The purpose of this study was to explore a paradigm for the development agricultural cooperative unit in Korea. To fulfill the purpose of the study, both a review of literature and case studies was used. The agricultural cooperative units selected for the survey were Doduram Swine, Songtan Cooperative Organization, Okyung Cooperative Farms, and Harim Poultry Company. To identify major factors and limitations associated with effective management of agricultural cooperative units, selected cooperative units for production, processing and marking were surveyed and analyzed. This study identified four major factors to be included in a development paradigm of effective agricultural cooperative units which were: 1) active participation of farmers, 2) techniques end attitude of participants, 3) horizontal integration of a high technology enterprise with agricultural production, and 4) increasing cooperative work on production and marking within the unit. Based on the results of the study, the following recommendations were made for further improvement and development of agricultural cooperative units : First, farmers should be encouraged and motivated to participate actively in agricultural cooperative units. Second, participants of the agricultural cooperative units should be equipped with both technical knowledge and skills on agricultural production, processing and marking. Third, a national net-work system should be established for the agricultural cooperative units throughout the country. Fourth, agricultural cooperative units should be expanded to various agricultural sectors covering wider area. Finally, agricultural cooperative units should be supported by farmers, agricultural organizations and the government for more effective management and further development.

The planning for material lifting operations is one of the key processes in high-rise building construction. Several previous studies have used rough calculations by referring to existing practices or establishing a target value for lifting cycle time or operating rate. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a material lifting process optimization method for reducing the lifting cycle time and increasing the operating rate. In this study, we improve the cyclic operation network (CYCLONE) modeling method that considers the duration and zone information of each work task. This method can be used to hand over work tasks to another crew group in the work process. According to this methodology, this study optimizes the material lifting process, performs a sensitivity analysis, and evaluates the field applicability of the proposed material lifting process optimization method. Therefore, the optimized process was then applied to a high-rise building construction site. The lifting work process time and operating rate for the simulated as - is lifting process data, optimized process data, and field application result data were compared for each lifting height. From this comparison, the effectiveness of the optimization methodology was confirmed.

The purpose of this study is to research into the characteristics of the printed hooks of ${\ulcorner}$Ch'un-ch'iu(春秋)${\lrcorner}$ commentary in Chosun dynasty by analyzing the types and forms of the existing printed books through the investigation of the bibliographic records of the books. To achieve this purpose, this study selected some of the 'Chak-pan' catalog(冊板目錄) printed in Chosun dynasty which has relatively clear and accurate history and investigated the block printing's condition of the printed books of ${\ulcorner}$Ch'un-ch'iu(春秋)${\lrcorner}$ commentary. In addition. a comprehensive book catalog of ${\ulcorner}$Ch'un-ch'iu(春秋)${\lrcorner}$ commentary was created by retrieving old book catalog from databases by several authoritative information centers and university libraries. Based on this catalog, this research created a new 'Union Catalog(綜合書目)' which contains bibliographies of the ${\ulcorner}$Ch'un-ch'iu(春秋)${\lrcorner}$ commentary through field investigations by identifying, picture-taking. and copying the real books. The new union catalog functions as the basis of the bibliographic analysis of this research.
