was used by mixing LPS from S typhimurium (group B), S choleraesuis (group C) and S enteritidis (group D) were more rapid and effective than that used LPS from individual strain for detection of Salmonella serogroup O4, O7 and O9 antibody at the same time. We could obtain the high values of optical density ($0.73{\pm}0.32$) by mix LPS-ELISA on the farm which had occurred salmonellosis, but very low values of $0.17{\pm}0.06$ on the negative farm of salmonellosis. So, the mix LPS-ELISA may be used to monitor the serological surveillance for the presence of infection with a number of serotypes of Salmonella and would be useful for prevention and control of salmonellosis in animal.

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 고성능(高性能) 농약(農藥) 살포기인 스피드 스프레이어에 있어서 농약(農藥)살포 시(時) 인체(人體)에 해로운 농약(農藥)으로부터 오퍼레이터를 보호(保護)하기 위하여 무인(無人) 운전(運轉) 연구(硏究)의 일환(一環)으로 원칩 마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용(利用)하여 원격조종(遠隔操縱) 변속장치(變速裝置)를 개발(開發)할 목적(目的)으로 수행(遂行)한 연구(硏究)에서 얻어진 결과(結果)를 要約(요약)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 시작(試作)한 원칩 마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용(利用)한 원격조종(遠隔操縱) 변속장치(變速裝置)는 변속조작(變速操作) 100회(回) 중(中) 오동작(吳動作)이 전무(全無)하여 조작성(操作性)이 정확(正確)하였다. 2. 使用된 원칩 마이크로 컴퓨터의 프로그램은 기계어(機械語)로 작성(作成)되었으며, 변속조작(變速操作) 시간(時間)이 3초(初) 이내(以內)로 사람에 의한 변속조작(變速操作) 시간(時間)과 거의 같았다. 3. 본(本) 연구(硏究)에 사용(使用)한 원칩 마이크로 컴퓨터는 지금까지 자동화(自動化) 장치(裝置)에 많이 도입(導入) 사용(使用)하던 퍼스널 컴퓨터, 랩탑 컴퓨터, 원 보오도 컴퓨터 등과 비교하여 볼 때 극소형(極小型)으로 소비전력(消費電力)이 작으며 염가(廉價)이기 때문에 농업용(農業用)으로 적합(適合)하다고 사료(思料)된다. 4. 본(本) 연구(硏究)에 사용(使用)된 변속장치(變速裝置)는 승용(乘用) 농업기계(農業機械)와 같은 형식(形式)의 것이므로 농업용(農業用) 트렉터 및 포장기계(圃場機械)의 자동화(自動化) 기계(機械)에도 적용(適用)될 것으로 판단(判斷)된다. 5. 본(本) 실험장치(實驗裝置)는 직접(直接)레버조작(操作) 및 원격조종(遠隔操縱)이 동시(同時)에 이루어지도록 제작(製作)하였기 때문에 구조적(構造的)으로 복잡(複雜)하나 직접(直接)레버 조작부(操作部)를 제거(除去)하고 원격조종부(遠隔操縱部)만 스피드 스프레이어에 장착(裝着)하면 더욱더 소형화(小型化) 되고 중량(重量)도 더 가벼워져 사용(使用)하기에 편리(便利)한 장치(裝置)가 될 것으로 사료(思料)된다.

What is an Appropriate Promotion Strategy for Korean Wheat Consumption? - Find Out in the Sensory Evaluation of Rice Meal Versus Rice Containing Wheat Meal by Age Groups-

  • Wheat was brought to solve food scarcity with aid from the United States caused by the Korean War. The Korean government launched a campaign to encourage mixed rice and wheat meals due to shortage of rice production in the 1960s, Wheat consumption began in earnest. However, it is difficult to rebuild the domestic wheat production base devastated by the Korean War with the technology at the time. Thus, wheat was mainly consumed from imported in the past. Since then, as wheat consumption has increased due to westernization and diversification of dietary life, wheat became the second staple grain in Korea. In this situation, the government enacted the Wheat Industry Promotion Act to create a basis for sustainable production and consumption of wheat in Korea. This study sought to improve the self-sufficiency of domestic wheat by examining the possibility of using "Ariheuk", a variety of new Korean wheat, as a rice supplement in the same context as the govemment's policy. Wheat has been used as a raw material for the processed food, such as noodles and bread. However, we approached it by using whole wheat as a nutritional grain. Participants were recruited from the agri-food consumer panel conducted by Rural Development Administration. We set a final sample of 525 consumer panels based on the age of census household heads. The experiment was conducted in such a way that participants cooked and ate 100% rice meal and rice containing 20% whole wheat meal. Participants completed the sensory evaluation questionnaire with online. For this experiment, all participants were given same whole wheat product. The sensory evaluation questionnaire consisted of color, glossiness, stickiness, aroma, chewing, sweetness, nuttiness, chewiness, softness, bursting, flavor, texture and swallowability. The sensory evaluation results were analyzed by giving -3 points to +3 points. The former points were given to the response that 100% rice meal is very superior to the response that rice containing 20% whole wheat meal. The latter points were given vice versa. Zero point was given to the response that they are similar each other. As a result, rice with 20% whole wheat meal was better than 100% rice meal in terms of color, aroma, chewiness, bursting and flavor. In case of sweetness and glossiness, there didn't exist significantly different. On the other hands, 100% rice meal was better in terms of softness and swallowability. As a result of ANOVA by age groups, from 30s or younger to 60s or more, there was significant difference among the groups in terms of color, chewiness and bursting. As a result of post-hoc analysis with Duncan's multiple range test (p < 0.05), 50s were evaluated to be significantly superior in color, chewiness and bursting compared to other age groups. In conclusion, it is appropriate to use whole wheat as a supplement to rice in order to improve the self-sufficiency of domestic wheat. As a strategy to promote domestic wheat consumption, in case of Ariheuk, it is necessary to provide an experience through whole wheat tasting and to establish a marketing strategy segmented by age groups.

산지개발(山地開發)의 경제성 (Economic Feasibility of Hill Land Development)

  • 농업(農業)의 기대성장(期待成長)과 현실성장을 비교(比較)하기 위하여 1953-77. 기간(期間)을 3단계(段階)로 구분하여 역사적접근법(歷史的接近法)을 시도(試圖)하였으며 농경지(農耕地)의 타목적전환과 전작물(田作物)의 수요(需要)를 전망(展望)하였다. 야산개발의 필요성(必要性)을 검토(檢討)하기 위하여는 농경지(農耕地)의 외연적확대가 가능(可能)한 가를 살펴보았으며 개간지(開墾地)의 작부유형(作付類型)을 분류(分類)하였다. 야산개발의 지역농업(地域農業)에 미친 효과로는 개간농가(開墾農家)의 경영규모확대와 경지규모별호수분포가 대농화경향(大農化傾向)을 보이는 것 같고 개간지(開墾地)의 지가가 기경지(旣耕地)보다 빠른 상승율(上昇率)을 보였다. 야산개발지의 생산성(生産性)은 6년차(年次)만 되면 기경지수준에 가깝게 되고 따라서 소득지수도 이와 유사(類似)한 경향(傾向)을 보이고 있다. 야산개발사업의 수익성은 다른 토지개발사업보다 높고 작목별(作目別)로 보면 식량작물(食糧作物)보다는 경제작물이 높고 단작(單作)보다는 이모작(二毛作)의 경우가 유리(有利)하게 나타났다.

산지목장 방문자의 목장 경관 기대와 목초지 및 초지시설 만족도에 관한 연구 : 양떼목장 방문객의 경우 (Studies on Hilly Pasture Landscape Expectancy, Satisfaction of Tourist on Grassland Facility: A case Study of Yangtae Farm Visitor)

  • 첫째, 방문응답자은 여자, 40대, 사무직, 기혼, 대졸이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 목가적 초원에 대한 기대는 연령별로 차이가 있었으며, 가축을 방목하는 드넓은 초원이 모든 연령집단에서 가장 많았으나, 평균보다 높은 집단은 30대뿐이었고, 다른 집단은 모두 낮았으며, 가장 낮은 집단은 50대였다. 셋째, 초지의 색깔은 잡초, 야생화가 어우러진 다양한 색과 공원의 잔디밭 같은 녹색이 41%정도로 두 가지 유형이 80%이상의 응답을 차지하고 있었다. 넷째, 선호하는 초지형태는 연령에 따라 차이가 있었는데, 20대미만과 50대는 끝이 보이지 않는 넓은 면적의 초지, 40대와 60대 이상은 산림이 둘러싸여있는 구릉지 초지, 20대는 넓은 면적의 초지와 구릉지 초지가 동일하게 가장 많았으며, 30대는 구릉지초지와 초지사이에 나무가 적당히 섞인 초지가 동일하게 가장 많은 지지를 받았다. 다섯째, 방목형태는 연령별로는 20대, 30대는 양, 젖소, 말의 혼목을 가장 많이 선호하였고, 40대, 50대, 60대 이상은 양, 염소, 유산양 혼목을 원했으며, 20대미만은 양, 염소, 유산양 혼목과 양, 젖소, 말 혼목을 모두 가장 많이 선호하였다. 결혼여부에 따라서는 가장 많이 선호하는 경우는 양, 젖소, 말의 혼목이 모두 높았으나, 결혼경험이 있는 집단은 양만 방목하거나, 양, 염소, 유산양 혼목이 평균치보다 높았으며, 미혼집단은 양, 젖소, 말의 혼목, 양과 토끼 혼목, 기타의 경우가 높았다. 여섯째, 선호하는 목장유형은 성별과 연령별로 5%수준에서 유의차가 있었고, 집단별 선호도에서는 각각 가장 많은 경우가 양떼방목이었으나, 남자보다는 여자가 보다 많았고, 연령별로는 30대, 40대, 50대 연령집단이 평균보다 많았으며, 20대, 20대미만, 60대 이상은 평균보다 낮았다. 일곱째, 목장의 목책은 생나무에 쳐진 둥근 철사목책, 나무에 쳐진 철사목책, 철조망 목책 순이었고 가시 있는 철조망목책, 철사로 된 전기목책, 기타는 5%미만이었다. 목책기둥의 재료와 색은 결혼여부에 따라서 5%수준에서 유의차가 있었다. 가장 선호하는 목책은 모두 나무 목책을 선호하였으나, 미혼자는 검정색 방부처리기둥, 시멘트기둥을 선호하였고, 결혼경험자는 흰색금속재기둥, 흰색목재기둥, 나무목책을 선호하였다. 여덟째, 직업별이나 결혼여부별로는 모두 가장 많이 선호하는 것은 흙길이었다. 평균보다 높은 직업은 사무직과 기타였고, 학생, 기술직, 자영업, 전문직은 낮았으며, 결혼경험자의 흙길의 선호가 보다 높았다. 목장길 옆의 초생의 형태는 긴 목초가 있는 길을 가장 많이 선호하는 경우는 20대미만이고, 그 외집단은 야생화와 목초가 혼재된 길을 선호하였으며, 학생을 제외한 다른 직업들은 야생화와 목초가 혼재된 길을 선호하고 학생은 긴 목초형을 선호하였다. 아홉째, 목장방문자의 만족도는 가장 마음에 들었던 부분은 체험프로그램이나 양과의 접촉보다는 경관요소를 만족했다.
