The process and product types of the service business are various. Though the communication and sharing for learning about experience and knowledge are very important, but up to the present, the academic and systemic research have not been activated in this field. Recently, the demand and supply in the service business are growing rapidly, the related researches by the scientific and systemic approach are required. In this study, based on the research of Ostrom's team (2010) which described the category and suggestions on the service innovation issues, in the service implementation area, some research theme candidates, research trends, and examples are introduced. In service implementation area, three theme are introduced such as Effectively branding and selling services, Enhancing the service experience through co-creation, Measuring and optimizing the value of service. Finally to the service strategy, development and implementation planning scopes, the theme of leveraging technology to advance service can be applied commonly.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to analyze the types of hospitals participating and the factors influencing comprehensive nursing service. Methods : Data were gathered from 231 hospitals offering the comprehensive nursing service in 2016. Collected data were analyzed using the multinomial logistic regression with the SPSS 24 version program. Results : First, factors influencing the types participating comprehensive nursing services were identified as hospital type, number of beds, medical doctor and, nurses per bed. Second, if all tertiary hospitals, general hospitals and hospitals participated in the service, approximately 122,022 ~ 166,274 nurses would be needed for the service. Conclusions : Hospitals providing the comprehensive nursing service will be expanded gradually. As such, thoughtful policy considerations are required to successfully establish services, such as improvement in hospitals, required nurse staffing level and demand and supply of nurses. Therefore, it is necessary to control the participation ratio of hospitals in consideration of the various circumstances.

In year 2011 export volume of South Korea surpassed 500billion USD and overall trade volume has exceeded one trillion USD. South Korea is ranked at 7th in the world by its export volume. Such an expansion of the trade volume leads to growth in customs clearance service demand. However, there are only handfuls of studies on the efficiency of customs clearance service which customs broker provide. If the efficiency in this study is not absolute, it shows relative efficiency to decision making unit. In this research survey was conducted targeting members of Korea Customs Brokers Association. Based on the survey improvement plans to enhance efficiency of customs clearances are as follows. First, rationalize the customs broker fee. Second, setup batch processing system to improve efficiency of the work process. Third, develop new area of task such as FTA and AEO certification. Forth, raise service quality by improving professionalism of customs brokers. Fifth, work efficiency of the office in the capital area will increase. Sixth, when inspecting import export cargo, customs broker should attend at the scene by their choice. Meanwhile, difference analysis on competent customs, type of office, and duration of the business was done but all the aspects were rejected. Such aspects does not influence on its effectiveness.

Due to the absence of rehabilitation sports service systems linked to post-discharge medical measures and rehabilitation, disabled people cannot participate in physical activities suitable for individual disability types, characteristics, and physical functions. In December 2017, the Act on the Rights of Health for the Disabled) was implemented to provide an institutional basis for disable people to address their needs for rehabilitation sports. Based on related studies conducted in Korea, this study aims to collect the results of a demand survey conducted on experts who are rehabilitation sports service providers and analyze the demand for rehabilitation sports services from a policy perspective. This study extracts the needs of experts presented in the literature and presents the extracted content as an inductive content analysis. The criteria for selecting the literature were selected based on studies related to "adaptive physical activity and exercise," "sports for all for the disabled," and "rehabilitation sports" conducted in the Republic of Korea, including the results of a demand survey on experts. The study results were categorized into seven categories (perception of sports activities, programs, leaders, facilities, accessibility, cost/support/financial resources, and others) of field experts who are rehabilitation sports service providers. In a future study, it will be necessary for people with disability, who are consumers who will provide actual services, to identify problems at the disabled sports site and come up with measures to improve them.

Today, rapid evolution of Internet makes various types of services in ubiquitous environment are intelligent and active. As a result, user's demand on high quality of life increases and health care service based on ubiquitous environment draws a lot of attention. However, user's private information used for health care service is illegally distributed and exposed, causing serious individual and social problems. Therefore, this thesis is intended to suggest a secure health care service to prevent unauthorized third party's access and to protect user's privacy in health care systems. The proposed scheme establishes a session key through communication channel between health care system and user based on explicit mutual authentication and provides secure communication and access control, improving security as one of the leading health care systems.

Robotic software has been dramatically complicated as performing intelligent service tasks. These types of robots demand a very powerful software framework to make them easy. Robotic software framework means an integrated software environment that simplifies jobs of robotic software engineer by providing tools, reusable components, and runtime environments. Finally it reduces the project cost. There are lots of works related with them. Among them we focus on five frameworks that are MSRDS, ERSP, OROCOS, OpenRTM, and OPRoS. In terms of intelligent service robot, the study on robotic software frameworks is very important. And outlook on them is also very important in the sense of that the robotic software frameworks should be used to initiate service robot market.

This study aims to analyze the perceptions and educational needs of pre-service teachers for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education. To this end, we collected survey data from 25 undergraduate students who were enrolled in a teacher education college in Seoul. The purpose of the survey was to measure the importance and current performance for instructional AI use based on the technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge (TPACK) framework, and to explore the priority of educational needs using Borich's needs analysis and the Locus for Focus model. The results of the study confirmed that Ethics and TPK competencies are prioritized. Additionally, the results indicated a high demand for practical knowledge that can be implemented in the practice of education. Based on the results, it is necessary to develop a teacher education program that focuses on ethical aspects and teaching strategy competencies in AI-based education.

This study clarified the fact that the existing 'manpower supply and demand plans', preceding studies, theoretical researches of the past cannot satisfy the multi-goals of organizations, instead, the existing plans focused on only the number of customers and total amount of service. Next, a necessity of more proper manpower plans that consider comprehensive goals of the organizations is suggested then, this study tried to make the countermeasures. As for studying methods, a priority sequence in the organizations' manpower management's goals is set by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), a business administrative scientific skill. Proper manpower policies of the food service enterprises, which satisfy the organizations' multi-goals, are established by GP(Goal Programming). Based on it, mid and short term 'manpower supply and demand plans' are established. For the purpose of increasing the study's efficiency, example studies are conducted in one family restaurant. The limit of this study is that inner personnel management details such as promotion, new personnel appointments, unemployment, retirement were not considerately considered. Therefore, the future studies should think over those limits and research the labor-force supply from the outside also.

As of 2016, Incheon Metropolitan City's cremation ratio was 91.2%, which is the second highest among all metropolitan municipalities nationwide (Busan Metropolitan City: 92.0%). In addition, the number of cremation at the outside of the jurisdiction has been steadily increasing since 2014. It is analyzed that the number of cremation at the inside of the jurisdiction is 16,004, which is 67.3% of total number of cremation, and the number of cremation at the outside of the jurisdiction is 7,779, which is 32.7%. We would like to suggest the following policy suggestions to solve the problems caused by the increase in cremation demand. First, the number of operations of cremation in public facilities located in Gyeonggi-do adjacent to Incheon Metropolitan City is needed to be increased. Second, the extension of the time limit for the use of cremation facilities of the dead people at the outside of the jurisdiction is needed. Third, the charge for cremation at the outside of the jurisdiction has to be increased. Fourth, improvement measures such as relaxation of residency requirements for deaths at the inside of the jurisdiction, who used the public facilities in Incheon Metropolitan City, should be undertaken.

Video-On-Demand system provides electronic video rental services from remote video servers on a broadband communication networks. Most of proposed VOD systems are typically designed for one-to-one conncetion between a user and video server. Therefore, video server stream services to customers individually by allocating a dedicated transmission channel and a set of video server resources for each customer. However, it is inefficiency and wxpensive way when server support multiple users who access the same video stream with a dedicated video channel. Therefore, to achieve cost-effectiveness, batching have studied method that uses multicast communication to simultaneously service all users requesting the same video with a single video with a single video stream. However, the application of the multicast communication by batching detract from the VCR-like function and on-demand nature of the system. In this paepr, we propose a scheme that can support an interactive VCR for all user requesting the same video stream with batching. To reduce a server I/O and network bandwidth requirement, dynamic buffer is allocated to access node which has variable playout poit. Consequently, it makes possible interactive VCR operation as if customer uses true VOD system. Also, this scheme can just deliver a multicast stream without delay after an initial request or VCR action occurred. The policy can guarantee acceptable services to number of users at minimum cost.
