중앙관제시스템에 의한 LED 도로조명제어 (LED Street Light Lamp Control by Central Command System)

  • This paper presents the development of LED street light lamp which is controled by central command system. This system includes a lamp unit controller, data repeater and command repeater as well as the LED lamps. These devices enable the individual power control and partial on/off control of the LED lamps by the control repeater through full duplex communication line. Also, they have the ability to control the brightness and period of on/off timing by detecting the car's existence. As a result of this development, it is founded that the performances of the system have been satisfied to apply for the actual road test.

  • This paper consider the control for the vehicle suspension system using electro-rheological damper. The study is performed by using of FLC(Fuzzy Logic Controller). The model used in the simulation is quarter car and the road disturbance is regarded as white noise random process with zero mean. Proposed control technique shows good agreement compared with the result from the conventional on-off/bang-bang type control technique.

  • In this paper, we describe an optical detection at the front and design an on-off control system of spray gun for economical paint spray when painted on hanger any things that it have arbitrary two-dimensional image. The objectives of this paper that, as changing of software, find useful logic variation of spray, and are to enhance of environments for workman and to decrease economical loss of painting.

  • Gunner primary sight(GPS) stabilization system lays line of sight(LOS) to find out a target and transmits informations to the fire control system (FCS). In a moving vehicle, accuracy of LOS and FCS depends on the design of GPS and servomechanism system. The heavy vibration of vehicle on the severe off-road environment degenerates the stabilization capability of GPS. In this study, to stabilize of elevation for GPS using the variable structure control, we derived the dynamic equation of GPS system and designed the variable structure controller. Computer simulation results fulfilled the static and dynamic stability of GPS using the variable structure control.

  • 본 논문에서는 ARM 프로세서의 제어기 구현 성능을 Firmware 환경 및 임베디드 OS 환경에서 실험, 조사하였다. 이산형 PID 제어기를 S3C2410 칩을 사용하여 구현하였고 Cache 사용여부, 클럭주파수 등의 벽화에 따라 테스트를 시행하면서 성능을 비교 분석하였다. WinCE 환경에서 실시간 제어기를 구현하기 위한 방법을 제안하고 ARM을 사용한 PID 제어기의 최대 샘플링 주파수를 실험을 통해서 밝혔다.

  • This paper presents a disturbance observer based on an $H_{\infty}$ controller synthesis for the trajectory control of a hydraulic excavator. Compared to conventional robot manipulators driven by electrical motors, the hydraulic excavator has more nonlinear and coupled dynamics. In particular, the interactions between an excavation tool and the materials being excavated are unstructured and complex. In addition, its operating modes depend on working conditions, which make it difficult to not only derive the exact mathematical model but also design a controller systematically. In this study, the approximated linear model obtained through off-line system identification is used as nominal plant model for a disturbance observer. A disturbance observer based tracking controller which considers the effect of disturbance and model uncertainty is synthesized in $H_{\infty}$ frameworks. Simulation results are used to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed control scheme.

  • Passive suspensions with fixed design constants are very restrictive in the inherent suspension problem, the trade-off between the ride quality and the suspension travel. Active suspensions are used to solve some drawbacks of passive suspensions. In this paper, we propose a controller design for vehicle active suspensions considering variable driving conditions. Our controller estimates the current driving conditions by detecting the road frequencies gotten from Fourier Transform and decides which factor must be emphasized between the ride quality and the suspension travel. In one case of focusing on the ride quality, we use the skyhook control law and in the other case of focusing on the suspension travel, the double skyhook control law is used. The control law modified by various road situations outputs the reference force value the electro-hydraulic actuator in active suspension system must generate. To track the reference force, we adopt the sliding control law which is very useful in controlling the nonlinear system like the electro-hydraulic actuator.

유압모터 길들이기 자동시험 제어기 개발 (Development of the Auto-Aging Test Controller for a Hydraulic Motor)

  • Because heavy-duty construction vehicles such as excavators are required for good engine-room cooling capacity, a hydraulic gear motor is adopted in the cooling fan drive mechanism to actively control the output speed, instead of adopting the conventional ON/OFF type belt drive. While gear motors are normally limited to 140bars of operating pressure, those for the cooling fan are capable of operating at continuous pressures of up to 220bars. After assembly, all gear motors for high pressure must pass an aging test which is a kind of the wearing process between the gear teeth and motor housing. During the aging process with gradual pressure increments, gear sticking sometimes occurs due to abnormal wear, resulting in defects. This paper focuses on a gear-sticking free aging test controller that is designed together with the knowledge of an experienced operator and the analysis results of experimental data of the gear jamming phenomenon. From the aging experiment, it is demonstrated that the developed controller that can alter the setting pressure of the load pump is effective for stabilizing the abrupt increase in the motor input pressure, thus preventing the hydraulic motor from stopping. This is expected to be helpful for the reduction of defects and increase in productivity.

압출성형공정 퍼지제어기의 모의실험 (Simulation of Fuzzy Logic Controller for Food Extrusion Process)

  • 퍼지 이론을 적용하여 압출성형공정을 제어하는 모의실험을 수행하였다. 압출물의 두께(팽화율)가 측정변수로 피드백 입력되고 퍼지제어기를 통하여 스크류 회전속도의 set point가 출력되었다. 얻어진 set point로 가상의 압출성형기가 작동하여 또 다른 두께값이 측정값으로 입력되었다. 이와같은 일련의 과정이 반복되면서 최종적으로 원하는 두께값을 얻을 수 있었고 피지제어기의 알고리즘은 압출성형 전문가로부터 얻어진 기본 법칙을 이용하여 작성 하였다.

DANCE : 초고밀도 통신망에서의 소형기지국 온-오프 알고리즘 (DANCE : Small AP On/Off Algorithms in Ultra Dense Wireless Network)

  • 급증하는 데이터 트래픽을 셀룰러 망에서 처리하기 위한 대안으로 스몰셀이 관심을 받고 있다. 나아가, 스몰셀의 배치밀도는 점차 높아지고 있어 Ultra Dense Network (UDN) 환경이 도래할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 UDN환경에서 소형기지국의 온/오프를 제어하기 위한 방법을 연구한다. 본 논문에서는 소형 Access Point(AP), user equipment (UE), Small Cell Controller (SCC)로 구성된 프레임워크를 제안하고 이를 기반으로 켜져 있는 기지국 수는 최소화 하며, 네트워크 쓰루풋을 유지시키기 위한 소형기지국 온/오프 방법으로 UE와 같은 사용자 디바이스가 SCC로 피드백하는 채널정보를 활용하는 DANCE 알고리즘을 제안한다. DANCE 알고리즘은 피드백이 1-bit인 경우와 N-bit인 경우, 그리고 활성화시키는 소형AP를 선택하는 기준에 따른 AP-first, UE-first, Proximity ON 등으로 세분화할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션을 통해 UE의 수와 네트워크의 쓰루풋, 에너지 효율의 관계를 분석한 후, DANCE 알고리즘을 통해 에너지 효율을 높일 수 있음을 보인다.
